It’s a tire company. In my opinion the prices are somewhat high. I went for a company truck, would not bring my own vehicle here. I don’t need to buy their overpriced lugnuts or locks. Search around for better deals

Just wanted to share that I had the BEST customer service experience with Anthony James at this location. I was 4 hour away from home in New Year’s Eve and thanks to his knowledgeable and efficient service; I was able to get back on the road to make it home to be with my family. Because of him I will be recommending your store to friends and family from the area and if I ever need any tire/wheel assistance while in SA I’ll definitely be looking for Anthony. Thanks again for your help and speedy customer service.

Had a 815 appointment that I arrived early to. Completed tire selection and paid for tires by 808. Inquired as to turn around and was told 20 mins once in bay. Was told by tech that my vehicle would be pulled in immediately after finishing of first auto which was an expedition. Look in bay and a completely other vehicle is being serviced. It is now 830. The time frame that was communicated had me leaving at approximately 840. My vehicle was pulled into bay at 835. Please do better, if I set an appointment and you quote a time, meet that expectation.

Highly recommend the Goliad location! Jayden and Oscar were so helpful in making the purchase of 4 new tires a success! I was able to get in and get out without hours of sitting in the lobby.

I very rarely leave Google reviews, but I absolutely have to share my experience! I’ve never encountered better customer service in my life. CURTIS at the 3118 Goliad Road Discount Tire location DESERVES A RAISE! Normally, customer service can be frustrating, especially as a young woman with little knowledge about tires and the automotive industry. I fully expected to be talked down to or taken advantage of, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. CURTIS greeted me with a smile, was patient, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He truly looked out for my best interest as a consumer. Even on a 20-minute phone call with my angry father who really challenged him with questions, CURTIS remained calm, collected, and understanding. I left Discount Tire with four new tires for a price that I could not be more pleased with! Truly a great deal, even my father agreed. Not only did I save money, but CURTIS also upgraded my tire brand and made the whole buying process so easy (this was my first time buying tires myself). I’m beyond grateful. CURTIS was so much kinder than the man outside who had just filled my tires and pressured me to buy new ones immediately. Management, if you’re reading this, please acknowledge CURTIS’s exceptional customer service—maybe even consider giving him a raise ;) Thank you so much! I hope to pay it forward and pass on the kindness I received from CURTIS (capitalized so he gets the extra attention he deserves <3 ). P.S. To any 20-something girl who knows very little about car maintenance—rotate your tires every six months!!!

5 months ago we bought 4 new tires. My husband noticed one of them was losing air, so we took it back to Discount Tire to have it repaired but wasn't repairable because it had 2 nails in it but neither one of us knew where the nails could of come from. Well, we had to pay 37 dollars and some change for a new tire. That was better than having to pay for a new tire.

Want to say a huge thank you to Curtis J R, for helping me be at ease and getting me taken care of with my tire change. I showed up earlier today to get a tire change, morning was very stressful, tire busted from having to drive on it, low on funds. He helped me be at ease through good energy and conversation. I’m sure I looked extremely stressed and instead of just rushing me through checkout he actually aimed at calming my nerves first, then completing the sale. I truly appreciate you for that and your kindness, patience and understanding it didn’t go unnoticed.

Great Customer service with Manny! I came in because I had a screw in the treading of my tire and I thought it was repairable, turns out it wasn't. I kinda figured I would need new tires because I am a commuter and I drive a lot of miles! I have a 2019 Rav4 and I have over 120,000 miles. Manny did a thorough walk through and showed me all the things bad with 3 of them and stressed how the tire with the screw in it was in the red zone. He was not only knowledgeable; he was concerned with my safety and showed true compassion and was able to help me out with my tires! Highly recommend if you want Great service!

I am a single mother with 3 adopted children and an elderly mother. My husband passed away in 2020 , I ordered 3 weeks prior to a scheduled installation date tires and rims for my families RV. I drove there literally on 1 good tire they all blew a long the way. The staff was very empathetic and in rainy weather they managed to get my new tires on . I noticed the rims were not installed so I proceeded to ask Chris the manager he said they were out of stock and I would then need to return on another date to install the rims . Store manager promised a call to let me know when was a good time to return for rim installation. Note the call was never made waiting few weeks planning our annual fourth of July vacation I felt we were running out of time . I drove to the location 35 minutes away from my residence this now would be my third trip to the location. I spoke to Manny the sales clerk in which I had dealings with him as I previously bought 4 sets of tires this year alone ..he confirmed the rims were in and we made an appointment for the rims installation. My appointment was at 2 am on Friday the 28th of June . The day came as I drove up they were at full capacity hardly nowhere to park I walked in and Chris the store manager approached me stated sorry Ms Cuevas we are over booked understaffed and we wont get to your RV at this time. I stated I drove here 35 minutes away and why didn't anyone call me? I was upset explaining I had already waited 3 weeks for paid tires and rims and to come to this ??? He said let me see what I can do he shortly came out from the bay into the lobby and said to me and Manny the employee . Listen , I have arranged to bring in a crew 1 hour prior to opening the store tommorrow morning and before opening my store your RV will be ready.. I looked at Manny and I said r u sure? Manny shrugged his shoulders and said he's the boss. I spoke to Chris I said Chris R YOU Sure. He proceeded to tell manny please escort Ms cuevas show her where to park. Ill take care of it. Manny walked with me to the parking lot arranged cones and helped me park my RV away but near the bays . I secured the RV fully loaded with all my families contents for the fourth of July vacation... I went to Lowes , visited my daughter in lake hills medina at 1:30 am on the way back home I stopped to make sure RV was where I left it and secured. It was ... I woke the next day and waited 8am, 9am,10am, I gathered my family once again drove to he store lord behold 12:15 upon my arrival guess what no RV to be found . Chris claimed an employee drove by at 3am and confirmed it was there. Chris drove up at whatever time and said he never saw it .. store manager refused to call police, so I proceeded. I must say the officer in which took report without notice was wearing a body cam and along with her written report is the video in which will clearly repeats what Chris the store manager said . The manager stated and agreed it was per his sole instruction and direction for I the customer to leave the RV overnight for them to have it readily available to complete the rims that had been paid for weeks ago. I cynthia cuevas did not at any point suggest or took it upon myself to make any decisions on behalf of my RV and discount tire . I was solely reliant on the managers guidance . I proceeded to contact discount 1 month into this and no one ever calls me back I was able to make a claim with third party insurance in which they revealed the report that the store manager remitted . The manager basically lied ... said he had nothing to do with anything and had no clue what anyone was talking about... I sent in a copy of the police report and requested video cam copy in which both I am in possession of he has lied.... the insurance denied my case. I am now seeking legal counsel in the meantime , do not leave your valuables and assets in the parking lot of the store at any given time they will write you off.... Careful with what they promise you they don't stand by their promise. stay away
