Sean was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable in price. He came within an hour and swapped out my dead battery. He also pointed out some wear on my tires that I should be mindful of — not for him to do but for my future planning. Definitely recommend.

Avoid This Company at All Costs! I hired this team to replace my spark plugs and coil packs, and unfortunately, the experience was a total disaster. While they did show up on time, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. They were extremely reluctant to stay near the car while working, likely because they knew their work was subpar and didn’t want me to see it. I specifically asked them to replace all six spark plugs and coils, and instructed them to replace the back three with new parts. Instead, they only replaced two of the back coils and left one brand new coil untouched. When I went outside after the work was "done," I found one new coil just sitting on the ground. When I asked about it, they claimed they “forgot” to put it back in. Unbelievable. They did eventually put the coil back in, but the work was done so poorly that I had to fix things myself, including reattaching my fuse box after they left it hanging loose. Overall, this was a huge waste of money. If you value your car and your money, do yourself a favor and hire a real mechanic. These guys are not professionals. One star because they at least showed up on time, but that’s the only thing they got right.

I didn't have a sense of direction when I called him, I googled my issue and called him with that being in mind. He was able to reassure me that the problem I thought I had with my car was far from it. He adjusted it(while explaining what he was doing), allowed me to see if it ran smoothly and gave me a diagnostic that aligned with several other places I've been too. All this to say he didn't give me a temporary fix. I'll definitely contact him for more business. Thank you

I had a great experience with this mechanic. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my car and even tested it several times to ensure the diagnosis was correct. I really appreciated his thoroughness and dedication. Shawn has been my go-to mechanic for years. He always shows up with a great attitude and is ready to get the job done. One time, he even fixed my car on the side of the highway, making sure I could get home safely. Shawn is not only a great guy but also extremely knowledgeable about cars. Whether it’s suspension, diagnostics, or anything under the hood, he can handle it. I highly recommend him for any mechanic work in Richmond, VA, and the surrounding areas.

I do not recommend going to him to fix anything on your vehicle. also if you prefer not to have anything have way done go to someone else… also he tried to charge me a $40 diagnostic fee for telling me about a different issue ( that I didn’t ask him to do ) when I specifically called him for a battery change. I spoke up for myself immediately & he proceeded to do what I called him for. Definitely recommend going elsewhere if you want 100% quality & don’t want anything halfway done. I also had to request a refund because he broke my battery terminal, left the debris on the battery & did t say anything about it until I called him. I requested half back which was $25 out of what I paid him which was $50. I requested half back because, not only was it done & he didn’t say anything about it but, it’s an inconvenience on my behalf. he didn’t send me anything but $10 back. I do not recommend going to Shawn. it don’t matter I never asked you to diagnose anything that’s the point that you’re missing. if I called you SPECIFICALLY for a battery replacement & not for my belts my belts shouldn’t have been brought up. Obviously I knew about my belts before I called you for my battery & again if I didn’t it still didn’t give you the right to feel like you should insert yourself & then try to charge me for you telling me about when I never asked? I said what I said at the end of the day. Instead of telling me what you did to my battery post you left the debris on there & went about your day I had to CALL you for you to acknowledge that and you don’t see anything wrong with that? but again, I said what I said you sent me the rest of my money which is all I care about as of now🤏🏽. I don’t recommend anyone go to you unless they want their things halfway done. Take the criticism & choose to grow from it or continue to run from it either way it’s not hurting me.

NOT RELIABLE I called this guy to come out to fix my car he quoted me and just never showed up so I waited around all Saturday to not even receive a text back very un professional I wish he still lived up to his previous reviews but he clearly doesn’t have that same drive anymore

Shawn was very nice and answered all my questions I had. Great mechanic with alot of knowledge on cars. I will definitely call him every time for my car needs! I always hate going to mechanics, feel like they take advantage of people. Not once did I feel like that! Thanks for doing an awesome job.
