I have had a couple cars fixed here russ is great doesn't over charge and doesn't try to charge for thngs that dont need to be done he's great ive never had to take my car back for something he has fixed he gets the job done and does it right I definitely recommend this shop

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks they've had my car...I called yesterday and had to leave a message at 4pm.. still hasn't got a hold of me.... single mother of 2 and works a full time job NEEDS HER CAR....my papa said this was the ONLY PLACE HE'D TAKE HIS VEHICLES so that's why I took it there.... STILL WAITING!!!!!!

Always used to go here for service on my vehicles. Last job I had didn't give me a day off in the middle of the week, but after a recent job change, this has been a nice adjustment and I'm thrilled to be getting help from them again

Like all the other reviewer's are saying, Russ is a extremely hard worker & such a honest man! I had a Cadillac that I took in, when I started it it said engine trouble so, I took it here expecting the worst and Russ called, he said your gas cap was not screwed on tight enough oh me 🙄 He could have said anything was wrong with it, but he didn't. I know there are many car repair businesses in Waterford, but I will only go here. 10 🌟

Good service. Diagnosed the problem quickly, conducted the repair in the specified timeframe and came in a little under estimate. It is difficult at times to exit the parking area onto Hatchery Rd.

Hard to find people knowledgeable and able to work on older vehicles these days. These guys were able to help me out with a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero (bit of a unicorn in the vehicle world) needing somequick fixing before we left on a vacation. Great job at a reasonable price
