My car drives worse after their service than before. They took no ownership of introducing the issue. I do not trust the advice I was given nor the service I received from this location. I took my car to this Dobbs location because my tire pressure light was flashing. I called to make an appointment, but was told that no appointment was needed and I could just come by the next day. I went in the next day and was told they weren't sure they could get to it because of the full schedule they had. I left my car with them and about an hour later they said it was ready. They told me the tire light would stay on for about 30 minutes while driving around. Well, a day later the light was still on so I took it back. The manager informed me that they don't normally drive cars at this location and that's something he's working with his staff to change. He told me "That's not the level of service they provide." Then he told me that I needed two new front tires and the valve cover needed to be replaced. I gave them the go ahead to do the work. When I picked up my car, the tire light was off, but something was obviously wrong with it. It felt like I was on a trampoline. I took it back to them the next morning. They called that afternoon to say perhaps it was a defective tire and asked if they could keep it overnight. I said that's fine as long as it drives ok when I get it back. I spoke with the manager the following day (today). He informed me that he drove the car and it drove great on the highway, but he could feel every bump on the road. Said I needed new struts. They may have no longer be working simply because they are old. I asked why they were fine before they started working on the car and asked what changed. The manager said simply lifting the car of the ground to do any work may have caused it and he was writing up a quote to replace the struts. I informed him that I had no intention of giving them any more money. At that point he said the car was ready for me to pick up and that they were finished with it. I went to pickup the car, the two new tires they installed had been moved the the rear of the car. The car now has a noticeable shake in the back end, where the new tires they installed are located. When I got home I also noticed one of the valve caps wasn't put back on. The attention to detail is lacking at this store. After 4 visits and over $1100 spent on their recommendations, I'm not satisfied.

I went to Dobbs for a second opinion on changing two of my tire's. You have to be careful who you can trust these days and I was very impressed. The staff were professional and competent. Christian was amazing, he was so patient with me while answering all of my questions. The most important part of my experience at Dobbs was that Christian was honest with me, he deserves a raise! I will now be going to Dobbs for all of my multi-car family needs and so should you !!!

Brought my car in for inspection. Was told it did not pass in which I took the car to a different shop to have it fixed. I brought it back for reinspection. It failed for the same reasons Dobbs stated the work had not been done. I took it to a third shop and was told the part had been replaced the first time and the car passed inspection.

I normally don't do business with Dobbs because of PAST bad experiences. After 2 other tire places on Telegraph tried to rip me off on tires I decided to give Dobbs a chance this week. I'm glad I did. I met Chris there and after talking to him about my tires he gave me multiple options and one of the options was 2 used tires since I only needed 2 tires not 4 like I was told by other places. He never tried up selling me or giving me scare tactics like the other places. The price for 2 great tires was under 100 bucks. This car gets driven under 2k miles a year and I stated that to Chris and he instantly was honest and lead me to 2 good used tires. I appreciate Chris's honesty, knowledge and him not trying to up sell me. This goes a long way with me. I will be using Dobbs on Telegraph on anything I cannot do myself. it's nice to have faith in a local business again after several bad experiences in the past. Thanks Chris.

Older Gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and was able to explain all my options and the savings provided. He was never pushy. It was surprisingly a very pleasant experience.

The Dobbs staff at its Telegraph Road location did an amazing job with my vehicle and we’re very professional. They were friendly and pleasant from my initial phone call to picking up my car. They took care with my vehicle and I was actually surprised getting a call so soon that the work was completed. I would absolutely call on them again.

The individual that took my initial call to schedule my appointment asked me to "Please call back tomorrow" because he was busy. I should have taken this as a sign and gone elsewhere. Once I had made the appointment, I was told my vehicle would be ready by EOB (5pm) the following day. I call mid-day (~1pm) the following day just to get a status update and am told they're "working on it" but aren't yet done. Fine, no problem but I drive by shortly there after and my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot in the same place I dropped it the night before. Again, fine, no problem. At ~420 pm, I miss a call from your team. I immediately call back assuming my vehicle is ready for pickup but am told again, that it's not ready. We're now ~40min from your closing time. @450 pm, I call back because you are not open on Sundays (the following day) and I need my truck for work Monday morning. This time, I'm told that yes it's now ready and that's its been ready. I then have to arrange a ride back to your location (you have my vehicle) in the next 10 min in order to have my vehicle available Monday morning. All this for a $24 state emissions inspection. I had great experiences with your company @ your Fenton location before moving to Oakville and this is just one of a series of issues I've had at the Oakville location. Needless to say, I won't be returning to the Oakville location if I return to Dobbs at all. Consistently poor customer service...

Andrew in the front provide excellent customer service, was extremely helpful.Had a small oil drip after my most recent service, I called the shop shortly there after and they got me in that afternoon. They replaced the drain plug and topped off the oil, got me back on the road in under an hour. No cost to me whatsoever. The mechanic that performed the service, Gary, a real professional.

Despite the inconvenience of not passing my safety inspection on the first go ‘round, the fella’s here put in good work and effort to ensure I was taken care of quickly and correctly. I had an appointment this morning for a safety inspection with another business who did not show up to work due to the weather (I assume, they did not contact me) so I ended up at Dobbs who promptly gave me a safety inspection within 10 minutes of my arrival. When I returned same day with the deficiencies corrected they had me in and out in under 10 minutes total. They also worked hard to explain to me the regulations they went by and and even provided me with the source material. Not only did they save my ass, but they did a good job doing it. Proud of you boys, thanks Drew.

They got me in and did the tires quickly, they were polite and took care of me. My only concern is that the tire price was a bit more than what was quoted on the website, I didn’t notice till after i was I home
