Absolute joke of a discount spend the time to limp to anthem . Just came for my second appointment here for a tire pressure sensor and somehow one of the managers had the audacity to look me in the eyes and say he could not figure out the sensor on a dodge. That is the easiest trucks and services to preform in the tire industry. I'm aware of this as I'm good friends with many employees of other local discounts. And yet the manager of this store couldn't finish that simple job. If they can't even fix a sensor here how can you trust them to put wheels on a vehicle. Would not reccomend and will actively keep my company's fleet from coming here.

Brought my truck in for a typical flat tire repair. When the techs were bolting off the tire, they discovered my rear axle bolt was sheared off. After speaking with the assistant manager Bryce, I was not comfortable driving the vehicle in that condition. Bryce offered to tow my truck to a dealership for repair at no cost to me. This was a tremendous help for me as I was leaving the next day for out-of-town work. Thank you again to the assistant manager Bryce.

I’m not going to lie. This place has screwed me over a great amount of times. I have quite a few vehicles running a small business. My review is for a guy named Kade that went above and beyond. He didn’t work the front desk but acknowledged there was a good amount of people in line. My work shirt maybe have given it away but he saw my tire was right there, finished and already paid for. Information he didn’t need to know but he attempted to help everyone in line as much as he could given each situation. If he ever leaves I’ve got a job for him! Thank you, Kade. Very much appreciated

I’ve used them for almost 2 decades. Great products and outstanding service. I had a recent road debris disaster requiring 2 new tires and a new rim. Bryce, the Asst Manager, was incredibly helpful and set the service bar so high I don’t think anyone else will come close! Thank you for all the help!!!! You and your staff are awesome!

Discount Tire on 7th Street and Carefree Hwy did an outstanding job on my truck tire install. Bought my tires on line and set up the appointment...simple as that. Chandon was there to receive my truck and professionally took care of all the details. Very knowledgeable sales person and one hell of good guy...Couldn't ask for a better experience...period. Less than an hour total to get it done!

Wally was incredible to work with. The store had to order tires and they were supposed to be in the store Thursday but were late. I called and he was professional, helpful, and made sure to take care of me. I've never had issues here but the customer service on the phone the other day by a different employee was not up to par with what I've normally gotten. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 and I was out within 45 minutes. They are always busy so I'd recommend making an appointment. I'm thankful my situation was taken care of and I would recommend them.

I called in and talked to someone there and we figured out the tires that worked for me he ordered them and said they would be in in the morning made appointment to get them installed so I asked out the door price because I was sending my wife he gave me a price of $701.92 out the door my wife got there and the charged her $812 and said oh he forgot to add the warranty not sure how his mistake became mine but really not happy

I have literally given this discount multiple chances to earn my business. You would think after spending thousands and thousands of dollars with this company they would treat you a little bit better. I brought my Corolla in and had it already bought four new tires for it about 2 years ago to get a balance and rotate. Sales guy walks out to my car and tells me that my tires are worn out and all need to be replaced. Mind you I put about 45k on tires that have an 80k warranty. He goes through the whole song and dance of they're below 3/32's which I know better, because they are not. So what was supposed to be a free balance and rotate became a $500 bill. I tell the guy I'll think about it go to another discount they tell me one of my tires is questionable but everything else looks good. The inconsistencies with this company are questionable at best. I think I'm going to just take my business to Costco once I need new tires again. At least I know I won't be lied to for a quick sale.

We have a fleet of trucks well over 50 and we have to get authorization from third party to tires. I have been waiting for 1 1/2 because the counter person went to lunch and didn’t tell anyone so 1 1/2 wasted. To be put in the rotation to get tires replaced. I am done with this location.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Discount Tire on Carefree. My vehicles frame was damaged due to negligence by tech Estebon during a rotation and balancing. A claim was opened with Sedgwick for the damages. My tires began to wear unevenly. I was asked to return to the location on two separate occasions. After having all four tires replaced, I was informed by the manager Wally that an alignment was not necessary, despite having current paperwork showing that my alignment was fine prior to the installation. After the new tires were installed, I noticed that my tires were over-inflated and not filled to the proper specifications. Additionally, my wheels and tires were left dirty, and there was grease on the inside of my car where the handle is. Concerned about the alignment, I drove to the Cave Creek and Bell location, where Jon confirmed that my alignment was indeed incorrect and that my vehicle requires a realignment. He also mentioned that due to the extra safety features on my vehicle, they were unable to complete the alignment at that time. Given these circumstances, I felt compelled to leave my car there to avoid uneven wear on the brand new tires. I received a phone call from a corporate manager who insisted that the 4 free tires were a kind enough gesture of good faith. In other words, it was done to get me to hush. Paperwork shows my vehicles alignment was affected from the new tire install. Ultimately they pointed out that one of my four tires was brand new. They continued to blame the uneven wear on everyone else but their lack of complying with company policy. Zero stars. I don’t recommend this business if you lack experience with cars. Please bring someone with you just to be safe. Be careful with their abuse of power if you find yourself in a situation like mine.

Purchased UTV tires from Them. Jacob was my point. We had issues w availability. Ordered online and they never showed up. I wasn’t happy. However, as usual Jacob made things happen. 2 days later, better tires and they were generous w concessions for inconvenience. Over the top customer service after all was said and done. Website needs work but customer service doesn’t. They performed. So funny cause you come to expect this from them. They have set the bar high for themselves. Been a customer for 50 years. Glad the culture continues!! Thanks Jacob!!

The kids working here managed to break every tpms sensor on my corvette. I was worried it was going to be a huge hassle and fight to get compensated, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was resolved. It still took a bit of back and forth with corporate but I got comped the cost of the tires. Thanks Adam!

I bought two trailer tires at Discount on Carefree Hwy and had them mounted. When I got home, I noticed that neither wheel had any weights on it. I called discount and talked with the Sr Asst Manager. I mentioned that I have rarely seen a wheel/tire combination that did not need weights, so seeing two would be rare. He replied that its rare but happens. I asked that he check with the tech that mounted the tires to see if he balanced them. He put me on hold and later came back and replied that the tech remembered checking them and no weights were needed. The manager offered to recheck the balance, so I took the tires and wheels back to discount. When I got there, the Asst Manager asked the salesperson that sold me the tires to re-check the balance. He did and needed to add weights to both wheels. The salesperson helped me load the wheels and tires back into my SUV and apologized for the inconvenience. I asked him to let the manager know what had happened. I never heard anything from the manager or anyone from Discount after that. Discount used to be my go to store for tires and service, but lately most of my experiences have not gone well. Attached photo shows one of the wheels after, with the amount of weight it required.

Just save yourself time just go to Big O tire! Went in to have a spare put on because one of my tires were flat. I have been buying the same tires for my truck for 3+ years and The tires on it now are a newer set. The guy told me that the tires would not fit the rim and they cannot put them on. It is obvious to me that they do not know anything about tires. Seems how my rims and tires came together as a set.
