Had a slow leak because of a screw in the middle of my tire. Service advisor Hugo was very friendly and helpful. Hector the service lead was also very friendly and kept me informed. They fixed the leak and rebalanced my tire in less than 30 minutes and for free.

These guys are the best. They make it so easy to get things done with exceptional service every time! They offer free flat tire repair, tire rotation, and balance and air pressure. They also have great deals on new tires. Lots of waiting area, recommend to book a prior appointment though.

Gary was the superhero. Our family was desperately in need of a tire replacement for the front two. Costco wouldn't do just one pair. At Discount Tires, they took care of the issue right away, and I was a Walk-In customer.

Came in here today (Friday 10/18/24) to have my father’s Toyota Tundra looked at. His passenger front tire was leaking air and we suspected a puncture in the tire. We were greeted by Dennis. He was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He explained the policy and procedure to us and let us know it would take a little longer for the truck to be looked at since they were busy. He signed us up for text messaging updates so we knew where the vehicle was throughout the process. We came back later once texts were received that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Dennis let us know that the tire was leaking air due to a bad valve stem and sensor was bad as well. They replaced everything efficiently and free of charge. I am beyond impressed with the quality of service I received today. Dennis is a very genuine individual. I do not write reviews often but I feel obligated to give Dennis and his team recognition for the amazing service I received today. I will be purchasing my father and myself tires from here going forward. Thank you so much Dennis your service is greatly appreciated.

We came in around 1:45pm on a Saturday. We bought two tires for our vehicle, and the transaction was completed around 2:09pm. Our receipt had an expected completion time of 4:41pm. At 4:25pm our car had not even moved from our original parking spot. When we went to the counter to inquire on the time, we were told that they fell behind because of two injuries and that we would have been told that it was going to be at least another hour. The professionalism by the staff is astonishing. No apologies, other than, the person who helped you should have told you. These technicians don’t care about your time, I would steer clear of this location and go to Costco or any other discount. Terrible service, I will not be returning. Edit: after finally getting our car at 5:00pm, I expressed my frustration with the manager. Here are photos of the two tires, the rear driver side tire they seemed to clean up, but the rear driver side tire was a mess with all the lubricant they use on the tires. Half ass job for spending $500 for two tires.

I highly recommend bringing your car here. I was helped earlier today by a gentleman named Enrique palamato. His customer service is exceptional. I hope he's recognized for his hard work he goes above and beyond for the customer and definitely gives you service. I hope his supervisor recognizes his dedication.

I have been a very happy customer with Discount Tire for over 18 years. Took my car in for normal service but was unable to find my master key to my wheel lock. Spent over 50 minutes looking for it until Sergio, one of staff, searched the ENTIRE CAR and found it in the trunk of the car! Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND, Sergio sure did!!! He saved $$$! Thanks Sergio!!!

Long time customer. First time issue. They overtorqued a bolt on my tire stripped the stud and the stud broke. I've been bringing all my vehicles here for years. I get accidents happen once in a while. Thats not the issue. They refused accountability, basically told me tough luck. Had a fleet of 30 cars I've been bringing here for years. Go to costco tire center instead.

Was there early in the morning, lost an hour. Need to change one tire. They didn’t changed, because they pushed me to bay all four and I didn’t want. With no reason, without any logic. Don’t waste your time, do not go to that place!

Fast and professional, I called and talked with Sergio. I knew what I wanted, he checked to be sure the tires were in stock. Sergio put me in the "que" for tire installation and told me when to come in... I had two new tires installed and was out the door within 40 minutes! Thank you for the very professional and prompt service. A very happy customer :D

My experience at Discount Tire Carmel Mountain was like hitting up the DMV on a Monday morning—minus the coffee. The staff seemed as lost as my tire delivery, leaving me hanging for 30 minutes just to find out if it had arrived and taking the keys for the car. All that for a 30-minute total wait—now that's what I call efficiency in reverse!

They forgot to put my center cap back on, and didn’t give me valve caps til I asked. They couldn’t figure out how to get the spare tire back up under my truck, so they put it in the passenger seat…of my -truck- This was a weekday when the were just moderately busy. Great service and good prices. They've earned my bidness several times over. If you have plastic covers on your wheel locks, make sure you have them back on before you leave, they've missed them a couple times. Or alternatively, remove them yourself before handing the vehicle over.
