Best location on the NW of SA. Clayton was sincerely kind, professional, and helpful keeping the real tire conditions in mind with what I could afford. Highly recommend Clayton, Gabriel, and the rest of the good folks at the Culebra location!

Bad experience from arrival to pick up. Adrian was anything but friendly. My tire had a large screw in the tire and was deflating rapidly. Check in took way too long but they were short staffed (which is the usual it seems) the guy who helped me didnt seem knowledgeable at all. He asked me which tire it was and I was like the obvious fully deflated one. I also had to park on the side of the road so they rode my wheel to the bay. I wish I knew this kids name but he was quiet as a mouse and not very confident in what he was doing. I asked Michael at checkin if he saw the certs on my wheels and he said no. When my husband called them then the story changed. No updates whatsoever. Just a text for pick up. Have no idea what they did to my tire. The manager Robert handed me my keys and sent me on my way. No explanation on what they did, no receipt, nothing. Then they didnt even replace the valve stim cover! My husband used to work for this company for years and at this location so Im extremely surprised at the lack of communication, friendliness, and care. Ive been to enough DT annual parties to know this is not the Bruce Halle way or values. They also over inflated all of my tires by manufacture guidelines and im in the 40psi range which isnt safe at all. Normal is 29/30. And then the tire that they supposedly fixed I assume because I have no idea what they did is only sitting at 32 while the other three tires are well into the 40s. Will never bring my vehicle back to this location. Extremely frustrated with this entire experience!!

I would like to Thank Discount Tire Team for their outstanding, friendly customer service. I went in late unexpectedly as my daughter's car had a huge nail. I wanted to purchase new tires since it was time. They made the process so seamless that I was able to leave the car and come back since I had to return to work. They text and call if they need to provide updates. They did wait for us to pick up the car, and I was running late leaving work. You made my Christmas as I will not worry about my daughter driving during the holidays... A huge Thank you for providing us with a sense of security and excellent service. I have 5 vehicles and will be a long time customer ❤️❤️❤️

There was a issue with some miscommunication with my order which happens from time to time at any job, but the manager Gabriel took care of the issue really fast and made sure I got what I needed. He was professional and did what he had to do to make myself the (customer) happy. I've shopped at discount for all my rims and tires and will continue after this for Gabriel handling things as a manager should. Thank you!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME! THANK YOU, ADRIAN! I wrote this poem to say thank you. Shortly after my left tire when flat, I called this location where Adrian was at. Expecting their greeting to be quite contrived, I received a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. They treated me with respect, patience and care. They fixed my flat quickly, and even topped off my spare! In a world where "service" is a word we forget, Let's remember the hard workers, long hours and sweat. There are still people out there, dedicated to us, Without people like Adrian, I'd be on the bus. I will continue to come here, until my Chevy expires. I thank God for Adrian and Discount Tire.

I’ve been putting off getting a new set of tires for a long time. After the rain the other night, I KNEW it was now or never. Adrian helped me like no one else ever has! I went with his tire suggestion and I could not be happier. My Mercedes feels brand new! Now I can’t WAIT until it rains! Bring it on!! That last comment/poem was awesome and well-deserved! LOL!! Adrian is an awesome dude…every single day! Came in this morning to have my ongoing tire issue checked out. They recognized the problem right away and replaced the whole set of tires. Now I’ll be able to go on my 26 hour roadtrip without all the vibration!! Test drove right after and….SMOOTH AS GLASS. (Just like the process here.) THANK YOU ADRIAN!!

This location is my favorite! It's one thing to hire a bunch of handsome men like some locations do, BUT it's a whole other thing to hire men that provide excellent customer service. Both times I've visited this location, I've received exceptional customer service, and I will be coming here exclusively.

Discount tire always has consistently good service with a decent range of tires in stock for many price points. For sure make an appointment if you can and even pay online before you go for the quickest service. And they honor their road hazard protection warranties unlike Firestone stores.

I have been buying tires from several businesses over the years, Discount in particular for the last 10+ years. I've done business with so many locations in different cities Houston, Corpus Christi and Dallas for my vehicles, mothers, kids...etc. I can tell you the Grissom location has the best team and I can tell you its because of the Excellent leadership I witnessed over the years from the Manager Jerry. I literally pass 2 locations to come to this location for the last 4 yrs. Being a business owner myself I can't help but to closely watch customer service interactions and the whole team here is pretty solid. I love to see a Manager/Leader in the trenches and Jerry leads by example in every way, no BS. Not only will you catch him directing over flow of traffic in the parking lot, helping the guys in the bay, you'll also see him shaking hands and addressing most of the customers by name. I wish I could give 10 stars because I've had the opposite experience at some of the other Discount locations. I highly recommend the Grissom location and Highly recommend some level of recognition for Jerry & the team their.
