Horrible experience just coming in for a tire rotation….first they miss a nail in the tire when they have it already off the vehicle…then they failed to deflate tire completely when putting in their bead breaking machine of the rim to patch the nail hole. Damaging the sidewall of my fairly new tire …also damaged my OEM lug nuts they didn’t want to take accountability for that and threw me some cheap tacky ones to get me out the door…don’t know if this is all from a lack of training or rushing from upper management but I’d stay away

Whoever owns this spot needs to do something about the parking lot at night. They are allowing people to party and shoot fireworks and Blair music all hours of the night. I really hope you can fix the situation before the city gets involved.

We had went over to Walmart first thing and after sitting there 20 minutes no one speaking to us we left and as we were pulling out of the parking lot, you guys are across the street. Best decision of the whole vacation. Pull in your guy comes out of the shop into the lobby immediately speaking, looked up our tires. We left to go do some things and they were done so quickly. Thank you for the great customer service and speedy service.

I came to this store to have them check on a low tire, and the service I got was amazing. They were quick, took me right away (I was early, right when the shop opened), and fixed it so quickly! The tires were still under warranty, so I didn't get charged Everything was neat and clean—this place is big! Great job, great team.

Fixed my flat tire at no cost to me. 1.5 hour wait but there were 8 people ahead of me. Reasonable amount of time and was give an accurate estimate of wait time. Satisfied customer.

I came in so my tiresncouod get fixed and when I left the tire was fine. I woke up the l next day to have my tire completely flat. I couldn't take it back in due to the store being closed Sunday. So I had to come back in and wait once again for over an hour to get the tire fixed. Which I made an appointment for and of course that wasn't honored. I will be sticking to the mom and pop tire shops.

As a paying customer I was left with a very poor experience. I waited 2 hours from 3-5pm to install 1 tire for almost $300. I left after two hours having to put the tire in my backseat and find a small tire shop to install. I was told my papers fell behind a desk. Things have changed at this location it used to be great.

My older sister had a blow out on her front tire. We went to discount tire on military drive. My sister bought 3 tires but she had to have the flat one fix. I regret not getting the young ladies name that helped us. My sisters truck was on the side of the road. So this young lady went out of her way and fixed the tire herself. I may have to go back and get her name. You guys should appreciate employees like her.

There, customer service is usually on point, but the day I visited with an appointment time. I spent 3.5 hours, which was not a great experience.
