Devin, Keith, and the rest of the team were excellent! The service was efficient, and watching how they interacted with other customers was a great experience. I placed my order online, but while waiting for my install, I overheard one of the sales guys assisting another customer—his positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. Always come here with my Infiniti, always get taken care of. The manager Anthony Always makes sure the cars well taken care of, if they do have a problem they make sure I’m aware of it before leaving and answer any questions I have with the upmost professionalism while still being super friendly, good team of guys there! One of the only places in the area I can trust every single time working in my car!!!

Discount Tire corrected the issues & we are happy with the final outcome. Thank you! The actual Customer service team is great & refunded us. This store sold us tires that won't hold air more than a few hours at a time. I have never had new tires no matter the price or brand do this. After repeated visits to this location & no solution, I contacted the company Customer service team to help me. Bad experience that caused me to waste a lot of time. Will now take my money to a different company & replace tires that were supposed to be new but are definitely bad.

If I could give a million stars I would, I think Benjamin was the tech who helped me when I was upset and frustrated by having to get all four tires due to a flat, I could tell he actually cared about my car and it's function, he was super patient and explained everything to me while researching options to keep me even under my budget. The crew was fast and efficient, my car is riding beautifully. THANK YOU Discount Tire on New Year's Eve!

Oh, how tragic it is to find a gem like this tire shop with its stunning prices and astonishingly quick service, I was out in less than 40 mins—so utterly depressing compared to the usual tire graveyards that charge a fortune for lousy tires and take their sweet time while you're left wondering if your car will make it home. And don’t get me started on the free tire rotation and balancing— what a heartbreaking reminder that not every tire shop cares enough to offer such astonishing value! Feels weird to have such a great service nowadays, thank you all!

These guys are all so friendly, knowlegable and professional. I've had a handful of patches done here as well as get a new set of tires recently. I had a nail yesterday, Stefan took care of me in <10 mins...Though they are a large organization, they make me feel like I am going to a small, neighborhood shop (This is a great thing!), keep up the great work guys!

I have been to this store many times over the years. We have always received good service. Sales crew bust ass all day running around taking care of customers best they can. Personally I have had good experiences with Stefan, Anthony and all are good. Have many hours over the years sitting in the waiting area observing this. Really good on time wait when possible.

Today I woke up with a flat tire. I had a friend recommend this place to me. And it surely didn’t disappoint. Jeremiah was very helpful and was able to help break down everything for me. I was a walk in and the service was probably least than 15 mins. Very quick.

Wow! Bought some new wheels and tires. Spent money I didn't need to and was worried.I Shouldnt have been. These guys were wonderful! Ordered two weeks in advance these guys called me regularly and despite some logistics issue got it done a week early. These are the kind of guys that will go out of the way to get it right. Keith is a wizard, casting spells to get stuff done before you know it. use this place for your tire needs if your in this area.

Discount Tires is awesome! Their customer service is amazing and they are so helpful. Two times they have patched my tires for FREE, and with a smile on their face. They just fixed my tire in less than a minute and didn’t disappoint my 9 year old on our way to the pool. Saved the day again!

Had my new wheels and tires shipped here from Tire Rack (learned Discount Tire bought Tire Tack) and made an appointment to have them installed and TPMS reprogrammed. They saw me on time (imagine that?) and were super friendly and efficient. Night and Day difference to the experience I’ve had at other tire shops… My last “appointment” at another shops had me wait an hour and a half, only for them to tell me they couldn’t patch my tire. Even though I had to drive 45 min instead of 5, I’d do it every time for the difference in service!

Went to here to install TPMS. technichian installed sensors and told me that I have to wait 10 mins before they kick in, 12 hours later, Nothing, 3 out of 4 sensors NOT WORKING . $107 for nuts + $128 to install them. no results so far!

I was able to get 4 new tires, without an appointment, in and out, in less than 30 minutes!!!!! I was greeted very kindly, by Ben, who inspected my very worn out tires, and even told me the original date the tires old tires were made. The service team was rocking out to music and working at a furious pace. This place deserves 5 stars AND everyone's business. Highly recommend. Extremely good customer service and service team Lifelong customer.

We were visiting last week from Iowa and had a low tire when we woke up.. We found this local store and they got us right in.. They found the problem and fixed it at no cost to us. Keith is the young man that helped us and he was so friendly and professional through the whole process. He explained everything that was happening as it happened. It was so nice to be treated so kindly being so far from home. Thanks again Keith and all the other great workers.

I had an issue with a slow leak in my right front tire. This team quickly diagnosed the issue and in about 45 minutes I had my tire repaired and I was on my way. Was able to watch the entire process from the waiting room very organized, precise in their actions, definitely will go back to these guys especially when it’s time to buy new tires job. Great
