Donovan’s in Norwood is honest! I was having some wheel hop during the recent extreme cold spell. Since my car has close to 200k miles I figured something was wearing out that could result in the car being unsafe to drive. They looked the car over and test drove twice including at highway speeds to make sure the car was safe. Their attention to detail and well mannered service manger means I’m going to Donovan’s from now on. Very glad I found a good mechanic that will take good care of my car. 5 stars!!!

Always a great experience there. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient, they've got it all! They might be a little more expensive than your run of the mill mechanic, but these guys are anything but run of the mill! If you have a foreign car, take it to them. They will walk you through what all is needed, what can wait and what needs to be done now, and get you a fair price on it. Love these guys! Update: To be honest, nothing has changed, I just wanted to let you know they are still awesome for all your foreign car needs! Don't hesitate, call and talk to them about your car! Update 2: Still fantastic! Got rear ended, had a collision place do the body repairs, they also outsourced getting the brake line replaced, but it was done poorly. Took it here to talk about the brakes still being spongy, they got me fixed right up at a great price, the same day! Update 3: Even though they've had a change in owners, don't let that deter you from coming here! They still have the highest quality of standards for their work and their customer service! Got my crank shaft sensor replaced and my car back up and running!

Auto4N saves our butts once again. Our CR-V started making an awful noise, so we brought it in to the guys without any idea what was wrong, or what it would cost to repair. Turned out to be a wear item had given out, and the fix came at a reasonable price. Two days later and we were back on the road, knowing Auto4N had our backs. It's nice to know we will be taken care of without being taken advantage of.

CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. That’s what this place has in me. We had a very serious issue with our CX-5, and they made it right for us. This shop (as of January 2025, when our issue was being worked on) really does care about doing good work, and doing it correctly. I can say that Dane and Michael were very easy to work with. I went in with a positive attitude about working together to solve our problem, and they were great about returning that positivity. I’m very happy with their work on our car, and I’m very grateful to have found a place I can rely on. Thanks again, guys.

I’m so glad that I’ve found this place. They are very professional and gets the work done right. They also provide services like pick up or drop off when my car is being worked on, which is a huge convenience. I feel like I can trust Auto4N with my repairs without worried about being over charged like some of the unethical mechanics out there. They handled several of our car repairs from as small as oil change to as big as repairs that cost thousands. I highly recommend this place!

Joey, the mechanic with 18 years of Audi experience, who worked on my 2002 A4 with 221,000 miles, did a phenomenal job. Everything that needed to be done was completed. My Audi now runs like it was brand new... seriously. I've found the best place for diagnosing strange occurrences is Donovan's Auto4N. Whether it's a small oil leak that my previous mechanic couldn't find... guess what, Auto4N found it. There is absolutely no reason to even think of ever going to another mechanic. I give them 5 stars.

My Lexus RX350 started making a noise. I hopped on Google and found this shop. I chose Donovan's because of the high ratings and the fact that they work on foreign cars. As expected, they didn't have time to squeeze me in that day, but a tech did drive my car to listen to the noise and make a guess at what the issue could be. I scheduled an appointment. I initially worked with Dane, the owner, and on my appointment day, I worked with Mike. Both men were very nice. Something I really like is that an estimate, with photos, was emailed to me before they moved forward with any work. I gave the okay and the work was done promptly. Another plus is that they have a driver who was able to take me back home after I dropped off my car. I didn't get that bad feeling that you get when you go to some mechanics. It seems like an honest place and everyone was helpful. As long as I'm in Cincinnati, this is where I'll be taking my vehicle for maintenance.

Excellent professional service! During my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that one of our favorite mechanics, whom we had lost track of, is now working at Donovan’s Auto4N. Michael and the rest of the front desk team were patient and kind, answering all my questions thoroughly. Even though we’re nearly half an hour away, we find Auto4N well worth the drive.

The folks at Donovan’s Auto4N went above and beyond for me. I was stranded with a totally dead car. One call to them, and Mike arrived with a new battery to swap out, then followed me back to their shop. I was given a loaner car for the evening and got a call the next morning that it would be ready for pick up the following day. When I picked it up, they said they discovered a nail in my tire and plugged it up for me as well! Fantastic customer service, outstanding communication AND a fabulous crew that worked on my car. I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you Auto4N!!
