I’ve been needing tires for a while and did the research thoroughly on which I need and wanted, called this store and Matthew was able to execute within two days of me calling. He was able to get the set I wanted delivered to the store and kept excellent communication of when they’d be there, as well as scheduling an appt. Within an hour and change, I was checked in, went over pricing, left my keys and was called notifying my truck was done! Couldn’t have made the process any easier for myself. Real happy with the new set from 265/70R16 to 285/75R16

They are currently going through some renovations but that doesn’t stop them from providing great service. The sales rep was initially swamped, they get a lot of customers , and I have to wait an extra 10 mins, but when it was my turn I could tell he was looking out for me and trying his best to solve the problem. They were also able to expedite my fix and get me back on the road in half the time I thought they would. He didn’t oversell, explained everything, wasn’t pushy, and tried to get me the best deal and discounts he could. It was a great experience and I’m sure it will be even better when the renovations are complete. I’ll be back anytime I have tire problems.

I had an 8:15 appointment for two Michelin Eco Sport tires that I ordered online and prepaid for. The customer service was absolutely amazing! As soon as we arrived, a team of three guys came over in a pit crew style—seriously felt like I was gearing up for a NASCAR race! 😂 I was in and out in about 20 minutes, and I couldn't be happier! I’ll definitely be coming back here. Great job, team! 👏👏👏

This place needs new management. They are not keeping up with operations. They were not busy and still completely skipped over me for two hours with my car sitting right in front of the garage. Update: These bit.ly links that are provided in response to negative feedback do not work.

I have been a discount tire customer for over 25 years. There service is unmatched in my opinion. Just this week, I went into this location for a rotation and tire balance and had an issue with the locks on the rims. I also made the appointment electronically at the wrong location meaning for it to be this store. Although going through major construction, the manager took care of my lock issues (on them) and got me in an out in an hour as a priority because of this issue. I will be back buying new tires again in March. Keep up the great customer service.

These guys are under construction at the moment, which caught all of us (customers) off guard. There are 2 small portable-like spaces to check in and wait. With the freezing temps this morning the guys were trying their hardest to keep us warm, checking the heater multiple times. They were apologetic toward the lady that was there with a small baby. The guys worked well in tight quarters with each other, being polite and respectful. They were still extremely efficient, even out of their “comfort zone”. They even had my heater on high so it would be nice and warm when i got in my car- that is really going above & beyond!!! Management should show appreciation for their effort! I would love to have a crew like this working for me. Your guys are always THE BEST providing top of the line customer service. You continue to be my go-to for all tire needs. Keep up the excellent work! I did not get any names, but the crew at this location working around 8:30-9am, THANK YOU!

Shout out to Discount Tire. I had the busiest day and “boom” a notification of a super low tire. I drove over to Discount and explain the situation. Zachary jumped on it. He explained to me the process, and that he would do the best he could to get my car done. 30 minutes in and out and kept informed through the process! Discount tire for the win again!

Great friendly staff. Reasonable prices and quick service. Discount Tire truly is the best place to buy tires. Today, I had a flat and they patched it for free. They also will air up your tires anytime they are low. Lastly, The app allows you to quickly schedule an appointment and keep track of the progress of the service once you arrive.

Purchased new tires for my son’s car, took it back for maintenance and the General Manager said those tires weren’t purchased through Discount Tires.Tires were purchased in Feb and here we are in Nov. He offered a discount on new tires. He said the tires on the car were dangerously low. After further investigation, (we had pictures of the original tires that were the same ones still on the car) it was determined that they never gave me the new tires I paid for in Feb. After further intense conversation, they texted the new tires have been ordered. No apology, no conversation, didn’t admit it but the receipt paperwork had their notes admitting they did not give me new tires when I purchase them. I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years. I’m so disappointed they cheated me out of new tires and then tried to take advantage of me a second time by offering a discount on new tires.

Been getting tires here for about 14 years, everyone always friendly and helpful, pricing is hard to beat and although I hate spending the extra $$ for warranties it has come in handy way to many times. And they always stand behind it with no questions.

I had a flat tire and went in for service without an appointment and was told my car would be ready in 2 hrs. Two hours later, my car was still sitting in the parking lot which is when I learned that if you don’t have an appointment they only get to your car when they have a break in appointments. I explained to one of the managers that I could not schedule a flat tire and that I found it unacceptable to have to spend a half day just to get the problem taken care of. Based on their policy of dealing with “emergencies” only when they have a break in appointments, I could have been there all day. As it was, I probably spent over THREE HOURS dealing with one flat tire. Rather than telling me it would be ready in two hours, they should have been honest and told me “we’ll get to it whenever - and if - we have a break in appointments”.

I had a screw in the middle of my tire. We called and Jason let us know they weren't busy at the moment and bring it in to have it taken care of. We drove over at 2:05pm and Pedro took all of our information, Jason took great care of us and we were out of there by 2:45. Both Pedro and Jason were helpful, competent And made us feel important. Great job!!!

Terrible service. I was in line for 45 to get air in a low tire. There was only 3 cars ahead of me. Ridiculous, if the tec was any slower he'd be going back words.

Shout out to everyone at Discount Tire! My initial call for information was courteous and informative. Upon arriving, I was walked through purchasing options and got a great price for my needs. My vehicle was ready at the appointed time, and the last employee to hand me my key was just as fabulous as the very first one! The experience was even more impressive when I consider how busy they were.
