Distinct Finishes provided by far the best paint and body repair and customer service experience I have ever had. Their quality of work on my Lexus RC 350 F Sport was excellent, They are easy to work with and have always gone above and beyond to ensure my 100% satisfaction. I recommend them mostly because of their honesty and integrity. You can trust them to do great work and treat you even better!.

If you don’t have a big job for them to do, don’t expect to be prioritized or even treated equal. Brought my Jeep Cherokee in for an estimate and just to be looked at. It had some front end damage that could be fixed in a day or two. They scheduled me to drop it off Feb 7 2022 and told me the longest they’d have it would be 3-4 weeks it is now March 22 2022. All they have to do is straighten the front forks of the frame and weld a panel in. I was going to do everything else as I am a mechanic, I just don’t have access to a frame jig or sheet metal tools/welder. It’s been almost 2 months and they keep making the excuse that parts are unavailable for cars they currently have in the shop. I work in a shop and I understand that completely. However, when we can’t get parts we set the other projects aside and work on ones that we can. They don’t have to buy any parts for my vehicle what so ever as I have sourced and bought all the parts for them, all they had to do was straighten the frame and make sure the new body panels I bought fit. Anyways, I was scheduled to get work done in a window and it just seems like they are throwing that schedule out the window for bigger jobs. They keep telling me “We should get to it soon” or “I think we can get started in the next two weeks” and this has gone on for nearly two months. I understand that small work doesn’t pay as much as cars that come in nearly totaled but that doesn’t mean I should be treated differently or set aside. Their communication has been terrible and that haven’t kept me updated nor have they called me once to discuss anything. I’ve been calling them about once a week maybe to get updates. Terrible experience honestly. It’s seems like they do good work however, it’s just getting them to do that work.

2014 Dodge Ram If i could give 10 stars I would... should be called "5 Stars Distinct finishes"! ... my damage was done on area of truck (ram owners know where i'm speaking of) at bottom of door where the design of truck is different that rest of truck.... in plainer words .. a "tedious" area.. tough to get to and ... I thought to myself "aint no way this will look the same again"... large long dent along bottom of door (2 dents) and also small dent inside door... and they fixed my antenna that broke off at car wash...i am more than happy with my experience here.. looks perfect ... like the day it rolled off the lot... I can't tell you how impressed I am... frankly i "hope" i dont have to go back.. i don't like accidents like anybody else.. but if i need work again I will not hesitate to go here.. truthfully .... the one review on here with 2 stars is a little "foolish" in my opinion.. i read it... upset over a tube of supplies.. really? that's intolerance at it's finest....you can see owner tried to make it right.... and for someone to rate this place 2 stars for something so little, frankly is sad... i wish i could give more stars to make up for that one... All i can say is this place is honest, does EXCELLENT work and on time.... they finished one day ahead of quoted time.. i'm thrilled... .wish i could buy stock in the place... awesome experience

Has done multiple repairs for me from little dings to a crunch from a gooseneck to suspension components all of which comes out looking like it never happened. Have always taken my stuff here and will always along with friends and family.

The owners of Distinct Finishes are great. They stand behind their work, and make sure the customer leaves happy. Just picked up my SRX and it looks awesome. This was the 2nd vehicle they repaired/painted for us, we have been very pleased both times. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice. Thanks again for a job well done.

Just got my car back from the body shop. They got me booked in, in a timely manner and was bang on with completion date. Everything is great and I would highly recommend . Very professional outfit ! My experience w Michael and his team was great. He looked at my car and gave me an estimate on the spot. His price beat three other near by collision shops that I got quotes from, one of which was double. Not only did my car come out looking great, I got it back in two days and not a penny over the estimate. I couldn't be happier and will def recommend to family and friends.
