If you're offered the tire warranty I highly recommend it. This is the only place I take my car for tires and they have great prices and service. The people who work here have a great sense of urgency and aren't pushy with unnecessary sales tactics. They give you good info and help.

The few stores that can do a wheel alignment I chose was the Valley Hi location. I called ahead and did not need to make an appointment, so when I arrived I stood in line for a few minutes then it was full speed ahead. Total time there considering what I needed was 2 1/2 hrs. I've waited longer for 1 tire replacement at discount tire but was very happy with how they got it done so quickly and still had enough time to get other things done too..that day! Thank you Rolando for making this trip painless.

I had an issue, misunderstood the road hazard warranty and Manager James Harris was able to assist me and resolved my issue. With effective communication I have changed my negative review to a positive one.

Home of the 2+ hour alignment. Called from another Discount Tire because they didn't have the equipment to align my wheels after I purchased the new tires. Called, made the appointment for 10am, and even arrived 20 mins early. Was told I'd be out in an hour, in time for work. Here I am, at Noon... staring at my truck still on the lift. Don't make any SERIOUS plans if you need this service.

Stopped by this location for an air check and was notified that I had a nail and two unsafe tires with the tread being so low. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. One employee in particular, Jovani, went above and beyond to get me a deal to make this unexpected expense as affordable as possible to get me back on the road safely knowing I had a long trip and bad weather ahead. I am so beyond grateful.

I arrived an hour before open, as the crew came in they all looked pumped for the day. And that’s not common these days 😅 they accommodated me quickly and professionally. Would recommend 10/10 not to mention my completely flat tire was only going to cost me $14.93 to replace the warranty. Repair took less than 15 minutes

Went for a free Ai check and they tried to upsell me on item that I know for a fact I did not need .... would highly not recommend this location they tried to tell me that one of my tires which had a good meaty tread was essentially bald..... will not be returning in the future to this shop.... these are the kinds of shops that give good honest mechanics a bad name

**UPDATE** Chandler D, customer support, commented immediately after writing my review and sent a link so i can give "more information" (which in reality is a trick to try to make the bad review look better). The link says to send the original review and that's it. No follow up, no emails, no texts, Nothing happens after that. Discount Tire is more interested in image control. That should be a "safety issue" you need to look into. haha Went to buy a rim today so I could have a full size spare. The gal didn't want to mount my "used" (albeit good tire) for my safety. Haha! Yeah...it's a lot safer having a blowout on the highway and having to walk on the side of the road for someone to mount my tire on my brand new discount tire rim. You gotta love the disingenuous people at discount tire. It's not illegal to drive on a used tire but it should be illegal for some gal at discount tire to tell me what is "good" for my safety. It wasn't like the belts were exposed...it was a ploy to get me to buy a new tire for a spare that I hope not to use again. Haha! Discount tire = BUMS... just stick to mounting tires. Let your clients worry about safety.

Do not buy rims from them. Their exchange policies are scams, and they will leave you with rims you don't really like.

I have had three different companies registered with discount tire since they started their existence. I don’t go anywhere else. I can tell you this do not go to Espinho they looked at me and turned their back on me. I wouldn’t go to that place on a bet.

Two and a half hours to get the rotate and balance on their certificate program, I guess I should have made an appointment. I think there's certificate repairs should be in a different line than people buying tires.

Had an issue with a tire so, headed over. Spoke with an advisor that said he could take of the tire and a rotation at no charge and would take over an hour. I told him that would be fine and we arrived at 11:30. So, at 1:20 my vehicle still had not been taken care of and when asking the advisor how much longer stated another 30 minutes to an hour. There were other people that came in after us being seen and leaving. I’ve always had an issue with my Discount Tire over years and thought to give them another try but this affirms it, I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! It’s ridiculous how they treat customers with no updates and stand around talking to one another. I do realize it was going to be a free repair but the amount of time waiting was ridiculous.

I was told my tire had no issues when the air pressure was low. The very next day tire pressure was low again took in in again and they missed a nail in the tire. They tried to explain that it was the tire sensor error or computer.

This frkg store sold my daughter tires with an alignment, only she needed lower control arms which they informed her of but sold her an alignment which they knew couldn't be done properly until the control arms were replaced and they don't have the experience to do the job and still charged her for an alignment that they knew damn well they couldn't perform. That's not only illegal but unethical. I'm going tomorrow with her and their invoice and give them a lesson in ethics as well as legal recourse.
