AJ is the BEST! This man knows customer service. I just drove there and they were closed. I had a nail in my tire and was a bit desperate. I just happened to see AJ and I asked him for help and he said sure. I will take care of you! He fixed my tire and gained a customer for life! AJ cares about his customers. He is a great example of the Golden Rule!

I was informed that my front tire was in good condition, but my rear tires were in the yellow, meaning they might need replacing soon. However, the associate strongly urged me to replace all four tires. I had Pirelli tires with only 20,000 miles on them—barely half their expected lifespan. I initially went in because one of the tires had a pinch, so I only needed to replace that one tire. Instead, I was told that because my vehicle has an AWD drivetrain, replacing just one tire could strain the system and potentially damage the vehicle. With limited knowledge about drivetrains and lacking alternative options, I went ahead and replaced all four tires. What left me extremely disappointed and unsatisfied was that no one informed me about the option to replace just one tire and shave its tread to match the others. To make matters worse, I recently reviewed my vehicle inspection from the dealership, which showed all my tires were at 7/32" tread depth—meaning they were in good condition. This was a month ago and with only 20K miles on the vehicle that is mostly in a garage this infuriates me. As you can imagine, I’m incredibly frustrated that I was pressured into replacing all my tires unnecessarily. I feel hustled and misled, and this experience has left me with serious doubts about the honesty of the service provided. Be ware of what they tell you and do not believe them when they tell you about your tire tread. Have your tires double inspected or do it yourself because listening to them. You've been warned.

This location has the best customer service by far! Even though I was coming in at the end of the day, I received quality customer service by every employee I encountered. The senior assistant manager, Eddie Ortiz, helped me out once I got inside and I am so grateful for his kindness and compassion. He turned my difficult day around and I can’t thank him enough. Thank you, Discount Tires, for hiring quality employees like Eddie and the rest of the team at this location.

Disappointing Experience at Discount Tire I called ahead to confirm tire installation pricing and was quoted $22 per tire. However, upon arrival, the price increased to $31 per tire. This $9 per tire discrepancy was frustrating and felt deceptive. I expect transparent and consistent pricing, especially when confirmed over the phone. Rating: 2/5 stars

I had a flat tire due to a nail in my tire on Sunday and went online to schedule patch repair the next day Monday. My appointment was at 12:30 and I got there at 12:15, was checked in at 12:20 and was out by 12:45 when they said it would be by 1:20pm. Great timely service and customer service! I've always gone to them for all my tire needs and they never disappoint! They are the best!!!

Needed 2 tires replaced. I mistakenly sent them to my home store in Seguin But circumstances had me across the street at a dealership. Mr Christopher was able to get another set and get it installed in a short notice. Thank you. Great guy and service.

Don’t come to this location! Scheduled an appointment for a simple flat repair and ended up waiting an hour and half for my car. Workers spent more time trying to sell me tires rather than just fixing what I brought in. i saw the workers in the back joking around and play fighting on more than one occasion, bays completely open, while my car was just sitting in the parking lot waiting to be serviced. There are better locations around to get service done.

I have a fleet account with them and on two occasions, they have lost my lock. The tires did not program tires to my car when I show. I have a flat tire in the front is the back. I went back and talked to them several times. I don’t take my car off every day I do not know my lock was missing when I went back to complain they said I should go back right away now. I cannot take off my truck without the key and want to charge me to remote lock and put new ones. Every time I go there I”m told I need tires and wipers regardless of what age they are.

I've been a customer for years. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. And the stores are always clean. The only downside is that because they are great at what they do, the store can often be very busy. If possible, go during the week in the early morning to skip the crowd. I highly recommend them for tires (and repairs).

Total scammers. Was told whole thing would take 15 min. Than was told they actually said 50 minutes. Said tire tred would not be covered under warranty that was a lie tires were only 7 months old. Ended getting 4 new tires that scraps the wheel well destroyed the tred. Not professional at all.
