This discount tire is phenomenal!! I’m extremely grateful for their professional and quick service. I was in town with an unfortunate flat and needed to get back on the road quickly, or it would have been another night stay in Tucson. Thomas ordered tires from the warehouse and had me on my way in a couple hours. Thank you so much. I’m extremely grateful!

Do not get a free air check here. Couple of reasons, 1- they usually have a long line of cars waiting. 2- they now do not service motorcycles tires (bogus reasoning as well)

Great experience. Made an appointment online for a tire patch. Crew is very friendly and knowledgeable. A window to the mechanic area so you can see everything going on. They are experienced with Teslas. A five minute walk to Brucha Boba place while you wait. We’ll be returning when I’m ready to get new tires. Thomas was especially helpful.

They start are always kind. Even when it seems busy and looked overwhelmed. They will still give you the time and day and that's all I can ask for. This discount tire location is one of my favorites.

Made an appt days in advance, to rotate tires. I waited an hour, my car wasn’t even taken back to the bay yet I had a doctors appointment so I had to leave. What’s the point of making an appointment.

Was referred to Reuben at this location from 2 other locations. I was told he knows more about programming the toyota sensors than others. I came in and saw he was dealing with a disgruntled customer and how he handled that situations was absolutely incredible so professional and courteous to the upset lady. He took care of everything for her and she was not the easiest to deal with. I finally got his assistance and he was able to program the sensor IDs and get rid of the tire pressure light in under 5 minutes. I also brought the truck to about 5 shops not including just discount tire locations. It makes sense that he is the store manager and a complete value to the company in general. The fact people know his name around discount locations shows his knowledge and that they can recommend him says alot. Thank you so much I greatly appreciate the time you gave me Reuben as well as the much needed help. He made it look so easy, other discount locations can learn from him and I see him growing even more with the company. You saved me a trip to the toyota dealership and 711.00 for OEM sensors with diagnostic. If you have a toyota with a tricky tpms computer system you'll want to bring it to Reuben just be patient, because he is busy.

Did the job that was needed, wish the customer service was a little better. Shouldn’t have to walk down the block and down an alley to pick up my own car from the secondary lot after getting new tires installed.. 10 month - update - after 10k miles and at the wear bars they did not honor their warranty that was also extra cost - would not but they’re upgrade -

This Discount Tire’s customer service is always amazing. I went to check my tire pressure 30 minutes before close and one of my tires needed immediate changing. The store got me in right away and Cesar was awesome and helped me out significantly more than I ever expected this store to help out, considering how awesome I already think they are. Not enough words to express my gratitude to this store and their employees.

I'm a local resident in the area, and I am frustrated by the fact that this shop will run car lines that BLOCK the street - it creates such an unsafe environment for anyone trying to drive down Dodge past the Discount Tire Shop. The lines they let go get so bad you can't see the other oncoming traffic, and if you try to get around the line you better hope there isn't someone just down the road that could collide with you. The obstruction of traffic this business creates is inexcusable, and the fact that management running that location even THINK that it is okay to create such an unsafe driving environment for anyone else in the area is disappointing and lazy. I wholeheartedly believe the city could get involved in someone because public streets are being obstructed because a TIRE SHOP can't manage their flow of traffic.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so high. All my tire indicators have worked for years. I checked them before the visit. After getting new tires they told me a sensor broke so now my light stays on. Then, when getting a new windshield wiper, they put the rear one in the front. I know that's not a big deal but you can connect the two to complete neglect and lack of care for the customer.

Nobody likes a flat tire and nobody really likes to deal with it themselves. The guys today worked extremely hard not only offering free air checks all day (and trust me it got BUSY) but they also were able to squeeze me in for the tire installation without an appointment and in less than an hour! These guys definitely deserve the HIGHEST KUDOS! Thank you!

Thomas ordered my tires for a great price & Ramon assisted when the tires came in. All the guys working here are awesome! I got a great price, quick install...all with a smile. Great job. Highly recommend them.

I needed air in all my tires. They have a line for only cars that needed air. Check your air and add more air.....with a smile.

Matt is incompetent. Do not talk to him while there. I had a nail in my tire in which they said they could patch it up. After waiting for an hour I was told I had to replace not one tire but in fact two. While they had my car in their possession they allowed something to hit my car and refused to repair it. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Do not take your car there.

This is the first time I've given them less than 5 stars. Office phone rang off the wall. Office was chaotic. You need more staff and 10 more chairs. On the other hand staff are well trained, competent, and polite.

This tire shop was awesome! Matt assisted me and he was very helpful. I witnessed another technician assisting another lady and he sat with her and explained things about tires and other things regarding her vehicle. I was very much impressed by the gentlemen that work her at this shop.
