I dont have anything negative to say about the quality or speed of their service. I just stopped in without an appointment to get my front tires rebalanced and was told they would have it done in 30 minutes and they actually handed me my keys back in less than 15 minutes and everything is great!!! So 5 stars on that... However about 2-3 minutes fter pulling my truck into the bay one of the guys came out and told me that while doing their routine vehicle inspection they discovered my wiper blades were ripped/torn and needed to be replaced. I smiled and informed the young man that I had literally just replaced them less than one(1) month ago and that they in fact are NOT ripped nor need to be replaced. The young man then smiled and chuckled from embarassment then turned and walked away without saying another word. I looked at my blades after they handed my keys back to me when they were finished and it was very clear that they hadnt even lifted the wiper arms to actually check blades due to the fact that they were still covered in all of the very powdery dust/dirt that had gathered on them and the windshield from romping and racing around thru the desert multiple times in the past week. You couldnt even see the wiper blades until I lifted the wiper arms and let all the dirt fall off of them......... C'mon guys....... Seriously??

I could not have been happier with my experience at this Discount Tire location. Last night I walked in at 2 minutes to closing time expecting to make an appointment for this morning. Much to my surprise I was told that they could take care of me immediately. At two minutes to close on a Friday night these exemplary employees made me feel like a VIP and I cannot express how truly grateful I am to be treated so well. Not only was every single employee friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure I was in and out in less than half an hour at a price that was more than fair. I wish I could name each employee that was working because every single one of them deserves a shout out but Ryan, the young man that took care of us, was especially great. Thank you Discount Tire employees for a truly great experience. This company has some excellent employees, I am genuinely impressed!!

I just wanted to give this discount tires employee RAUL a 5 star rating . Usually when I go into car places I get nervous because I don’t know much about cars and ppl take advantage of that and try to sell me everything that I don’t need . I came in to buy 4 tires and he was so patient , informative and made sure I knew about the rebate on the tires I got . As fate would have it I got a flat 5 days later (thanks to the wonderful az roads) and THANK GOD RAUL was working . I was so worried going in there because I thought here goes another $350 for a tire BUT thanks to him I walked out of there WORRY FREE!! I appreciated that soooo much! He is most definitely an asset to Discount Tire and should be awarded for his excellent customer service. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH RAUL!! Ariana (Yellow Stinger)

I went in and purchased some new tires for a 6 lug bolt pattern. I had just purchased the vehicle and noticed there were only 4 lugs on each rim. You would think they would have notified me of this and try to sell me some lug nuts. Instead of evenly putting them back on they put 3 on one side and 1 on the other. Must have been because it was 5 mins to closing. Could've taken one more minute to even them out 2 on one side and 2 on the other.

Made my appointment last week for 10:00 a.m. today I even got a text at 8:50 not to forget my appointment so when I get there today they tell me my tires aren't there they should be in by 11:00 they will call me nobody called me so I try to get in touch with him after 1:00 finally I get a text we're almost 2:00 that the tires are in. Pay online and schedule online same time did not save me time at all very upset and then it cost me another $50 for lug nuts not happy at all

both peyton & ryan were great to deal with. peyton answered my call, recognized me when i walked in. ryan kept me informed me why i was losing pressure/showed me a pic, told me he'd fix. i've been a discount customer for over 40 years.....never go anywhere else on tire issues!!

I just want everyone to know, if you happen to get nails/ screws or your tires are loosing Air out of then for whatever reason I am highly recommend this Discount Tire location. The employees are very good and they know what they are doing. Shout out to Brandon (Manager) he's awesome! They will get you taken care of and on your way in no time!! Thanks Guy's 😁🙏

These guys are AWESOME. I walked in with a Strange situation. My Driver side tire had a 24 hr leak, I couldn't get in to get it checked out, because of my work schedule. For 2 days, I put air in my tire, and drove to work. Monday morning i walked in and explained the situation with my tire. The Gentleman came out, Crawled under my car and said, because of Legal laws they couldn't pull out the nail and plug it, because my tire was below it's recommended wear. I'm between pay periods, so money was slim till payday. He says to me "I have an idea Hold on for a min." He goes into the shop, comes back out and says, "I have a tire that's 1 size smaller in width, but will work to get you back and forth to work until payday (which was in a few days) AND WOULD PUT IN ON AT NO COST TO ME. now THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 15 mins., It was on, and I was on my way. On payday I'm going in to get 2 NEW FRONT TIRES FROM THESE GUYS. They have a forever Customer in me. I WILL BE TAKING MY FLEET OF CABS HERE from now on......Thanks guys for your professionalism. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!

I want to give a big shout out to the amazing team at this store. My day has been a mess 😭 by the time I walked in the door I was in tears The 2 tires I had called on were sold after I called. They made it right and didn't have to wait to long just enough to calm myself before taking on the rest of a tiring day. Thank you so much for your amazing tire tech team!

I visited this discount tire store to have my tires rotated and balanced. I have only done tire business with discount tire for all my tire needs. This was my first visit to this location and it was not what I expected or was pleased with. At the end of my first visit here, I asked the technician what did he set the tire pressures to. He looked right at me and said, "38psi". I asked him to please set them at 44 since they are big truck tires. He drove it back to the shop door and hooked up the automatic inflation machine and it showed 62psi to 61psi in all four tires. I was not happy he lied to me. I mentioned this to a supervisor and I received a phone call with an apology from the store manager. I drove down the road and I also discovered my wheels were in worse balance than before. So I went back the next day and had them rebalance all four tires and I left. We'll, there was no difference, I still felt the tires were not in balance. On the third day I visited a discount tire store just up the road from the first one and they took it in immediately and when I left there I could immediately tell that my wheels were in balance. I drove up the interstate and all was great. I did call both stores back and let them know the end results and left it at that. I will not be going back to this first location ever again. My time and money is more valuable than the poor service I received here. Respectfully DSV
