I’ve been to various locations in Tucson and Phoenix over the past two decades and I keep coming back as I’m consistently treated so well. Beyond excellent!!!

Long time Discount Tire customer. I stopped by this Discount Tire store yesterday to have my tire pressure checked. The air pressure dropped after the temps dropped. One tire was getting lower than the others though. The nice young gentleman found a screw in the rear driver's tire. They patched it for me and got me back on the road pretty quickly. All of the employees I encountered or saw were very nice. I wasn't pressured to buy new tires, they were very honest. I've been to a couple other locations in town in the past and wasn't as impressed with those locations. Thanks for the honest, good work!

Lies again! My dear friend brought her car in because of a low air pressure warning light on the dashboard. Instead of just filling her tires, they unecessarily sold her 4 new tires. The ones they removed had just 19,000 miles and were kept garaged, out of sunlight. They took advantage of an innocent little old lady that went in for an air fill. Worse yet, a similar complaint was posted here for this business just two weeks ago. It looks like a trend so be careful!!!

Love this place, the staff all come out to meet you, and get ready to do their jobs. Need to get your tires fixed? My daughter had just picked me up from having surgery. Her check tire light came on and we stopped to get free air service. Told us needed new tires. So paid for new tires. Less than 1 hour we were ready to go. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience. Their new mobile service was top notch. Jesus gave excellent customer service and Anthony was great at replacing my tires quickly in my driveway and even identified a nail in one not getting replaced. He took that tire back to the shop and got it fixed up and brought back to me. I didn’t have to take any time off work. So convenient!

Went to get air put in a tire and they told me that one of my tires had low tread and needed to be replaced. I know this was a lie because I measured the tread depth and all 4 of the tires have equal tread and the tread is not low. So, if you go don't believe them without checking your tires yourself! I hate that businesses like this take advantage of people. Be knowledgeable about your vehicle so you don't get swindled.

I had excellent service at Discount Tire on Tanque Verde thanks to Omar and Emilio. Omar was able to get my tires the same day I called and an afternoon appointment. (I was headed out on a trip the next day) Emilio was respectful of my concerns about the jack points on my camper and replaced some lug nuts at no charge. Knowledgeable. Communicative. Good prices. Friendly. Great attributes for any business.

I definitely recommend getting the certificates on all tire purchases because they save you money 💰 each time.

Amazing Staff and even though the Phantom Tires for my car were being discontinued, they managed to have them in state shipped to my Discount Tire location earlier then expected. Jake and a few of the staff got my car in and set up and out in less than 30 min. Also I highly recommend Armor All spray foam on the tires to keep them moistened as much as possible. Especially in the dessert heat in and around Tucson Arizona.

Came in to get all 4 tires replaced with some Michelin Pilot Sport all seasons! And the team at this location was awesome! I basically only go to discount tires but this location was my first and they did amazing. Shout out to Jon for getting me the tires I needed quickly and I was able to come in and get them installed quick! All same day! The tech William & Chuck were really friendly & helpful!! Shoutout to these guys and making an annoying purchase of tires easy & quick! Thank yall!

Discount tire got me in and out quickly for four new tires. I asked the service agent if there were any additional charges at time of purchase and he said no. I was not shown a summary of charges before being asked for my credit card and the final charge was made prior to the completion of service. When I received the receipt at the end at the door , i see I was charged $22 per tire for refund/replacement. Never was I asked if I desired to purchase this coverage or was this coverage explained to me until I asked about what the charge was. Every customer should have the choice, whether they elect to have this coverage or not, and I was not given the choice.

Jake is very knowledgeable on tires and wheels. He was patient and offered his knowledge when I asked for it. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and his team got my new wheels and tires installed as soon as they arrived! Thanks Jake, I recommend this location for anyone looking new wheels and/or tires.

Jon was the absolute best. I was in an emergency situation and none of the tire shops were going to be able to get my tire for at least a day or two and Jon went above and beyond to find a warehouse that had my tire and even offered to go pick it up for me so I could get on the road back home to Phoenix. Next level service!!

Really fantastic experience, unexpected when your day starts out with a flat tire. Manager Jake and service rep Ross provided excellent service, no pressure, great information, and Cole did a great job with the replacement/rotation. Highly recommend.

We called and brought in my husbands car to get a screw taken out of a tire that was loosing air. They called us an hour later said the job was done. We picked up his car and went home to find it the tire flat with the same screw that they were supposed to take out . Never had a bad experience from them until now

Easy to work with. They are knowledgeable on their products. I have purchased multiple sets of tires for multiple vehicles over the years and keep going back due to their wonderful customer service. They have been great for nail and screw repair as well over the years.

Not much to say. I knew they'd try to sell me more services than what I came in for, and that's exactly what happened. Told the guy my front driver tire needed to be checked, and he didn't even look at it. He went straight in with the, "You should replace all your tires," and while he wasn't wrong, that's not what I came in for. Can't blame them for trying to make their quotas, but all I wanted was my tire to be checked.
