Just spent quite a long time on the phone with Jonathan and he went over and above to help me out to get a tire. He walked me through the entire process, answering all my questions and even gave me the numbers for other locations incase I needed them. Probably one of the most pleasant interactions I've ever had with a service advisor. Will definitely be coming back

Amazing ! Incredible customer service and the most kind workers who are only looking to help you out. They repaired my tire in less then 20 minutes for free, brought it to the front of the shop, and I was on my way! I am genuinely impressed and wish there were more businesses like this one out there.

I've been a loyal DT customer since I started driving. Their ability to repair my tires across the US and offer insurance that protects my tires if the wear and tear happen before the warranty expires has been what's kept me going back year after year. I recently moved in Clairemont and have made the Convoy location my store. Previously always went to the Genessee store. A few months ago I had my tire repaired and when I got back in my vehicle the seat in my BMW was broken. The piece that holds the mechanisms together was hanging. It was obvious. I immediately made the "fill in" store manager aware, and he took my info with pictures and told me I'd hear from their claims department. I did all to find out they were contesting it and said that they didn't use any tools on my seat therefore weren't going to fix it. Well, no, duh. The stores not called Discount Seat. Someone large, and there were a few at the store, sat in my seat and broke it. No big deal if they took ownership to replace it. Now I'm stuck with the $600 bill. I've never had issues with the Genesee store or Discount Tire for that matter. I will never go back to Discount Tire. They should've made it right. $600 to them is no big deal. I wonder if I was a male if I would have been treated differently. I'm very disappointed with how their "fill in" store manager handled the situation.

I guess If your tread is worn the can take off your tire but “can’t legally put it back on” thus forcing you to buy a new tire. Here is a pic of my “illegal tire”.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! My daughter stopped at this location to have air added to a tire as she had a warning light illuminate. She drive a 2024 Honda HRV with 16K miles. When the technician added the air, they automatically scan the tire for wear and the information was sent to her phone. This is a great service. So here is the problem. My daughter was told her front tires were extremely worn and are unsafe. She was told by Caleb (the employee) when she stated the car was less than a year old and only had 16k miles that new cars come with cheap tires and do not last long. She was also told her rear tires would be worn out very soon as well. He further told her that driving on the tires was extremely unsafe and could replace all 4 within 30 minutes. She denied the sale and left. I examined the tires myself, I am retire law enforcement and a licensed aircraft mechanic. The tires are nowhere near worn out!!! In fact, the the very scan they sent to her phone indicates she has over a year of estimated wear left on all four tires. I called and voiced my opinion to the manager regarding the scare tactic sales to a single young lady. He apologized but defended his employee and shrugged it off as a misunderstanding. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION.

I’m a customer and had a punctured tire. Came in and let them know. Daman helped me and was great. They promptly prioritized my vehicle, repaired the puncture at $0 cost! And got me out in under 30 minutes. To get this level of service and priority with zero immediate revenue is not only amazing, it’s refreshing! I’m a Discount Tire super fan now! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience at Discount Tire thanks to Carlos and Daman. Carlos was professional and friendly, let me know my tires were covered under warranty, and walked me through the process. He made everything simple and told me when to expect the tires to be ready. When I came back, Daman took care of me and was just as helpful. He was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. Both of them provided excellent service, and I’ll definitely return to this location in the future. I will also refer friends and family to this location.

My review is based on a disappointing experience in regards to their online scheduler only. I made an appointment in advance for tire rotation, when I arrived for my appointment I was told someone else had my time slot, and they didn't even have my name in their system. This wasted an hour of my time and driving through heavy traffic to get there didn't make it any better. Discount Tire, you need to address this. Totally unacceptable. Don't bother wasting your time making an appointment online with Discount Tire, their system doesn't work.

This shop is always busy which is great for business but often left waiting. I feel as the repairs to tires regardless of Type of puncture they often try to pressure you to get a new tire. Recently, my grandmother got a nail in her tire, which should have been repairable, but she was convinced to replace the tire without adequate explanation. I feel they pray on inexperienced operators.

Based on my experience yesterday, this company understands customer service. The low air light came up on the dash panel, upon further investigation it appeared that a nail was causing the problem. I took the car to Discount Tire and was helped as soon as I arrived. The representative looked at the tire, and also examined the other three. He told me it would probably take an hour, reasonable without an appointment. It actually took 58 minutes. I was figuring it would be $25 or $30. NO CHARGE. They have a customer for life.

Beware… was told my lug nuts were ‘swollen’ and that they could not put my tires back on. After I insisted that I would not spend the money to get them replaced, he said if they were to reinstall them, my tires would fly off while driving. I went to my regular mechanic shortly after, who said my lug nuts were just fine. Sounds like they tried to scam me. Associate was heavy set Hispanic guy. I wouldn’t come here again.

Recently bought new tires from a different discount tire. When I started driving I noticed one of my tires was showing 51psi. This was the nearest discount tire at the time I noticed. I was greeted by Shawn and even though our interaction was very small he made my day. He re-checked all the tires. He even noticed something I didn’t which was apparently the place where I purchased tires. The tire caps had been mixed-matched and he replace all of them ensuring they were all the same. It was already a long day for me and Shawn made it better.

15 minutes in and out today for a tire repair! At 8 am they opened their doors and someone was out to meet me before I'd even exited my car. Paid $17 for the repair certificate. Sat down and almost instantly got a text saying my car was ready. I figured it was a mistake but I turned around and my car was sitting right in front of the door ready to go. Wow! What service. And they are consistently great. Don't go anywhere else.

I went in with a flat tire and was told I need a new tire. The tires have good life left but the tech said oh look at the sidewall, you need a new tie!!! The side wall was darker because the tire was flat and driven to the shop although there was no visible damage or deterioration l, I would expect the tire to be removed and inspected before selling me a replacement. I wanted a new tire because I suspected the damage to be significant but it was never disclosed. I purchased two new tires so I had a matching new set. When they tried to remove the tire they stripped the wheel lock and said it was already stripped. I was getting aggravated now by the lack of professionalism and obvious ignorance and talked to the manager. He was helpful instead of making excuses and offered to remove all the wheel locks and install mix matched lugs. I had my tires rotated and valve stems replaced a month earlier and they didn’t have any issues. When I told the sales tech he said I should go back to the Miramar store and talk to them… Im very surprised by the unprofessional attitude of the sales staff, i will not go back to Discount Tire, I don’t need to be up sold, disrespected or lied to. Manager was helpful

as usual, fast polite explain what they need to do and do it In this case they pulled a nail out of my tire and fix the flat checked all the other tires told me how much time I have left on my wear and that's it in and out quickly and efficiently as pleasant in experiences you could expect from a tire shop

i see more than 10 employees in the building, 3 of them helping one guy at the register, only 2 cars in the shop, im the only one in line for 25m waiting to get help. i really like discount tire but this location servely lacking customer satisfaction
