I drove in without an appointment and was still waited on immediately. I had slow leaks in both front tires after doing all the usual tests, they replaced the cores and sent me on my way. Easy peasy!

Since John has taken over I wouldn’t take my vehicles any where else. I suggest the life time alignment which is great for people like me, 2000 Tundra owner. Can’t go wrong.

Terrible service. Work was never completed. Technician put the customer car on the rack without even making a diagnosis. Than did not even test drive the car to see if the problem occurred. Management stated this took place. Spent over $1200 for Michellins and did not receive the srvice promised by corporation promise

These guys were the only ones, at least in NW Fresno, that had no problem replacing the 2 front 20s on my Benz. It did take a lot longer than expected, but I imagine low pros can only stretch so much. Had them do alignment n suspension check. Now having to replace all 4 tires on my stock 17s. The prices might not always be the lowest, however, they do have pretty good tire deals going on as well as pretty decent to top of the line tires available. Discount Tire is 1 of only 2 places that I'll have service my ride, thanks John!

John is the manager and handle my issue with ease.. he is professional and most importantly listened to my issue..Came for an oil change and noticed my steering wheel was shaking right after. I called and fixed the issue without any arguments. He took my 4 Runner right in and I was out in about 15/20 minutes.. no questions asked. I appreciated the service and quality of this location for my first time being here. Thank you 😊

I brought my f150 in for new tires. Mike the manager was professional and i felt comfortable. Fast forward to picking up my truck. The technician who assited me was polite but said they couldnt put the center caps back on because they werent able to make them flush with the rim. No solutions. That was it. Well, they fit fine when i brought it in. So i wont be using or recommending Américas Tire.

I took my car into the discount tires store on Shaw/Brawley after having 3 mechanics not be able to find what was wrong with my car. I had been 2 months without my car and frustrated that some many mechanics couldn’t figure out the problem I took it in and the mechanics at Discount tires found the problem within the hour! I’m very Thankful to them and glad they had enough skills to solve the problem and put me back on the road. THANK YOU DISCOUNT TIRES! I am referring everyone to you!

Staff is very friendly & helpful! My car was taken care of in a prompt manner. I was notified of all identified issues & presented with my options before action was taken. I was even given discounted services as they couldn’t fully help me with a certain issue regarding a sensor in my car. Will definitely return & highly recommend!

Performed oil service. They were able to get me right in, just like service advisor said. I was even able to get a discount, I had rewards points. I Was impressed with the attention to detail the technician had when examining the car. They found a few items during the inspection that will need attention soon. They gave me quotes for these services. They did great, quick and efficient, no hassle and no pressure.
