Donovan’s is the absolute best. We have taken our cars here for the last 12 years and are always happy with the service and the workmanship. They are knowledgable, professional and very thorough about answering any questions we have both before and after the work. We have found their quoting process to be direct and transparent and the prices to be fair, without any upselling of services we don’t need. Best of all, they communicate early and often.

Kris was so friendly and professional to work with. They were booked out for a week but they said if I could drop my car off, they would do their best to fit my car in and diagnose the problem. They were upfront and honest in pricing and I never felt like they were trying to push any unnecessary services. The communication was top notch, the prices are fair, and they fixed my car and it runs fantastic now. Overall I had a great experience with this team and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys so much!!

Great family owned business and superior service. They even made special accommodations for me by driving me into work and dropping my car off before my shift was over. You won’t find this kind of service at anywhere else - 5/5 stars.

Great experience. Provided knowledgeable and efficient tire & alignment service. I had gotten my money’s worth out of the current set of tires on my Highlander and needed a full set replacement with an alignment and had a specific tire model in mind. They knew what I was looking for, sourced them and scheduled the work within 2 days. Within 2 hours of showing up I was out the door with a full tire update.

I had a bad battery (that was only one year-old) and so was stranded on the snowiest day of the year. A friend drove me to Donovan‘s with the battery and in 10 minutes they had given me a replacement battery (for free, under warranty) and sent us on our way. That got my old suburban up and running and me on the road. I wouldn’t go to any other mechanic. They are generations in Pleasant Ridge, honest, and really do a good job for a fair price.

Had a safety problem when Windshield wipers broke. Kyle diagnosed the most likely problem with a quick check in the parking lot (All the service bays were full). He ordered a new linkage and scheduled me for the first non-rainfall day. When weather changed, he got me in a day earlier and found the problem repairable. Some other businesses would have just put the new Linkage in and charged me the extra $400. Thank you for maintaining Donovan’s reputation for integrity.

My wife had a flat and she was driving on the spare. I was out of town and told her to have Donovans look at it. They did, she needed a new one but would be a couple hours. They drove her home from the shop and offered to pick her up when it was finished. Just good thoughtful folks at Donovan’s.
