All the equipment was out for filling the air for tires. I was waiting in line for quite a while. I made eye contact and tried to wave over three different employees. No one walked over to tell me no one was doing tires at the moment or they stopped doing it at a certain time tried calling no one was picking up the phone. I just thought it wasn’t cool at all.

First time at this store. Bought 4 tires online, showe up for the appt. Took 30 minutes. These guys were real pros. Treated me like I owned the place! Whichi is why I continue to use them for all my tire needs as a customer since 1992.

I have always had great customer service when I go to the Discount Tire store in the Spectrum Shopping Center. This time I a low right rear tire so I got in line at the tire refill station. The gentleman who filled my tires showed me that one tire had dangerous low tread. He asked if I wanted to purchase a new tire. I had a meeting within an hour or so. I was reluctant to stay. However, I'm glad I did because two new tires were put one and I got home in time for my meeting. Thanks Discount Tire!

The batteries on the tire air sensors died (who knew), and I got right in and they installed new ones and honestly, I don’t think I waited more than 35 minutes. As a typical Discount Tire experience, everyone was professional and courteous. That’s why it’s the ONLY place we trust for tires on 5 vehicles. Thanks Jacob.

Don't waste your time here!! My TPMS light came on, I waited in their line, which by the way is HORRIBLE to get in, only to be told "they're all low" and hurried off. Two days later the TPMS light came back on and I went to the Kino location where they found a nail. They fixed it in 30 mins and had me on my way.

Extremely pushy sales and lie about time wait. Only came to get a tire repair and felt like they wouldn’t do it unless I replaced at least 2 tires. After many declines, I wast told it would take 45 mins. After being there for more than 2 hours, I was called and told my car was “next”. Here I was thinking my car was ready?!! As a woman, I feel like they kept pushing me to buy even when I explained I had just bought the car and needed to do other repairs first. I also felt like they lie on the time just to “get” your business. The final technician even said “sorry they lied to you”. Do not recommend. First and last time I come to this location.

I bought the tires online and made an appointment. Got there on time, checked in and they promptly got my keys and went on to work on my car. I didn't even waited for an hour, everything was quick and the employees very friendly. I recommend to do an appointment as the place was full.

Been putting the wrong size tires on my mother's car for years! Was wondering why the speedometer was off... You overcharge and then install the wrong size on all 4 wheels?! Unacceptable!

Was in a pretty tough spot financially. Came in never being able to afford 4 tires, despite knowing the tread was going low Max was a Saint and managed to get me a tire for free, bringing it into my price range, albeit barely. I cannot thank him and this store enough
