Replaced my rear tire on my tesla. Left the tire 7lb under inflated and for some unknown reason inflated my front tire (a tire they should not have even been working on) to 70lbs(recommended 42). I takes a few miles of driving for my sensors to update so I didn’t know till i was to far to turn around.

I got a very good deal on a set of tires going through Goodyear.com and having Dobbs install them. I also was given a discount on the front end alignment (they matched what my mechanic would charge). They finished the job in a timely manner and I will not hesitate to use them again

I showed up without an appointment one morning with a slow leak in a tire. Mario got me in and out within a hour and a half. Great customer service and and good prices.

They were awesome! After another shop messed something up on my Yukon , they worked me in within an hour to do fix the issue. Highly recommend them, their service was excellent.

This was an extremely pleasant experience. They were very responsive with great communication. I did not feel pressured to add anything extra on, nor did I feel that they took advantage of me. (As other companies have). I would absolutely recommend this location.

Dillion was so much help. He was very nice and explained things to me that I could understand. He also still gave me the friends and family discount I would get when my cousin worked for you. I appreciate how helpful and honesty they are with a single woman by herself. They do not take advantage of you at this location.

Dylan and crew stayed past closing to install 4 new tires on my daughters’s car who was just involved an accident. The other driver hit her so hard that he popped her tires. The kindness and dedication to customer service was exemplary. They went above and beyond and due to that we will be customers for life!

7 hours to get it right. I came in for a rotation and balance, the Jeep was driving fine when I came in. They said I needed alignment, and when I drove away it was pulling hard left. A few hours later they said it was good, and there was a terrible vibration from 60 to 70. They put me “back in line” and 3 hours later I was done. Ruined my Saturday for a 1 hour MAX job!

I took my car to this Dobbs Tire location to repair a leak in one of the tires. I arrived late in the day and without an appointment and, even though it took them a little longer than I expected to do the work, all things considered, they did a good job and at a very reasonable price. I was surprised they even balanced the tire at no additional cost.

I waited 20 minutes before someone came out of the back came to the counter to help me. I did show up a little early for my appointment. The mechanic said it would take a hour to get my emissions test done. I thought that was a little long, but it only took a half hour.

I wish there would have been a heads up that if my service engine light was on, I was going to pass my emissions test. I am very new to Missouri and had I know that I would not have taken the car in and gotten that fixed before hand.

As always left feeling I was given an honest and reliable service visit. I have been bringing my vehicles here for service, mostly tires, oil changes and inspections for 20 years. Quick in and out, the men are always polite and not pushy. This review must have been from a decade ago. I have had nothing but issues for the past 4 years since the change of staff.

Took my wife’s car to get looked at as it was leaking coolant. After a diagnostic it was recommended we replace the radiator. I thought that was strange as the car had its radiator replaced 15 months ago so I took it to another shop and turns out it was a simple hose that needed to be replaced. Was quoted $2011 for the radiator at Dobbs vs the $400 for the hose issue. I’ve used Dobbs before on previous cars and have never had issues but the South County location was a disappointment.
