Bought tires here and had a slow leak in one of my drivers side tires. Brought it in for inspection and possible repair and was met before I even got through the doors with someone helping me. They repaired my tire, gave me a summary of my tread wear, and rotated all my tires in under an hour while they were pretty busy. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone

Want to recognize one of the managers, Ryan. After Discount Tire did a great job fixing the flat tire on my 2022 Honda Accord, my brake warning lights came on. Ryan was knowledgeable about the situation and correctly advised me that it could possibly be because my car was towed into the shop on an angle. He was correct and saved me time and energy on tracking down a solution. He was super patient and explained that they were spending the extra time with me to make sure that their customers were happy and safe on the road. Excellent customer service!!!!

I've been a loyal Discount Tire customer for 40-50 years. My own experience and of friends has shown me that the company really wants the customer to be happy. Discount has often put my needs ahead of maximizing profit. I will never go to another company for tires - I wish they did brakes and alignments too.

While traveling to San Diego, I stopped at this Discount Tire location to put air in the rental car tires. Our Discount Tire stores in Texas are so polite and professional, I seek them out in other cities as needed. The service was fine. However, my window was down while waiting and I overheard a supervisor yelling at a young man of Hispanic decent to "hurry up fatso". This kid was clearly just learning. I am certain this is not the culture corporate Discount Tire is promoting in their stores!

Beware! Came in for new tires. After driving away a clicking noise started. Took the car back, they claimed they couldn’t find the issue that they had caused. Sent us to a scam of an auto shop (mission village) that tried to charge us $900 for an issue that didn’t exist. Got a second opinion and found that the issue was in fact caused by discount. Took the car back asking for a refund and the manager tried to give us back as little money possible after an entire day of inconvenience. Avoid this location and mission village auto at all cost!

Excellent Service for Tesla Tire Repair I recently had a flat tire on my Tesla and was quite worried. “Discount Tire” quickly came to my rescue. Their team was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. They fixed the flat tire promptly and professionally. I was impressed by their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire repair or replacement, especially Tesla owners.

Liked going to discount, Until I went to this store in san diego CA. Off mission Gorge, right next to pollo loco north of Fairmount exit off freeway, especially being helped by Carl. Be careful check your receipts many mistakes on mine and charging over 200 dollars for taking off two tires and putting back on changing a scensor, ended up changing amount but that's the way they make there extra $$. Just double check that was my experience there with Carl he also didnt answer all questions no good customer service by him. Never had issues at discount tires before til this time, one star just because of time was good and those young men doing the work, saw team work and working fast..

I am so grateful for the easy experience I had at Discount Tire, specifically with Carl. I stopped by to get a quote on replacing my tires and expected to need to make an appointment for another day. Carl was super helpful in checking my vehicle and offered me an immediate appointment since the tires were in stock. He was also able to offer replacement wiper blades (which we often need to order). I walked 1 block to S3 coffee shop while they took in my vehicle. It was done within the hour. This discount tire location was busy with a small lot, but everyone was professional and great to work with. Thank you so much to everyone at this location!

Thanks JACE hard worker and very customer friendly!!! I sent this via the email survey (sorry for the typo's) but hopefully this helps you as much as you helped me...patience leads to loyalty. I shared as well: I came in for a nail in the tire...had been there for who knows how long since I bought the used car in Jul'24. The guy who initially helped me was not customer focused...just his desire to sell a tire. After inspecting it and coming off as if he was concerned returned to share that the nail was basically too close to the edge and I had to buy another. Nothing more, and nothing less post a few questions in learning that one tire was $150. Didn't expect to buy a new tire and he had nothing but what do you want to do...so I left with varied options...Costco, Evans where my 5-year alignment is housed or other options. Then there was Jace...whom I noticed right away. People just drove up and he was on the job happy, and taking pressure and reassuring the customer of  what mattered to them. Upon my exit I asked him simple questions, and price, and more questions, and he answered ALL of them. I was not a bother, he never sold me or told me what I wanted to hear. He sprayed the tire to see if air was leaking as no one knew if the nail was in the tire? What I did learn is that my rear were new and front were a product of buying a "used car". Another unwanted expense that I needed to address...it was NEVER the money as my 1998 Jeep rolls only with Discount. Not Costco nor Evans but this location is not like my Midway OG Discount. Jace made a HUGE difference by listening, and understanding that I just didn't want to give away money but wanted the best replacement possible, so I walked back into the store and purchased what my little car needed. The other guy...saw the Jeep but no Mazda and maybe focused on the dollar. Jace saw me as a customer, and I will continue to be loyal to Discount as long as the staff are to my needs, savings, and concerns!!!  Big THANK you Jace, and keep being big in the little things!!!!!!!!!!!

I stopped by due to a service light for my tire and one of the gentleman here let me know he could not put air in it since it was too close to the shoulder. This was 1 hour before picking up my daughter from school and it was super inconvenient. He let me know I should consider changing it, I was super frustrated as I was on a time crunch and he was kind enough to skip me in line and get it done right on the spot for a fair price. 10/10 service I would recommend all my friends and family here. The staff was super understanding and offered a solution for the situation I was in. Thank you! *Will update once I get his name* UPDATE: His name is Tyler! He was super flexible and accommodated to my needs. Come see him !

Will not return to ANY DT in the foreseeable future. I am really amazed that a place like this is not open on Sundays. Now I have to take a day off of work if I felt like doing business here.
