Went to put deposit on 2 tires Saturday 2/1/2025 to be installed on Monday,2/3/2025. Went before appointment time to let them know that my husband found not only a better price but also was able to purchase 4 new tires for less than $750.00 with all the requirements needed. Included with that price was repair,replacement ,and all maintenance for life of those particular tires. And,yes installation was included. Told them I just wanted my deposit. Stated they only have $200.00 on premises. Not good business practice to not be able to pick up the cash I left in good faith. Never have I experienced this at any other business. Won't do business with Discount Tire again and will let people know about this.

I usually don’t really give reviews but when I took my truck to get my tires done the customer service was amazing not only did they tell me they can do it they actually did it unlike Firestone who took 5 hours to tell me they couldn’t do it. really appreciate the service and big thanks to James and Jacob ✊ 10/10 will be coming here for any tire services in the future.

Paxden helped me yesterday evening when my tire pressure light came on. Long line ahead of me and long line behind me, but he stayed so kind and courteous!! Even talkative and personable without taking too much time to check up on everything. Such a cool guy. Would return if needed!!

Poor customer service. Came in to have tire checked for a slow leak. Was told they would have to replace tire. No explanation why. Had 2 order the tire. Came back 2nd time to have tire put on. Ordered wrong tire after I told them they put a black wall tire on. Had to be ordered angain. Asked about the reason for irreparable tire. Could not give me an answer. Came back 3rd time to get tire on. Also asked if the could put all 4 tires on same psi (didn’t think I had to ask them). Because the last time all were different. After 1 1/2hrs later tire was on and asked the associate if the psi was the same, he said “I told him”. Well he should have double checked. No they were not. Had to go through the tire check and have the guy do it. I call that dropping the ball big time. I have bought tires 2 yrs ago. Spent a pretty penny $1000. Then bought 1 tire and warranty on all the 4. That was $400. Just 2 months ago. I think maybe l need to go elsewhere for tires. I do have 4 vehicles.

Went in tonight to upgrade the tires on my trailer. There was a lot going on but between Robert, Jakob, and Paxton they took great care of me. I'm not really a fan of corporate locations like this but when I do have to use them Jakob always takes great care of us. Even today he was working with me great on the phone before he knew it was a repeat customer. He found the tires I needed at other locations and got them to this location within a couple hours.

To busy and cold treatment at this location stay away.. unless you have deep pockets and time to waste.. very disappointed here. Discount tires please help out this location. I love your company and besides this visit have always been treated fairly.. maybe the adviser was having a bad day.. I don't know..

Went to this discount tire on Tuesday 10/01/24 to pick up two new tires. The salesman I’m talking to is trying to charge me $375 when I was just quoted not even a week before for $290. After some talk and involvement of the previous salesman I get the tires for the $290 that was originally agreed upon. Everything seems fine until later that day I notice my brake lights aren’t working, not just one but all three. Some days go by because I have to work, on 10/3/24 I work on my car. I replace all brake lights, replace the brake switch under the pedal. I can’t figure out what’s going on, finally I take it to a shop and they tell me that my brake light fuse is missing. Not burnt, straight up missing. Now I’m not on here to accuse anyone of anything especially without proof but it’s kind of odd that my brake light fuse goes missing the same day I took my car to you guys. I’m the only one who has access to my car, and I didn’t pull it out myself. I spoke to the manager at the store over the phone and he really couldn’t do anything because there are no cameras in the bays, he even suggested that maybe it just got loose and wiggled out on its own. I think that was the last time I’ll be coming to your location.
