These people will try everything to scam you. They tried to charge me $300 per hour for an inspection—yeah you heard that right. They also took two weeks to fix my bumper, despite promising it would take only one week. Oh did I mention it wasn’t really fixed? I had to come back twice. Besides that they tried to charge me for a battery replacement. I said I would call my usual mechanic to check, and magically they called back 10 minutes later saying the insurance had it covered. Avoid this place at all costs.

Got into an accident early in the morning on my way to work. I called Don’s Auto Body at 8 AM and they told me to bring the car in. They took a look at the car that morning and ordered all the necessary parts and had it painted and installed super quickly. Everyone was super friendly. I really especially appreciated Collin. He was very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend Don’s Auto Body.

They promised to deliver my car in 2 weeks and on the last day before their delivery deadline, they send me an email requesting additional money for some parts and it turns out that they haven’t even started fixing the car. During that 2 weeks the car just laid down there. After they gave me a second deadline, on the day they claimed to deliver the car, they called me and let me know they haven’t completed the job yet and asked for 3-4 more business days. Do not ever bring your car here, this is the worst car repair service ever. I am pretty sure their quality of repair will also be low after my engagement with them so far.

I took my car in for accident repair and Carey was fantastic. He communicated with me while I was away. He not only repaired the damage, but he also looked into replacement tires for me. I was so excited to pick my car up. The repairs were done beautifully and my car was thoroughly washed and detailed.

I am so superbly impressed and humbled by my experience at this auto body shop. My break lights completely died off out of the blue and I found this nearby shop on my phone. The owner Don personally took care of my car and fixed my break lights, then he charged me $0. Yes he fixed my car for FREE. I am so thankful, this place definitely does not want to rip you off, to say the least :)
