Location does not have equipment to complete wheel alignments. This put us in an extremely exhausting back-and-forth situation between discount tire and Midas. Both pointing the finger at each other claiming errors were on the other side. Discount tire is now stating we need to replace two of our 70,000 mile tires after only 20,000 miles. For any wheel service, It’s in your best interest that the location also supports wheel alignments.

Clean store, good hours. Ethan and Kelen were incredibly helpful getting me a new tire. I appreciate professionalism and dedication. Pricing was walked through and it felt like they wanted me to be satisfied rather than pushing the most expensive tires. The team swapping out the tire were quick and efficient, even put the spare back under my vehicle. Not every place will do that. Will definitely be returning when needed.

I bought some tires with a tire warranty. 3 months later the tire is flat, they won't look at the tire or validate the warranty, they just want to sell me another tire. They were citing discontinuity between the outside and inside of the tire.seems pretty scammy to me I'll go buy somewhere else. I'll remove this 1 star review when they refund me for the warranties the they wouldn't validate.

Stopped in to see what they charge for replacing 1 tpms. They looked busy with full bays. They came out and scanned to see which one was bad and had me in and out within 30mins at a very reasonable price. Thank you employees for doing a great job! Will stop by again if similar work needs done.

Booking my appointment to get our tires balanced and rotated was easy to do online. I arrived a little early, checked in online, and dropped my keys with the front desk. My car went in around the scheduled time and was completed almost 30 minutes before my estimated completion time! Im very pleased with the service i recived and highly recommend Discount Tire.

I found a nail in my tire and initially tried to fix it myself using a tire plug kit, but it turned out to be ineffective and made the situation worse. I then took my tire to several shops, but they refused to repair it because I had attempted to fix it myself. Thankfully, someone recommended Discount Tire to me. They repaired my tire for free, and I couldn’t believe it! Their team was incredibly polite and friendly. Thank you so much!

I purchased multiple sets of tires from this location. Each time they have been quick and courteous. The techs have complimented my vehicles and treated them with respect. Whenever I’ve needed a rotation, plug, or even pressure monitors, Discount Tire has been my go to for quick and reliable work. Just recently I had an unexpected emergency where I needed to travel out of state and needed to swap my summer/track tires to all-season tires due to an incoming freeze. There was a small delay because their system didn’t have enough info on my newer sport car and there was thought that the larger all-seasons wouldn’t fit. The manager vetoed the doubt and guaranteed the fit would be perfect. Within 20 minutes I was back on the road with the appropriate set of tires and they didn’t charge me a dime! I will continue doing business here and recommend it to my family and friends!

I went to Discount Tires on East Kellogg this morning! I bought Arizonan tires very happy with quality and price. They were very professional and friendly everything went fast I was in and out. They did a very good job!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Superb professionalism by all staff I interacted with; exceptional efficiency of work, tires were in stock, and I was in and out the door in approximately 30 minutes. Which is amazing for 4 full tire truck tires!

Fantastic and 5+ stars! The staff (Caleb, Tyler, and Matthew) was incredible. Very kind, courteous, professional, and efficient. I'm not from Wichita and had a long drive home. I showed up right at closing time. Caleb hopped on right on without hesitation. Caleb and Matthew had my tire off, patched, rebalanced, and put back on in maybe 20 minutes. These guys are top notch incredible. I'm extremely grateful, because he could have told me no. Great job guys!!!

Five stars all around. Everyone is nice, timely, and efficient. Wait times are super reasonable and typically faster than what you are told the estimate is. Staff is knowledgeable about what they recommend the best course of action to be. I have had great experiences at both of the discount tire shops I have been to. The only recommendation I can make this store is that it would be nice to have the option of outdoor seating available now that the weather is getting nicer. The other shop I’ve been to had indoor and outdoor chairs and that made the wait more enjoyable.

Got me in quickly and even rescheduled appointments multiple times for me due to tire complications. Staff is extremely friendly and service is cheap. Highly recommended for anyone getting tires.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday. I was concerned they would be too busy to fix my low tire with a nail in it, but they got me right in and fixed it. As always, no charge for flat repairs. Heroes! I've been a loyal customer for 25 years since I lived in Arizona. Great product, price and service.

I had a crack in 1 of my wheels; to repair it was more than a new aftermarket wheel here. Ethan provided awesome customer service; professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. All other employees appeared to have similar qualities. I bought 4 new wheels (with new lugnuts) installed on my 2013 CC for a little more than 1 OEM wheel installed at the VW dealership. Bonus 1: they give a military discount. Bonus 2: they look way cooler! The waiting area is comfortable.

