They evaluated a flat and our other tires on the spot, gave honest recommendations, and had a set of 4 new, high quality, reasonably priced tires on our car in half an hour! No pushy upselling, great service.

Great great service. Shop is clean, well staffed, organized and they manage expectations well keeping you informed while working on the car and expected ready time. Credit to tech Nathaniel and Alan in front of house. —- I stopped in to see if they would change one tire with a nail it in that I sourced. They replaced it for about $22, and were willing to investigate slow leaks in other tires for free. The seal around the valve stems was issue. They replaced all of them, no cost. WOW. Discount was not on my radar prior to this but I will consider in the future based on this awesome experience.

On the advice of a good friend who is a regular customer of Discount Tire, I stopped by today (1/15/25) because a warning light came on in my car “low tire pressure.” I envisioned driving way across town to a service station and begging for someone to take pity on this old woman, stop what they were doing and help me. My friend said “NO let’s go to Discount - they are wonderful.” In 3 minutes, I had the best service (delightful young man named Alan) and was on my way (1 low tire). Saved my afternoon, loved the polite, immediate help, and now a customer for life.

They do not treat your car with respect. Left with a 4 inch deep scratch on rear panel. Also had dark grease stains on various areas inside car

I bought tires online 12/10/24. I scheduled an appointment for installation of four tires for 1pm on 12/20. I arrived at 1:02 and was greeted by a guy who took measurements of treadwear and got the mileage of my vehicle. I know it only takes about 30 minutes to install tires. I was quoted an hour wait time at 1:06. At 2:08, I saw the technician pull my vehicle into the bay and at 2:28, he came to tell me that my tires were installed and that I was ready to go. I usually buy tires from Costco but gave Discount Tire a chance. I will go back to Costco. The appointment at Discount Tire was meaningless.

I went here due to a flat tire and they fixed everything flawlessly. If I could give 10 stars I would. I appreciate all the workers and for having Discount Tire near me.

If I could give Discount Tires less than 1 I would. A new tire went flat 2 weeks after purchase due to the air stem being incorrectly installed. They “fixed it” and I traveled out of town. One day later, tire was completely flat and I was stranded. I scheduled another appointment and they “fixed it” by overfilling the tire to 40 PSI. No surprise, the tire was flat again this morning.

Two hours and 15 minutes waiting inside just for the TPMS sensor to be installed and they end up not installing it right which caused me to change in the middle of the highway. Never recommending discount tire to anyone time thieves

Our family and business have been using Discount Tire for years and have always had a great experience. The new manager at this location, Jeb, has always been incredibly knowledgeable and ensures his employees go above and beyond to help each customer. Both the W. The installer dirtied the fabric interior of the driver’s side door and carpet floor in the trunk. He made a mess in the trunk space not putting the spare tire properly. Very very unprofessional.

Went online bought my tires and set my appointment for later in the week. Got a call very soon after saying to come in at my earliest convenience. Dropped off the car within the hour. Got it back a few hours later (did not wait in the store). Everyone in there was nice and straight to the point. *insert rude word* you nearby Just Tires and Pep Boys this is how you do customer service and service vehicles. 5/5 will be going here for all my future tire needs.

Been there 3 times. Failed to pay attention to detail and had to re address them upon pick up had to wait another 20 minutes. Final straw checked on 4 new tires on a different vehicle and they said it was a special order and would get back to me. I was ignored and never followed up. I own 9 cars so no longer taking my business to this company.

For starters, it took about 5-7 minutes to be acknowledged by an associate upon my entrance to the Discount Tire. I was finally acknowledged and the associate (Daniel) walked with me out to my car to the tire I needed patched. It was patchable, but tread was low so we decided to replace it and another one. I agreed. I was told it would take about an hour and the vehicle would be ready by 5:41. My car did not make it into the bay until exactly 5:41. Around 5:20, I spoke to him again and he said it should still be ready at that time since it only takes about 15 minutes to replace tires and windshield wipers, which I opted for as well. He then said it was be about 10 minutes after the estimated time. It is now 6 o’clock and my car is still done being serviced but no one has felt the need to give me an update, let alone apologize. I paid $546 out the door for 2 tires with protection, and new wipers. Terrible customer service and lack of care for customers. Simply just a money hungry business and looking to get over on customers. I will not return. Daniel did the bare minimum and did not exercise good customer service practices. However, the guys had plenty of time to stand around and chat with little to no work being done.

Had a bolt penetrate our right rear tire on a road trip and was losing tire pressure. We only had a donut spare and knew it had to be repaired or replaced to continue our trip. Service advisor Daniel wrote up the repair. Not only did they patch it for free but it was ready within an hour. I will definitely buy my next set of tires from Discount Tire since I believe karma goes a long way. I’m very impressed with this shop!

Had some tires and rims purchased on layaway and got a phone call this afternoon asking if I still wanted them so they could sell them to a customer. Why did decide to do that I don’t know I’ve been making my payments on time. So when I came in to purchase them they were sold to a undisclosed customer and I was refused a actual excuse why and how this will be okay. Do you think a place went on or something but instead does this!

They are a tire service but don't have to tools to align the tires so, the tires go bald quickly. If you have to pay another shop to align the tires, you may as well buy them from THAT shop. Also, the price to insure the tires has more than doubled in the 5-6 yrs that I have been a customer. I took my car in to have one of those insured tires replaced because it was bald in less than 2 yrs and the guy told me that I got good use of the tire because I put 53,000 miles on it and my last visit was 2021. I was there about a year ago and they replaced one of those "insured" tires with a plugged tire. 🤨 Keep ALL of your receipts. They WILL lie to try and not honor your insurance or warranty.

This tire shop really went out of their way to provide great customer service & did an amazing job at the same time. I was helped every step of the way. John worked with me looking for new rims for my truck because i needed new tires, and wanted to go bigger. But if i did i would need new rims. I was on the phone with them maybe 6 or 7 times figuring out which wheel would look the best on my truck. He was very patient while working with me to get the best option for my budget. I ordered one set of rims and about 3 days later i found another set and while the first rims were on their way being shipped from california, they ordered the new rims from another location in charlotte. The first rims came in early and i got the new fuel rims i changed my mind to, the day after they ordered them. I was given the chance to hold both rims up to my truck and decide which i thought looked best. If thats not amazing customer service i dont know what is. Thank you guys so much for working with me and helping me get these new rims and tires and especially giving me the best price there is. They also did my tpms sensors for 1/4 of the price i could get them anywhere else & they come with 6 year warranty. I am beyond happy with the service and i love my new rims. Thank you guys for going above and beyond and making sure i was satisfied with my purchase. You did a great job! I would take my truck here any day to get work done. Adding before & after pics. You guys truly do deserve recognition for your hard work and willingness to work with the customer. Even when they are difficult to please (i know i am). I'm taking the time to write this review because this place really needs some real recognition for their amazing customer service and professional work. From placing the appointment online to driving off, was completely satisfying. The gentleman at the front desk Daniel was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He told me my service would take 30 minutes and in 30 minutes my vehicle was ready to head out the door. Alan was very nice and courteous, brought my vehicle when it was completed and walked me thru the service they had done. By far this is the best service I have ever experienced from a tire shop. Im sold with this guys. Couldn't be more happy. 100% recommended.
