BEST SERVICE EVER! I won’t buy tires anywhere else. They are so friendly and helpful and the hazard coverage with tire purchase covers all those pesky unexpected repairs. This morning I was waiting in the parking lot with a bolt in my tire and they came out and got me before they even opened. They had me out in less than 20 minutes for no charge and apprised of the wear level of all my tires. A bad start to my day but they turned it around for me. THANK YOU!

I was very frustrated and disappointed in Discount Tire in Winter Haven today. I took our CHURCH van to the store to see about ordering 4 tires. They had no idea what to do with our church's state issued Certificate of Exemption from sales tax as a non-profit organization. I brought the Exemption Certificate with me to give to them as instructed on their website and they would not honor it today. I have used this store before with good results, but not today.

This location was amazing. Nail was in my tire and I could only afford to pay a little less than 100. Had a 4-5 hour trip back home. They really gave me a discount for a brand new tire to protect me and family as we traveled. Major discount. Joell was kind , and the men who changed the tire were fast. Took less than 45 mins. Amazing , amazing, amazing !

I stopped by to get someone to look at my tire and Cyle found that my other tire had a screw in it, so I could have had a flat tire on the way home. Thank you!

I had an issue with the Michelin tires that I purchased for my vehicle at a Discount Tire store in Michigan and Joell, at the Winter Haven Florida store helped me get them replaced with a different Michelin model on the same day that I approached him with my problem. Consequently, I will be a Discount Tire customer for life.

I brought my tire up for repair (I had purchased road hazard warranty) and was checked in with an estimated time of 45 mins. An hour later they finally got to my tire just to find that it couldn't be repaired and a new tire needed to be purchased. I waited an hour for something that could have been determined in the first 10 mins I was there. Tire didn't come in on expected date. Ended up dropping my rim off one day and coming back the next day to get it put on bc they didn't have time to get me in before work any morning. Everyone is super friendly but maybe too friendly bc they end up having casual conversations with customers when other customers are still waiting to be helped.

The best tire shop is the area. I had my 4 year old with me and had a badly damaged front tire. All the other "tire" places nearby told me to come back tomorrow. Discount tires had me taken care of in about an hour.

Had a nail in tire. This place was very helpful and great to deal with. Drop off car received txt message during the process and when it was done. Was so simple to deal with. Tons of options for tires. They also rotate tires and have tire insurance if tire has nail and unusable tire is prorated don't have to pay full coast for a tire. This has worked for us as my wife gets lots of nails somehow she will find them. Great staff to deal with

The guys at Discount Tire are beyond amazing. They helped guide me through troubleshooting why my truck rode so rough. They rotated and balanced and now it drives like a Cadillac. This is the only tire shop I will go to from now on.

They have been nothing but helpful! Got four new tires and was in and out with an appointment. Three weeks later, one of my tires had four nails in it and was unrepairable. They covered the entire cost of a new tire! I only had to pay $26 for them to install it. I definitely will be coming back!

Travis was awesome very accommodating, awesome CREW, We came to visit our kids and we waited a little bit as it was getting late in the day.He assured us that it will be done at specific time and it was done. We saw a very hard working crew that did not stop. The place was pack and he got everyone taken care of efficiently. There is still service available thanks guys you are all great!!!!

Definatly lost a customer. After buying a certificate to cover tires the tread was "too low" for them to honor the certificate that was paid for when they have honored it plenty of other times. It's always been a long wait to get in to even talk to someone. Horrible customer service and when you do get something fixed they tell you the day your supposed to pick it up and it's NEVER ready.

These guys are always top notch to get you taken care of! I don’t know how they do it because they are always very busy, but consistently give patient and friendly service! Ive been going here for a few years now and each employee has been professional and courteous throughout that time. They give you clear expectations , the best price and great warranties. I will always recommend this shop and come here because this type of service is rare these days. Tire buying could be stressful, but this shop takes all the guesswork out of the whole process and makes it so much easier! Thank you guys! Your team is really the best!

Travis A closed out my open appointment and treated me as a walk in and told me I’d have to wait 2 hours. I was there less than 5 mins after he closed out the appt. Lack of explanation to established time policies for open appts and terrible customer service. Argumentative, never again going to this place.

My husband needed tires for his vehicle. We stopped in ordered tires. Tires came in the same week, scheduled appointment and they took care of us. We watched the employees put on the tires with care. This place is a perpetual rub. They are constantly trying to upsell you on everything! I got a new tire and waited in the lobby for an additional 45 minutes because they forgot to let me know it was ready! When I asked the guy at the counter why, he just shrugged and said "sorry about that".
