I sent my 18 year old son to get tires changed and they brek a lug nut and say it was already like that and refuse to change tires but they dont do anything about the broken lugnut, just because hes unexperience you guys think you can just say it was like that and sent him away? I called to speak to a manager and they left me on hold for a long time, what joke of service this is.

As an Uber driver, I’ve been to multiple Discount locations around Tucson, this one is hands-down the best. There’s a bit of a wait usually, but it’s worth it. These guys are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Connor is great and helped me out when I somehow ordered the wrong size tires online. The manager is running this place like a well oiled machine, Highly recommend!

Christian helped me on Ina, I think I had a slow leak and they found the screw and patched me up. It was a free service. I always feel I get a great deal and excellent customer service. The efficiency and professionalism is amazing. Their team is always so kind and knowledgeable. They are a busy place but I can see why people come here. My tires I feel last a long time and are a great price, their service is impeccable.

I, and my family, have bought tires from discount for 20 years but next time I’m shopping around. I went in for a flat repair and tire rotation and got neither. It was very clear if you weren’t buying tires you weren’t getting service.

Juan initially helped me when I had a nail in my tire. After I mentioned I was waiting to replace them to get equal sized tires on all four wheels, he asked where I purchased them (a different discount in another city ). He looked intoit , noticed I bought the right tire but the wrong ones were installed. Lee came out, took a quick look at the screen and said "please make it right" and then left. They replaced the 2 incorrect tires at no charge even though it has been years since I bought them. I was so happy I bought 2 more to replace and a spare. The fact that they were this honest about a simple mistake and then insisted on fixing it, even without an appointment was the kind of service you just don't get anywhere anymore. I have 3 vehicles and only one has tires through discount. That being said I'm switching away from sams club tire dept and taking all my business here to this very location simply because their staff is honest, efficient and just want the end result of their work to be up to their own set standards. Thank you Juan and Lee, look forward to bringing my other vehicles in when it's time.

I love Discount Tire on Ina Road in the Tucson/Marana area. My wife and I buy our tires there. They also provide free tire rotation which keeps us coming back. Their customer service is phenomenal. Juan Pablo helped me today, and he provided me with excellent customer service

I strongly suggest that you take detailed pictures of your tires before you give them your keys. Nails can spontaneously appear as if by magic in your tires between their parking lot and service bays. What happened to this tire shop? They used to be worthy of trust. Expect to wait all day. Expect to have to buy 2 new "certificates" and a tire for a "free" rotate and balance. Expect for them to not even order those replacement tires until it's the time they said the tires would be ready to install. Expect even simple maintenance to take more than 1 day.

When I was ready to make my appointment, the online site showed none of the stores had the tires I wanted in stock. I called & they told me they could have them in by noon the next day and I could come in at 2:30 to have them put on. Quoted me an hour but I was literally driving away 45 min later! That evening the tire pressure sensor came on so I ran in a few days later & they replaced it at no cost! They also called Method for me about replacing the center caps that had been stolen & Method sent them replacements for me, for free! Definitely Red Carpet treatment at this location & I won't be going anywhere else!

Called over the phone was told one thing. When I arrived the first associate was helpful. When I gave him the information I was given over the phone he had to get a manager involved. Manager Francisco was super unhelpful and gave me different information on the product I was looking for. His customer service skills are lacking. I buy from this location often. I purchased a set of tires last year. I wont be spending my money here anymore. I am super surprised at the level of customer service or the lack of. I think business forget we as consumers have options. We don't need to feel taken advantage of or made to feel as better they are busy we don't deserve the proper service and dealings super disappointed with this location.

Did an free air check for me, even checked the spare (which was good because it was way low). Very friendly, always buy our tires there. Went again for an air check, determined one may be damaged. Checked it, new valve stems. All free. The is always professional and low pressure, the only place we buy our tires.

I brought my car in at 8am expecting a fairly quick service, but it was and is currently +4 hours of waiting... and I'm still waiting. It's 12:38pm and I waited in line alone where I was stared at, instead of being updated on my car. I was considering calling the store so someone would talk to me, but I figured it'd be better to leave an honest review so people know what to expect coming here for service. I came in to replace 2 tires guys, you literally have one job, tires. I will update with how they intend or try to make this better.

I had a tire that was leaking and needed to be repaired. I went in at 4:30pm, I did not have an appt and I waited for two hours with my very bored children. This is my fault, but it was the only time I could really get my tire fixed. I was told by the technician there was nothing wrong with my tire. I asked him why it kept losing air, he explained all the ways they checked, including taking it apart. I left confused. Later that night, I looked more closely at my tires and saw that my left tire had “tire lube,” but I had brought my vehicle in for my right tire. My right tire showed no indication of being examined at all. I went back to the shop first thing in the morning, Francisco was extremely apologetic and offered to look at my car immediately. I did not have time due to a work meeting but I would be back at around 5pm, and I was assured my car would be taken right back. I got back at 5pm, but my car was not taken back right away, after seeing 2 cars go back before mine, I explained the situation again and the fact I needed to leave. I was told the two cars pulled back before mine were “ready” but mine would be next. After over an hour, I was told there was a screw in my right tire and it had been patched. Fransisco is the only reason I’d ever consider going back, I understand mistakes happen but the lack of apology /urgency from the staff was upsetting. Also, why did they fill up half of my tires? Update- they over inflated my tires on the left side and they should not be above 50…I spoke with the manager and he apologized for not knowing about the situation, which I appreciate, but I feel like the 2 staff members I told should have informed him.

I made appointment to fix my tire on my car. They promptly got on it right away. Very busy all the time but having a appointment made it quick in and out. Professional and courteous employees. Great job! That is the reason I've been shopping at Discount tire for 40+ years.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but they have ridiculously slow service, even with an appt. They told me to expect 90 minutes for 2 tires. 3 hours later, still not ready until I looked out window and saw my car was back in parking lot but no one told me. I figured a 12:30 appt would have been plenty of time to allow me to pick up my kids from school on time. I had to ask 3 people for my key. My husband told me they texted him when car was ready. I specifically told guy at front desk to call ME since I was the one waiting. I watched him write down my number. The last guy I asked for my keys tried to tell me I hadn’t paid (I paid as soon as I got there.) They are in the business of selling and installing tires but they don’t do alignments. What kind of bs is that? Also, pay close attention to your bill. They always add on the “certificate” which is basically a warranty. But they don’t ask you if you want it or tell you they tacked it onto your bill. You really gotta pay attention.

I have never been to a Discount Tire that wasn't awesome and this location is no exception. I always feel like I'm getting a fair and honest recommendation. I never feel pressured to spend more than necessary. And, all the associates, without exception, are kind and professional. Highly recommended!

They always take care of me well. I had a nail in my tire. And they replaced it for the $43 warranty in the next tire.
