came here to get a tire mounted, and they told me they “can’t do it because it’s unsafe” which isn’t true because i’ve always gone to discount tire with the same wheels. the kid just didn’t want to do his job

I come here everytime I have a problem with my tires and it's great! I believe their names are Alex and Isaiah that helped me with my tires and I'm sure the whole crew as well. I appreciate the time they take to explain my options and complete everything in a timely manner.

I ran over a curb entering a job site parking lot only to discover 4 hours later, when I returned to my car, a very flat tire. I drove slowly to the nearest Discount store (1.5 miles) where I was taken care of immediately and with care and professionalism. Discount Tires is the best!

Service is really good. All the staff is really helpful. Came here for a flat tire twice, and both times I didn't paid anything. This is not one of those shops who scams you for your money. Will always come back in the future.

This location is always busy, but they are extremely efficient and helpful. They are always happy to update you on your wait. The customer service here is excellent. It’s never fun to wait for your car to be serviced, but I always have the wait time in mind and bring a book to keep me occupied.

Went in for low tire pressure indicator. Air service was fast and the technician was friendly. Their prices are fair. They fix repairable flat tires for free. This company is awesome.

I been a customer of Discount Tire since 2010….the whole staff deserves a holiday bonus …great customer service x 10… I came in purchased my tires and due to the busy time I was given an appointment came back at desired time and was in and out within a hour ….I don’t even mind waiting….cause the hustle is real ….. They went as far as cleaning my tires and putting armor all on them ……. Good Day 😎

Make sure when you leave after your service that they return all of your tools and materials back to you. One Saturday I had my tires checked and patched, and they forgot to give me back or put back the key for my wheel locks. I got a phone call Saturday evening letting me know they forgot it and said they would hold it for me, Sunday they were closed. Unfortunately, I hadn't been able to go back to this location to pick it up for a few weeks, because life and Im just not normallyin this area. When I was able to go back to the location and ask for my key, they were unable to find it and didn't have it after a minute of looking. So where did it go? Just magically grew legs and disappeared? Was it given away or used to another vehicle? Other than this, my service appointment was less than an hour so no complaints there

Excellent customer service. Went in for new tires. Nick was extremely helpful. Double checked with me on buying new tires instead of just repairing a flat, which would have been cheaper. Have been in for different vehicles and will be coming back in the future.

Hey! I was at this location on 8-10-2024 around 4.00 pm; as the weather has changed a bit in this area, the tire sensors on some vehicles sometimes indicate that the pressure is low, and a check is necessary. This location has a free service for those who need this quick adjustment; if there is a problem with the tires, they let you know and other actions would be required, but for a simple pressure adjustment they have a designated person. Yesterday they had a young man named DONOVAN in this position; he was doing an excellent job and giving a magnificent service. In a world where everything is complaints and claims, today I make a good and positive review about this site. Discount Tire, at this location, 110% percent recommended!! AE

I am left disturbed and disappointed with my experience at this Discount Tire location. I have used Discount Tire for over 25 years and been relatively pleased. This particular location is overwhelmed with demand, lacks leadership and direction, but is not short on hubris. The staff are pleasant, greet you with a smile, and most seem genuine. But I noticed during my 3 hours in the waiting area many staff speaking to customers as if they were children. I was cutoff several times and dismissed as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I wish I could say it is organized chaos, but I saw very little organization nor structure in my 2-day experience. My frustration is clear to me as I sit down to write this review at 3 in the morning. I urgently needed new tires due to a nail near the sidewall in one and the others with low tread depth. It took nearly 2 hours to have my tire evaluated for the slow leak, granted there was a non-stop line of customers the whole time. I made an appointment for the next day in hopes of avoiding another 2-hour wait. The next day was better but not ideal. I showed up on time and my car was not pulled into the bay until 40 minutes after my appointment time. Additionally, I (tried) to make it expressly clear my car has an active suspension and needs to be put in service mode before installing the tires. I was cutoff before I could finish with “yeah, yeah our guys know about that”. I can say with 99% confidence my car was not appropriately put in service mode. The suspension was in full extension when I received it after installation of the new tires. I had to cycle through the various suspension settings before the system would respond. I now have to take it to the dealer and have it inspected for any damage. I took the time to read through many of the comments (after the fact) and believe the negative comments based on my experience. 1. This location cannot handle the demand placed on it. 2. The staff move too fast and do not truly listen to the customer. 3. There is a clear lack of leadership and operational organization. I can honestly say I will not return to this Discount Tire location unless it is to address any damage caused by their negligence.

I brought two cars in one afternoon. First for a tire losing air. Second for balancing all tires and wiper blades. I grabbed lunch during the first, then walked next door to Home Depot during the second. Each was ready as soon as I got back. I highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment online the night before for 3pm today for an installation of two new tires. As I was on my way to Discount Tire, I received a message saying my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for Tuesday at noon. I immediately called the store and explained to them what happened, and Alex was kind enough to say he didn't see my appointment on the log but was able to squeeze me in for the installation. Once I got there, Isaiah was extremely helpful, informative, and friendly the entire time. It took them about 30 minutes altogether (including removing a nail on another tire) and I was in and out really quickly!

Outstanding customer service. I needed a tire they did not have in stock. Carter, one of the employees offered to go pickup my tire and bring to this location. Ben, the assistant manager authorized Carter to go and pick the tire up and get me back on the road. Service like this is why I have used Discount Tire for many years! Thank you Carter and Ben!

Took my car in to get two new tires and showed up before they opened so I was there at 8am and could get in and out. When the associate walked up told him I wanted the exact tires I had on the car and said they had them in stock and would take them 30 minutes. 15 minutes later still had not pulled my car in. After talking with a different associate they said my car was next. When they brought my car out I looked at it and the tires were in fact not the right tires and I was then told they had to get my tires from the warehouse and they would have in that same day. This was 9am Tuesday the 24th. I called at at 3:30 and tires still not in but was told they would be in between 4-5 and I would be called to come pick up my car. I WAS NEVER CALLED!!! The store closed and I was left with no ride and no update. So I had to figure out a way home and a way back the next morning to deal with this.

they put my new rim on my new tire without getting any scratches on it. all the employees were super helpful and nice, would definitely come again for any of my tire issues/repairs.
