Discount Tires was a breath of fresh air. I had a tire with low air pressure, and DT found a nail puncture and fixed it with a very competitive cost. I will now go to DT every time I have a tire issue

Staff is Very rude to women unprovoked. The person that answers the phone is very angry and condescending too. The manager was nice but i can tell he makes excuses for his staff behavior. Women shop elsewhere if you want to be treated well.

I've been here twice now, both times I've been taken care of extremely well and very quickly! There isn't any pressure to purchase anything you don't need, and this team is very honest about what's really needed. I'll definitely be coming back in the future!

Awesome place. I ordered tires from tire rack, chose car x in crestwood for install. When tires arrived at car x, they gave me a quote more than double the tire rack amount, and the guy at the counter was a jerk about. Brought my tires to discounttire, they had them installed in less than half hour, for original price quote. Easiest tire install experience ever, honestly. All staff was friendly and prifessional. Customer waiting area was large, clean and modern, unlike most of the other tire shops with dingy grungy waiting rooms. Only thing missing was a coffee machine. My new go to for tire service.

Dependable tires, waste of time wiper blades. Wet toilet paper is more durable. Edited 12/12/24: Brought my SUV in for the complimentary tire rotation as part of buying all four tires from Discount Tire. Left the shop and in less than 5 minutes the deflated tire warning appeared. Returned to the shop to have all four tires checked for air. My tires require 36 psi. Front passenger, 32, the other three 29. I was shocked but based on my experiences with this shop not surprised. Discount Tire lost my loyalty. My tires have to be replaced in 2025. I'll be shopping the competition. Edited 5/21/24: If you're going to take time to respond, then at least edit your response. Writing with a URL that has no link, and find out it doesn't exist when manually entered wasted my time. That, a rear wiper blade that lasted 2 months, and a CSR who was only interested in upselling me a rear wiper blade, lowered my review from 3 stars to 2 stars. The quality of tires and post sale service on that avoids a one-star review.

Great service and fast on my recent visit for 4 new tires. I was settling in with my ear buds and a movie on the laptop, and they came to tell me I was ready. My visit took 20 minutes. I was impressed.

This location took advantage of my cousin who has a disability telling him he needed his tires changed due to thread. They proceeded to say only 3 of the 4 tires needed changing…. Which…. Makes no sense. You either change 2 or change 4. Until I got on the call for my cousin were they unable to explain why they were doing what they were doing. They had already “changed” them after he was there for a short bit , but again after speaking it would be another hour. No explanation.

Was a long wait time just to get waited on and hour half just for 1 tire. There were only 2 customers in shop including myself. There was nothing discount about the tire at all. I had a blowout right on Lindbergh and they were right there so really didn't have a choice. Wouldn't recommend

They sold me some new tires for my Mach 1, saved me $200 over the quote i got from my regular tire store. The people there were friendly and very helpful, went out of their way to make this easy for me. I'll be back next time i need tires.

Had them put new tires on the back.Told them the front driver side tire was leaking air needs to taken off and resealed.aThey came and got me said it was done I asked them if they fixed the front tire they said yes when I got in my car that tire was still at 30psi and the rest was at 35 don’t lie to your customer if you fixed it why would you set it to 30psi and you know it needs to be 35

After calling around to get prices on new tires and possibly patching, Discount tire had the best price so I went in. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. They were able to patch my tire for free as well! Will definitely return. Thank you Juan and team for the excellent service!

I called ahead about a tire replacement and tire rotation. Juan was awesome the entire time until I came to pick up the vehicle. Juan insured that the tire rotation was done. I went and inspected the tires and it was clear to me that the service was not provided as they said it would. I went back in and talked to Juan about it. He told me “it was done i checked with the tech” and I was surprised because the rear tires had a lot more tread than the front. I asked him if he measured the tires and he said they all measured the same and that you wouldn’t notice a difference. I knew this wasn’t truthful because the whole reason why I wanted a rotation was because the front had lower tread than the back. He said it was all done and I had nothing to worry about. I went back to my car and measured the tread depth with my own tool and it was clear that the fronts were lower than the back. This was an awesome experience up until this all happened. They were dishonest twice and it sucks because I really thought they were doing a good job.

Very rude to women. They gave a 2.5 hour ETA for installing 1 tire "bc there are 5 people ahead" of me, but there were 5 techs in the bays as well. Then told the next person their ETA was 1 hour. 2.5 hours per tech per tire is unreasonable. It seems like women are unwelcome if they arrive alone. They brought in at least 6 men or couples ahead of me, some immediately, who arrived w no appointment long after me. Another woman left after reminding them they didn't help her for over an hour. Reasonable price.

Great service. They fixed a nail in my tire for free, same day, within an hour after I brought it in. This is how all tire shops should work.

Amazing and honest service! They always take the time to explain what needs to be fixed and outline exactly what it will cost. Being new to the area and not knowing much about tires, Justin was able to suggest tires that were reasonable. He was very patient with me and explained the different tires in a way that I could understand it . Charlie took his time with me also to explain what was happening with my tire sensors. He was very kind and he didn't rush through things. The guys working on the vehicles were fast but very thorough in making sure that everything was done properly. They check to make sure the tires were ready to go. I could see that each customers needs were being met so I would highly recommend Discount Tires on Feth Drive in St. Louis for all your tire needs. You won't be disappointed. Thanks to the whole staff for a great experience.

Have such wonderful things to say about Justin and his service. I came in with a tire that was flat and worn down, and though he told me it was too worn to still be under warranty, he still honored the warranty and replaced the tire. Thanks Justin for being customer-first and reminding me why I’ve been coming to discount tire since I first got my license at 17.

I had a great experience here. I was checked in by a man named Justin, he was very kind, and happy to help. He frequently offered me, and the others waiting bottles of water which was very nice. Give this man a raise. Everyone else was just as friendly, Charlie helped me over the phone and was very kind. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I made an appointment expecting the wait time to be faster with an appointment but, appointment or not you will wait the same amount of time. I was there 10:30-12:15. No biggie and there are a few shops within walking distance if you’re bored. I will be back!

God bless this establishment. They helped me out tremendously with replacing a worn tire while I'm going through a rather tough time financially. Shout out to david-the young man that helped me personally who was just incredibly friendly, informative, personable and helpful. I was also told they offer free flat repairs and tire rotations even if you did not purchase your tires from them. Best experience I've ever had at an auto shop!