Trip 1) I arrived at my scheduled appointment. They pulled my car into a bay then told me 2 tires had not been delivered yet but expected that day. Discount should have called me to reschedule. Trip 2) Discount called, tires arrived. Pulled my car into a bay only to discover there are security lug nuts. They can’t remove them w/o possibly breaking lugs & “I’d have to take it to a different shop for repair”. I’ve had this car 1 week (shipped from Texas) so I’m unfamiliar with the car. They send me off to find a 5 spline lug socket. Trip 3) Found the socket at the 2nd auto parts store & went back to Discount. They mounted & balanced and I took it on the highway. Trip 4) Drove straight back to Discount. The tires were not properly balanced. I’d been there, off & on for 7 hours and scheduled another appointment for the next morning to re-balance. Trip 5) Got my car 2 hours after scheduled appt. Tech tells me he could not get his machine to balance 1 tire but finally got it. So the day before he sent me off with unbalanced tires. Unacceptable! Unfortunately, I can NOT recommend Discount Tire to friends or family. Caleb & Ethan were apologetic & professional but rather sheepish due to this fiasco. I would suggest they invest in security lug sockets ($11.99) & notice them on the 1st trip to their store.

I am from Texas and I am working in Kansas on a turnaround. I had a flat and took my car here to have it fixed. Before I got out of the car I placed my lock nut in my cup holder which is by my front seat. The technician took my keys and drove my car into the bay. I was informed that since I had driven my car on the flat I would need a new tire. I didn’t have a problem and purchased the new tire. After the service I drove to work which was in El Dorado since I was already late. Once I arrived to work it dawned on me that my locknut was not in my cupholder. I looked around the inside of my car and decided to give them a call. Someone answered the phone and I told him that I couldn’t find my locknut. He placed me on hold for quite a while then returned to tell me to look in my trunk it should be there. In my dismay I stated to the gentleman that where I’m from, Houston, they hand you your keys along with your locknut in your hand. Once again I was pressed for time and was already 3 hours late for work. The gentleman went on to tell me that if it’s not there just go to the dealership and buy another one. At this point I was flabbergasted. I told him that I work 12 hours a day, 13 days straight and that I don’t have time to go to the dealership to get a new lock. After explaining this twice to him he just nonchalantly said well that’s your option. Once I got back to my hotel that night I proceeded to look in my trunk(pics included). Once again I’m a plant worker and I keep coats, rain gear, hard hats etc. in my trunk due to changes in weather. Well I opened my trunk and saw that they placed my spare tire on top of my work gear. And apparently as stated before by the worker to look in my trunk for my lock nut. I placed my tire in the compartment where it belonged and proceeded to search for my locknut and I did not find it. I closed my trunk and walked to look at my tire and guess what was there? My locknut. I had traveled well over 60-70 miles that day. I am very displeased with the customer service that I received there on 10/5. The callousness of the employee to tell me to just go to the dealership and get another locknut was not only insensitive but lacked concern. I will not recommend this location to anyone. Obviously there needs to be a system of checks and balances before a vehicle is returned to the owner. Definitely an epic fail.

My daughter purchased a wheel and during the removal process the tech broke a wheel stud. Instead of instructing her that it needs to be fixed, she was told the car is safe and not to worry about it. I didn't believe a national, reputable (with great ratings), would tell a somebody it is safe to drive a vehicle with 4 out 5 wheel fasteners. So I called, asked to speak with the manager and was told "he was busy". So I spoke with Kelen M. To my surprise, he told me that it is perfectly safe and they do it all time. Even stated Discount Tire will pay for any damages if the wheel fall off an hurts somebody. I asked to have the manager give me a call. Ethan, who is not the manager, called me back and said driving on 4 out 5 fasteners is only safe to drive until it is repaired. My concern is the mis-information my daughter received and their lack of safety concerns. Also note, the invoice does not have any notes regarding the broken stud or it needs to be repaired.

I am ALWAYS pleased with any work I have done from discount tire whether it’s needing new tires or just needing a little air up they always have exceptional customer service! Today Ethan helped air up my tired and communicated to me that he noticed something wasn’t right with one of my tires and said I should have it looked at before I leave so I went inside and Caleb greeted me asking if I had been helped yet, telling him not yet and he took over assisting me through the whole process, helping get me in and out in a quick time frame, overall 10/10 customer service! I will continue and always recommend discount tire to anyone that needs tire services!

We were on a road trip and had to stop because tire belts were separating. Caleb said it would take 90 minutes. Such a long time would have led to more inconvenience down the road. Caleb said he would try to do better and he had us finished in 45 minutes. Very happy with the service here.
