I knew there were a lot of drugs here in Wichita but 🤦 This place wanted $20 a tire to balance! They were OFF THE VEHICLE ALREADY! And in the back of my truck. As in I did the hard work for them. I've done tires for 14 years in Texas and managed Mario's Tire with Matt for 2 years and I've never seen prices this high. I'm surprised there wasn't a piece of glass hanging out his mouth. $20 every 4 minutes, the time it took me to balance and I'm being generous, that's 15 tires, or more, an hour, like I said that's if they're a little slow, would be around $300 an hour these losers are charging. Take them somewhere else. I normally take them to the surrounding two tire shops for $10 a piece but they were just too busy right now. Go somewhere else, trust me it's worth the wait. These people obviously didn't want to work. Go to Mario's. He's awesome and will bend over backwards for you because these people won't, not unless you're a millionaire

I came in and got a price on tires. They had to order and. they would be in the next day. I came in the next day and they installed them very quickly. They made a recommendation for a place to eat while I waited and allowed me to get some work done on their WiFi. I had the please of interacting with 3 different people and they were all kind and professional. I also got the tires $125 cheaper than a competitor. Thank you guys!

The team took care of me!!! I wanted to get new wheels and tires for my truck and they walked me through multiple options and got me what I needed and wanted. The customer service was great, scheduling went great, and I loved the pricing. Thanks guys!!!!

THIS is the place to go for a tire. Used or not. They stayed open a little later for me, went above and beyond. Literally saved my son's 13th birthday. Will forever be grateful for these guys and refuse to go anywhere else for a tire now.

Very kind and professional. They helped me out so much. They were willing to work with me on payment. My tire blew and I had just passed kidney stones and couldn't lift. Had to pay someone to change it and then didn't have enough left for the tire. They allowed me to split up the payment and put it on very quickly for me to get to work. They were the 5th placed I had tried that morning.

Came in from out of town and on a whim we’re looking for the new Nitto Recons. Called and got ahold of the manager (can’t remember his name) but he was AMAZING!!! I was on site in about 45 minutes and an hour later he had the tires in from the warehouse and my truck had new shoes!!! All before my next appt that afternoon. 10/10 on service and the team for making it happen!!
