I will never use another Automotive shop as long as I’m breathing Council Bluffs air…Dons is by far, the BEST! They pay attention to what you’re asking for, there are no surprises, they are the auto mechanic for the working person…with outta doubt! Thank you everyone at Dons!!

Don's Automotive communicated every step of the way with the work that needed to be done to get my car back to running after another small home shop replaced my water pump and then couldn't get the car to start. Previous individual "butchered" everything he touched. Highly recommend Don's Automotive and definitely will use them for ALL of my mechanical needs going forward. Can’t say enough good things about this place. As a woman I’ve always been leery about taking my car places worrying that I would be oversold since I’m not a car expert. I’ve never felt that way at Don’s Automotive. They are honest, reasonably priced and they only fix what needs fixed.

I'm not from around the area, but had to get my car checked out after a roadkill and they were great. They checked my car and I felt much safer afterwards. They have friendly staff and do a great job!

Amazing, friendly, and strait forward people! Took the kids car in to get checked out, they looked it over, told us what was all wrong before any work was done. Once the decision was made on what needed to be done the car was ready to go the next day. Extremely reasonable on the cost for the repairs. I would recommend them over and over.

I found a nail in my tire. The first place I went to said you need a new tire. This car is four months old, so are the tires. I said no way, and as I drove away, I drove past Don's automotive. They looked extremely busy. But I took a chance and stopped anyway, just to see what they had to say. I'm pretty sure it was Don himself that came out to look at my tire. He said yeah, no problem. We can take care of it. I said great. What time should I come back. He said you don't need to come back. We'll do it right now for you. It was completed in twenty minutes. What an awesome place to go to!! Thanks for the great service!

Been going to Don’s for years and have always had a great experience. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and they always do what they can to lower the cost of repairs. I’ve never had an issue with any of the work they’ve done on my car. They’re the only repair shop that I trust. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience at dons automotive today. I brought my car in for repairs and was treated with so much kindness from all the workers. Shelly was very kind and picked me up and dropped me off at my house. I am very pleased with the service and will be returning. I highly reccomend.

I had a fantastic experience. The technician Mike was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my van and even found some issues from another shop and fixed those too. Highly recommend and ask for Mike to work on your car

I had a tire that kept going low. I called and they got me in the next day and fixed it. They also dealt with the annoying warranty company on my behalf. I will absolutely return if needed in the future.
