Noticed my spare tire was from 1995 and maybe not safe to use. Got a new one with my 5000 mile rotate and balance. Now, the '96 Buick Roadmaster is smooth and more safe. The service staff were great. I would have given 5 stars, but the customer waiting facilities are quite a bit degraded due to construction. Hopefully, that will be done soon and better than ever. For now, it might be better to drop your car and pick it up later, rather than wait on premises.

Dropped off my car here for flat tire and tire rotation. After the repair I am shocked to see my other tire had this tear . When asked about the same , the representative Alex didn’t help me nor took care of the situation , in-fact he blamed me for this. As far as I understand, this could’ve been because of the improper use of tire replacement machinery and they didn’t take any responsibility for it. They charged me for a new tire although it was their mistake. If permitted, i want to rate zero stars.

I regret to inform you that I have encountered several issues while attempting to exercise my warranty rights for the treadwear coverage on my tires. The resolution provided deviated from the terms outlined in the warranty agreement. Furthermore, I was inappropriately offered an unnecessary warranty. Considering my substantial investment in purchasing multiple sets of tires for my BMW and Infiniti vehicles, I am profoundly disappointed with the treatment I have received and will not continue conducting business with this company in the future. Additionally, my brand-new tires were over-inflated, necessitating a visit to another establishment to have the pressure adjusted appropriately. This incident reflects poorly on the level of professionalism expected from your organization. I kindly request your attention to these matters and expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

I will never go back to this location. I went in to get a nail that was stuck in my rear right tire, and they informed me it was taken care of. I noticed after driving that the same sound was coming from the rear tire. I also went to another location today to get it fixed, and they didn't see any notes where it was repaired and removed. Then another issue came out. I have no idea why they took off my front right tire?? They claim I had run flat damage?? I hadn't had any issues with that tire at all. I believe they damaged it, and that's why they replaced it with a new one for free. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

There was a very small wait, once the staff noticed a line begin to form, they were quick to get more counters opened. I came in hoping to just get a pair of tires, but was informed that it was recommended I get all four due to the wear and tear on all four I had on my vehicle. I want to give a big shout out to Jordan, who helped me find and order a set that would work well for me. He worked well within my budget, was quick through the process, and very knowledgeable and informative on what best worked for me. Look forward to getting my new tires soon!

I had a really great experience with discount tire. My tire blew out and they didn’t have the tire, but the manager was so patient and kind. He got it ordered for me and took care of it. I am really happy with their service and it didn’t take long at all. Highly recommend

I rarely ever write reviews, but when I do, it's because it's really great or really bad. I had wheels on my new car powder coated from a very popular shop in the DFW area. Two of my tires kept dropping around 1 psi a day, and I couldn't figure out if it was the tire or the wheels. Took it to Discount Tire so I could figure out if it was possibly a puncture that was repairable or if I would need new tires. Brandon was the one to greet me with a genuine smile, and during my wait, I noticed that's how he greeted and spoke with every customer, even though it was towards the end of the workday. All of the shop personnel, in fact, seemed to share a similar positive attitude. Upon inspection, they discovered that the wheel shop hadn't reinstalled the valve stem grommets, and air was very slowly leaking through the valve stems. They not only installed new grommets on those two valve stems, but even did the due diligence to find that all four valve stems were missing the grommet. They installed new grommets on all four valve stems, did a final check to see if it fixed the leaks, and had me on my way. On top of the great service, the kicker was that they charged me nothing - and I wasn't even a previous Discount Tire customer. I'm sure this is why they do things like tire repairs and other types of services for no charge, but they have my business for all of my vehicles as long as I live in the area. Never thought I'd leave a tire shop with this positive of an experience.

I am not happy with this experience and have complete erosion of trust with the Discount Tire brand. I think they are scammers who must get bonuses or a commission trying to sell additional services beyond your wants or needs. Keondre showed me where a screw was stuck horizontally in my tire tread that was CLEARLY not puncturing anything, but I was shown a gash on that tire in a totally different place that was the “problem.” Because of other things that happened, I think he may have placed it on the tire during the “inspection” when I wasn’t looking to try to coerce a sale. As he continued to resist my requests for a tire rotation, I noticed his coworkers were snickering and giving him the side eye. This tells me that he is full of it and that the business is shady. When I told him I felt he was trying to force a sell, he never apologized or tried to make me feel more comfortable with the service. He pretended to care about my safety. After all; reading a tire wear chart requires years of graduate-level training. Keondre also spent a painstaking amount of time mansplaining (or fear-lingering for the sake of an upsell) the tire tread chart as if I were illiterate and suffered from cognitive issues. I understand my tire tread might be low, but Keandre ignored my requests for a tire rotation I had scheduled. He actually removed the tire rotation from order and tried to force me to buy new tires on the spot when I wasn’t ready to make a decision and still had some tread left. He also ignored my request to honor my time given my schedule. He told me the “service” would “take a while”—and it did—for them to remove the one “faulty” tire and create a gash that was on the opposite side of the tire from where Keondre “found” the screw. Then the manager rolls the tire in to show me the gash on the opposite of the tire. I wish I photographed the location of the screw and the location of the mysterious gash. I guess they thought I was too stupid to tell the difference between the left and right sides of a tire. Even though Keondre finally the rotation back to the order after I insisted, they didn’t rotate my tires at all. I know because, having smelled a rat, I walked out to the service center a few times and thought it was odd that they were taking so long to remove a screw from that I could have easily removed myself with my finger or a pen. In fact, that one tire was the ONLY tire they ever actually removed from the vehicle. I am disappointed and outraged that they wasted my time. Supposedly, they replaced my faulty tire with a new one at no charge after I complained to the manager, but it doesn’t look—or smell new to me. Maybe this was a fluke, but if you ever use this location, I would ask for another service agent if Keondre tries to service you. He belongs at a shady used car dealership.

I had to get new tires the same day as my moving day. They made the process so easy and efficient. They treated me like family and showed care and concern for my safety, as well as provided solution quickly. Very responsive and updated me even with a line of customers. They discussed all discount options and I was able to get all 4 tires replaced. I recommend to everyone in the area!

Totally wasted my time picking out tires online and scheduling an appt. Still had to wait 30 minutes just to hand them the keys to drop it off. No process to put my keys in an envelope, write your name on it,and leave.
