I had an excellent experience at dobbs, the staff were friendly and efficient with giving me help needed for my tire. Billy was extremely helpful with choosing my price options along with helping me figure out other problems with my car. As a young girl car places are quick to take advantage of little to no knowledge Pertaining to fixing a problem but all my options were laid out and handled in a timely fashion!

Hit a pot hole over the weekend. Dropped my car off on Sunday using their overnight paperwork. They were able to get me a new tire, complete an alignment and complete an oil change and had my car ready to go by 10:30 Monday morning.

During an extremely stressful after Christmas return to a dead battery & a failed attempt by Autozone to replace it - Ken Hart - Service Manager and crew came to my families rescue! We needed the rather complicated Buick battery install done quickly to continue the holiday travels. Ken walked to our dead vehicle to jump it himself and was able to squeeze us into the rotation for the installation. We only had to wait about an hour for a last minute - very frantic on our part - battery installation, Allowing us to continue the family visits that mean so much this time of year. As they age we only have some of our family members for a short time more. The time afforded us to see family members by their speedy work meant the world to us. We will be singing the praises of Ken Hart & Crew well into the New Year!

I needed 4 new tires plus 4 new tire pressure sensors. Given that I was getting so much work done, they provided a discount for my oil change. Someone kept me in the loop with everything that was going on throughout the process. As a woman, I didn't feel like they tried to upsell me on anything (which is always a concern of mine when I get repairs). Other than getting my tire pressure checked, I'd never received service from this location before. I'd definitely go back.

Quick, reliable and reasonably priced. A hell of a lot better than going to the dealership. For years, I used Firestone for routine stuff until they jacked up a car of mine that I had to ultimately get rid of. Trying to find a mom and Pop place is hit or miss. at Dobbs. What you see is what you get. They do the job effectively and they stand behind what they've done.

Did a thorough job in correctly identifying the issue with our car, followed the proper steps to ensure they did their work right, and got our car got to us as fast as they could. Will be coming here regularly because not only do they do good work, but they also have more fair prices than anywhere else I’ve gone to give me an estimate on the work for my car.
