Edit- they didnt tighten my lug nuts, my tire could have flown off on the highway and i could have been killed because someone at this location cant do their job. Spoke w the manager Luke who sounded concerned but wouldnt tell me who the employee is or what will be done about it other than theyll look into it. BE CAREFUL COMING HERE Tire light came on, 20 minutes later I pulled in to top the air off. They checked it n found a screw I must have just picked up. They fixed it but didn't tighten the lug nuts when reinstalling the tire. STOPPING AT THIS DISCOUNT TIRE COULD HAVE KILLED ME.

I've been twice now for regular tire maintenance. The staff has always been super friendly and informative when it comes to my tires. I've had an appointment both times and the service has always been pretty quick (usually in and out in 30-45 minutes).

Does not even deserve 1 star. Gave them my truck locked and secured with my tools, my entire livelihood, in it. Came to pick up my truck to find that they left the window down and the truck unlocked. On top of that there was some random guy looking into it. Talked to Luke the manager, who did not seem to care that his employees left my truck in this condition. Completely open for people take all of my tools or steal the truck. Stopped going to this discount years ago due to an old bad manager but made the mistake of giving it a second chance with their new manager. Do not go to this location if you don’t want your vehicle to be left unsecured. They will do nothing about it and they don’t care. EDIT: During the past week after getting the new tires my truck has not driven the same. After taking it to a different discount I found out that one of the tires was defective and needed to be replaced. So to add to them leaving my vehicle unlocked they also put a defective tire on my vehicle.

I had a 9am appointment this morning and had gotten there at a little before 8. Caden greeted me at the door and even remembered my name. I was home with 5 new tires by 8:36. The customer service here is second to none. I don’t go anywhere else when I need tires. However I wish they would slow down a little bit. They crossed threaded one of my lugs so they had to snap it off. I then had to spend a few hours waiting for it to get repaired at a different shop. They paid for it but still.

Updating ON: Oct. 20, 2024. Services my for car again for tires.. I drive a good amount and drive a bit aggresive-defensive. Good residual warranty. Fast service, but I book ahead. I only wish I remeber my CS tech's name!! A knowedgable, part-time worker, of 3 years working there, who knows his job very well; he has bright future there or wherever. He cared. Most important, he put up with me and was kind too. -----------------End, Oct. 19, 2024 service date---------- Tires are a great way to measure inflation as some people tend to buy the same product from the same place over the life of one's vehicle. Though prices have gone up well over ten percent, I am pleased to say the prices, quality and service still measures up with their competition. The lobby was swamped when I went there, but despite that, they had in-and-out burger style check-in with CS agents on tablets going through those not at a window with a CS tech. even being in the back of the line, I was attended to in under a few minutes. I bought four tires at about what I had expected to pay for them as I research most larger purchases ahead of time. Brock was my CS person. He did great educating me on different options. When they came to give me my keys, I said this is totally unacceptable.... Unacceptable that they got me back the car in way under the one hour they had forecasted. I mean, I am used to getting disappointed! No dice here. They did a great job.

I was on my way to Pinetop and was on the 51 when my low tire pressure came on. Stopped at the discount tire on Cactus/32 st. Justin, The manager, took care of my Tires personally. He had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. Great service!!

This place is amazing! I ended up getting a nail in my tire on my way to work and thankfully wasn’t too far from this location. They checked all my tires, walked me through all my replacement options, then had my new tires put on and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I really appreciate how thorough and transparent the entire process was. All the employees were incredibly nice as well!
