On Monday, January 20 I went into discount because I bent my rim and I was told that my rim was no good and I had to buy brand new rims and tires so I did so which was 1000$. two days later I spoke with friends and told them of my situation showed them a picture and said that they can have someone fix it so they asked me for my rims. I said discount never gave them back to me.so Thursday January 23 I called discount tire and spoke to a representative letting them know that I wanted my rims back since it’s only been two days and no one offered to give me my rims back in my car.They told me they looked around and there was no rims there however they can put a ticket in about the warehouse seeing if they still have the rims up there but for some odd reason, they told me they had my one bent rim at the shop still so I went ahead and I said OK. Contact me when you guys have an answer well it’s been a week and I still have no answer about my rims which aren’t cheap and aren’t free so I highly recommend not going to this discount tire because they’re very unprofessional and don’t know how to take care of business.ill attach a picture of my no good rim to

Stopped by for the free tire air pressure check. The associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. We have bought plenty of tires from Discount and they are always helpful.

This location is absolutely amazing! The entire team is incredible. They work together flawlessly and somehow manage to provide excellent service to every single customer even though they were very busy when I arrived there. I was about 75 miles from home when I had a pressure issue with one of my tires and had to get my car to the closest place I could find which was the Discount Tire location on Kino Parkway, Tucson. They checked my tires and told me/showed me that I needed new tires altogether. They showed me multiple sizes and even brought several tires into the lobby so I could compare them, and helped me choose the best ones for my car. I was treated so well from the time I arrived to the time the car was ready and the entire process took less than two hours. I was so impressed and very grateful for the service I received. Excellent team!!!!!

All of the individuals who served my husband and I (at the Bridges location) were absolutely AWESOME!! They were prompt, professional, attentive and caring. The amount of time that was stated for needed services was met with the utmost professionalism. Their prices were quite impressive and within budget which I really appreciated!! I would HIGHLY recommend Discount Tires and will no doubt be returning for my car tires/windshield wiper needs!!

I walked in at 530pm on a Friday night, I texted my wife in the lobby that it was really busy and it may be a while. I was assisted almost immediately by Angel the manager. Not only did they have the tires in stock, they were able to put them on with new windshield wipers within 15 minutes of my arrival! It was insane how fast their service was here! And they're always so nice! Greeting you with a smile and a handshake. We really appreciate you guys getting us in and out so fast and your courtesy! You have an excellent team!

I've used Discount Tires at various locations across the country. I appreciate that they have been in general quite professional, straight forward, and helpful. This site was no exception. I hope the business continues in this fashion of providing reliable quality service. I also continue to come back because they patch tires purchased anywhere for free. This store had patched my tires once, and while I only had 20% tread left needed to wait a bit before I purchased a new set. When I was ready I came here, so that service paid off I would think.

They are very professional group of a team. My front right tire was losing air, and I'd to refill my tire every few days. The team did a inspection, found a bolt stuck in my tire. They were able to remove it, patch it up. I was planning to buy a new tire, but they did this service for free! I appreciate the dedication, professionalism, time and work!

Always had great service until today when I set an appointment for tire rotation and balance. I knew my front 2 tires were worn and the back still having about 35% left so naturally my vehicle being a FWD wanted to be cautious and rotate until I could purchase all 4 tires in the next few months. Ramses assisted and told me it's company policy that once tires are worn to a certain degree they cannot service them. I paid the lifetime balance and rotation with the premise that it holds true until you do not own the vehicle. Assistant manager Manny proceed to help with the conversation and stated that the lifetime is not lifetime only for the life time of the current tires on the vehicle whether they were purchased at Discount Tire or not. It felt like it's a salesman's game, and that's when Ramses and Manny began to tag team me with apparent talk offs and sales pitches. In the end I wanted to make my vehicle safer by rotating the tires until I could afford to purchase all 4 tires and was denied service. I believe there should be a waiver or hold harmless form that can be given for those who do not have the ability to buy new tires but want the ability to drive their own vehicle as safely as possible with the means they have available. I reached out to have a regional or corporate manager to contact me for a refund for the lifetime pitch I was given, we will see what response I get.

Discount tire is the only place i've gotten tires in a number of years. However, as I sit in line to have my tires pressure checked, it is discouraging to say I had been here half hour And still have three cars in front of me. Come on, discount tire.You're better than this

I own a two corvettes which one does not have a spare tire. OK this is not the best way to go out on the road because of the obvious, however I did not need to have a blow out on a tire because of a defective valve stem. That is what was said to me at the shop when I went in the next after waiting three hours for a tow. This is the second time that a valve stem broke and it created a problem like this. The manager told me that the rubber valve stems that THEY put in tires seem to not hold up after a couple of years. I asked why they did not put metal ones in and he said quote "THis is what the company gives us".. REALLY!!! is what I said. and I called in the to main customer office and let them have along with the store that I was at.. I have had a problem with this company since day one and I have kep going back for what reason!? I must be having some type of mental problem. I could make a list starting with them badly scratching one of my HRA 2 thousand dollar rim when installing as I watched back a couple of years of which created discount tire having to compensate me for the cost of all the new tires that I was having put on to replace some of the cost of this rim. Not balancing correctly on several occasions. Not putting the correct amount of air in. Not installing the front tires on the proper side on my van which have a right and a left. Ordering the wrong wheels. Ordering the incorrect tire and having me do a round trip to the store. They wound up replacing both the tires from the one that blew out after a made a nice size exibition at the store. however the manager did say to me that I was the only one the that seemed to have trouble with them and I responded quickly about that being BS. There is something wrong with this company. I am thinking of making an official complaint with the BBB, not that the BBB will do anything because they are also a BS company and are really only interested in getting their monthly dues. FOLKS......find a better tire company like TOTAL CARE CAR.

I have been coming here for years and NEVER have I ever heard anyone come in and say I would like to get 4 new tires and I have my mom's credit card information with me. So the employee proceeded to quoting the customer over $1,000 bill and reasked the customer okay so you said you had your mom's credit card information, customer said yes and pulled out a piece of paper with this customers "mom's credit card information" written down. The employee guided the customer to entering the credit card information manually on the credit card machine. THIS SALE SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED!!! SMH This is how fraud happens for careless employees that do this. I am not sure if this is the process discount tire uses just to get "SALES" but this is most definitely unexceptable.. First of all the credit card holder was not present! There was no call out to the credit card holder to verify that this charge was okay to happen! I am quite disappointed in what I just witnessed!
