In the middle of a busy week with lots of errands, one of my tires got a nail in it. I was pretty far from home (I live on NW side of San Antonio) and the Discount Tire locations near me have been disappointing. I dropped by this location and right away, the staff assured me they could help me. Carlos was especially nice and helpful! Everyone there was nice! They were all SO BUSY, so I didn't mind waiting a little while. Since then, my car has been running great, and no issues with my tires! Thank you!!

Man, these guys went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. It was around closing time too, and they worked on my truck 30 minutes past their closing time. Saulo and his team were very knowledgeable and super kind. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this location! They had to run two different times to grab what I needed and continued to work hard to get my truck done. Even past their closing time.

Dishonest service. Two of the managers were also quite rude and flippant about the severe inconvenience they caused, particularly the “acting” store managers. Do not buy their warranty for tires - it’s a rip off and it’s been 3 days now that I’ve been dealing with this chaotic store. Then one of the managers hung up on me, further demonstrating the abject void of professionalism at this location. Edit: updating from 1 star to 2 stars because only after contacting the corporate office did the Nacogdoches store in San Antonio agree to correct the damage that was caused to my vehicle. However, the acting store manager still felt the need to lecture me on their policy. I will not return to this location due to the combative and unhelpful customer service that we received this week. I would recommend that the district managers spend time training this store on fixing issues instead of inflaming them. In the end I think Discount Tire generally has good service; just not at this particular location.

Each time I and my family go to this location we are beyond taken care of. I feel like I am at home with location. They treat their customers amazingly and are beyond thankful found this location. I don't normally drop my vehicle off to any body. I believe in them. They were beyond taking care of my needs. I was just in for tire rotation thankful they were able to help with what I needed good time. They finished before 1 hour ahead of what time they had told me originally.

I spoke with Chase in June about replacing five tires with new 20-inch rims. He got everything taken care of the same day. However, after driving my truck for 30 minutes, the tire pressure icon appeared. I returned, and Chase cleared the icon, but it reappeared after another 30 minutes of driving. After some quick research, I discovered that I needed to manually reset the tire pressure system on my truck because these were brand-new tires, rims, and sensors. Once I did that, I haven’t had any issues with the tires. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the work and the cost.

So here @ discount tire, on one of the cold days, seriously they really do need to get 2 guys on this to make the line go faster. Every cold day it’s the same thing! Watch the weather, discount tire! You know there’s gonna be people, lots of people bringing their autos! Come on! Y’all make MORE THAN enough money to tag another body to do these tire checks! Our warranty covers these checks! Don’t be cheap and make us wait an hour! This is really ridiculous😤

The service & sales men here are great,, I did not have any luck trying to schedule an appointment online,, as I was asked to do,, To get the tire I needed for my replacement the next day ?? I had to go back to discount tire to speak with a manger to assist me in getting an appointment for the next day,, This was very discouraging,, Why does the customer have to make the appointment ?? When discount tire has to order you a tire for the next day ???

After many years of good experiences with this company has come to an end. Have made several purchases of tires for my four vehicles and with the extended warranty’s. I took in a tire that went bad and they replaced it with a much cheaper brand!! Salesman claimed they did not stock the brand I purchased?? I looked online the day before and website claims they had five in stock! Go figure! So, now I have a set of mis-matched tires on my son’s car. Thanks DISCOUNT TIRE!

Another A+ Customer Experience at this Discount Tire! From Jared who aired up my tires, telling me I needed to get tires ASAP, to another Jared & Chance (inside reps) who took great care to make sure my TPMS worked, made sure my rims were put back on correctly and all in under 1.5hrs! This is why I am a loyal 30 yr + Customer. Thx Guys 👏

I purchased a full set of tires. Special order even No discount at ALL There is ZERO DISCOUNT AT DISCOUNT TIRR. Get there at one a scheduled. As they say at discount “Make an appointment “ “Everything will go quicker and easier “ Lies Lies Lies Lies Tell me it will be ready at 5. It’s not ready and that it won’t be till7:45 in the evening. That I have to be there at 6 that’s when they LOCK the doors. So I have to wait two hrs for a new a locked waiting room. And this what you get when you make an appointment and spend over $1000 in tired and service. Oh my bad it was just $350 for one tire. My fourth tire i bought from them. A complete set. And they tell me “We have no discount for you right now” What a sorry excuse for customer service and satisfaction . Absolutely no care for the customer. Just another person in and out of the bay. WHAT HAPPENED TO DISCOUNT. I have spent over $10,000 is tire and services. You know what they told me. “We don’t have anything for you at this time” “Sorry” Taking my business to some where else. Felt completely taken advantage of and shown no customer loyalty to the company. Don’t wasn’t your time and r money with DISCOUNT TIRE. This is after more than two decades of buying. This is what you receive now of days. And corporate could and will show how less they care. I’ll be in social media to show my displeasure and disfavored by Discount Tire That’s one of their tires. That had to be replaced. I understand it can’t be repaired. But nothing???? Even when spending $375 on a new tire that I had to wait 8 hrs for to get installed. Can’t leave with a nail in it. “The best the could do for me” “Can I take you key now?” Guess there’s no choice today Tomorrow take my business elsewhere

I went to there today knowing I needed to get a replacement pressure sensor on my right front tire. I asked how much they were and the gentleman told me 62.00. I think that very expensive but I said ok. I get to the register and he tells me 89.13. I said I thought you said 62.00? Then told me that also with installation. I told him that if you just handed me the piece, it would be worthless for my truck so the total price is 82+ tax, not 62+ tax. He looked at me like I was a jackass and then got real smug and silent with me like I had just told him, something mean or angry with him but the fact of the matter is is the total price is 82+ tax not 62. It’s a big difference in today’s market. His attitude was smug and better than to you. His name was Jarin.

Last year I bought a set of Michelin tires for my Ford Taurus set up an appointment to get them rotated and to check one of them for a slow leak. Got everything done on time and I had a good cup of coffee,all at no charge. Would recommend this store

After all the floodwaters on September 3rd my tire light came on amongst a few other lights on my dashboard and I noticed my car told me one screen at a time that each tire needed attention. I told them since I had been trying to navigate going around floodwaters or at one point had to go through some flood water I had been hitting some debris and I wasn't sure if I picked up something in each of my tires. Thankfully nothing was found poking my tires and all I needed was some air. I've been coming to these guys for years and they've always taken excellent care of me.

I am honestly blown away by the accommodations and customer service I received today! My day started so terribly, with a baby and teen in tow, and a nail in my tire on this stormy morning. The staff has gone out of their way to make this as easy and smooth as possible for us. Thank you for taking care of us, Lex! We’ll never go anywhere else for tires again! It’s so rare to find this kind of customer service and I’m so grateful for it.
