The final price was 20% higher than agreed on. They did not inform us that it would be more than the agreed upon price before we picked it up. Had no choice but to pay them. They will not see my money again. Then they have nerve to send advertising emails.

My dad worked here Ed Beecher, so Don Lee’s has Always Been Family, they Just got done working on my car that I thought I had fixed from another establishment. I am so thankful to them for actually fixing the issue and finding the main issue and making sure they both were done correctly. They truly are an Amazing team at Don Lee’s and how Amazing it is to see Chris now Running the family Business. I know my Dad is looking down so proud of You Chris. And the fact that I walked in and as I was telling the guy behind the counter about my dad, I looked up and there is a picture of him. I have been taking my vehicles to Don Lee's for at least 6 or 7 years and I have always been completely satisfied with all the repairs that were done there. The prices are more than reasonable and they get it right the first time. On more than on occasion I had been told that a particular maintenance needed to be performed by a dealership and Donnie advised me that it was not necessary. That is hard to find these days.

Called to ask for an estimate on an AC clean out because of the musty smell and Guy who answered the phone pretty much talked to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Clearly I don’t work on cars but instead of talking to me like you think I’m stupid, talk to me in a respectful way and help me get the help I need. Will NEVER take my car to you or refer you out.

I've been going to Don Lee's Tire for over 15 years and they've provided great service over the years. Recently, they made, what I would considered a costly mistake on my car that required immediate attention. Don Lee took the car in, fixed it, and made 0 hassle about it and had the car ready in no time. This was probably the best customer service I have experienced first hand. They had my Jeep almost all day for an alignment, after being told it's first come first served. I dropped it off with only one customer in front of me for a tire to be plugged. I pick my vehicle in the same condition I dropped if off. Steering wheel not straight and pulling. So they take your vehicle and money, yet forget to do the actual work. Thanks for wasting my time.
