Simply flawless experience. We recently relocated here from the tragic fires on Maui. Went to see Matt and his crew @ Dons.on a Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Was not expecting to get my car back until after the weekend. Wrong!!! Done in an hour and mind you it was busy. Truly it was an unexpected surprise. Absolutely pure ALOHA from that crew. The staff at Don’s auto repair was amazing. Not only did they get me in last minute same day, but they went above and beyond to make sure my rig was up and running. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did and will never use any other automotive store or shop again they’re my go to for Boise Idaho. I had a regular mechanic back in Montana and now I have a regular mechanic in Boise, Idaho, Don’s Supreme auto is the only place to go.

I have been going to these fellas for my cars for years and I think the world of them. They are the epitome of the old fashioned, hardworking mechanic but with all the technical knowledge that it takes to solve the many mysteries of todays complicated cars. I am 6o and flat out don't do online reviews but just this once I thought everyone should know what stand up fellas they are.

Towed my car in for an ignition that wouldn't start. Told them I was on a road trip and could they please hurry. Had to call for updates every few hours instead of them calling me. Didn't give me an estimated completion time or anything just "we're running diagnostics". They did address the warning lights and made the ignition work again, but they discovered a new "problem". They didn't understand that a hybrid car's engine will "die" if it's idling in place for too long. If they'd driven around the block, they would've realized that was typical hybrid behavior. I do not have any faith in these mechanics to handle a hybrid or electric car, nor would they even tell you that they can't. Sorry for the bad review cause you guys are nice people, but I'm not gonna lie to everyone.

Brent and his team of mechanics found and solved the issue we had with the oil leak. It was not something I expected. Even more impressive as I ran it passed "mechanics" and none mentioned that as an issue. Very happy

My experience was horrible. After supposedly fixing my pickup, it lasted one day. I returned the pickup to them and never received a call or update on when it would really be fixed. After 2 weeks, I retrieved my pickup with no concerns from them nor was I reimbursed for the expense of an unfixed pickup. I chose to go elsewhere and the pickup was repaired in one day. No communication from Don's, they don't care. I would never recommend them to anyone.
