They do not respect your time here! I have waited over 2 hours for a tire change and they are not busy today. The employees are just standing around yacking with each other. Finally after complaining 3 × 1 of the ladies at the front counter changed my tire because I had been waiting for so long. It definitely does not take 2 hours to change 2 tires! I gave them one star because of the nice lady who worked at the counter took my car in the back to make sure it got done. Is ridiculous when you have to wait that long.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS (Cave Creek and Bell Road) I made an appointment in person and told the salesman I had one tire pressure monitor sensor (TPMS) malfunction. He priced one TPMS about $62 for parts and labor. I had all 5 tires including spare replaced in 2023, as well as 3 of the 5 TPMS sensors at the same location at the cost of about $1600. I went for my appointment the next day and I specifically told the sales person that I only needed one sensor and that the spare tire sensor was not faulty. He went to the vehicle. Checked every sensor and went into my trunk even though I told him the spare sensor in the trunk was working. He told me that I needed 3 sensors. I told him I have a good reading from 4 sensors out of 5 (See image) and that I only needed 1 malfunctioning sensor replaced. He said that I needed to replace 3 sensors because his scan showed I had low battery on three of the sensors and they would need replacement sooner or later. I have been a master ASE technician for 25 years and owned an automotive repair shop (doing something different now). This salesman was trying to sell me sensors perfectly functioning which I didn't need. This is an example of trying to up sell a ticket and raise your ticket average to make more money. At that point, I took my key fob and left. This would be a very good ground to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, but I am not going to do it because losing a good customer is enough punishment for any business which would give a hoot! This is the best example of how a business wold screw up a good loyal customer and lose future business opportunity from him. I will never go to this location or any other Discount Tire location because I simply no longer trust them, and YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST THEM EITHER!!

Always great service 👍 always a smile and professional attitude at Discount Tire. Metro Center location has really improved over the years. I own 6 cars and trucks, 1 side x side, 1 RV, 2 trailers and use discount for all of my tire needs. Great Service Deserves loyalty at Discount Tire!! Even though my car is barely 3 years old, we've always had a problem with the sensor to check the air in the tires. It went off so frequently, especially in cold weather, so annoying. I purchased new tires in June of this year, and it was still going off, so I asked Zach to check the tire and the sensor. They were so nice about it, made sure the tire wasn't the issue, and replaced the faulty sensor. I am so thankful they took the time to fix it! I recommend making an appointment for faster service. Discount Tire has always been good to me, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future. UPDATE: This is the first winter since purchasing this car new that I haven't struggled with the check air tire sensor! Since replacing it, the sensor hasn't gone off once, and the tire pressure stays steady! I am so thankful to Discount Tire for helping me! Customer for life!!!

UPDATED: Why make an appointment when there's still almost a two-hour wait? You say on your site and in-store that "you save time by booking an appointment online," but that made no difference. Almost a 2-hour wait WITH an appointment for a tire balance and rotation. It makes no sense, so you should not advertise that because it's false. As always, amazing service and staff.

Went for just a routine tire rotation/balance. Made appointment for 4:45. Got there at 4:30 but didn't take my car until 5:10. On my home tire light goes on pressure is at 28. Why wouldn't they check the pressure on all tires when they balanced them. Did they? Went to put air in tire and found out the sensors are on the wrong tires! I don't normally go to Metro Discount and won't next time.

I love discount hence the 4 star but I can't give this location 5 because of lackluster customer service. Mind you I get it the location was busy but if you're going to give me an estimated time of completion I expect that to be somewhat accurate. Brought my car in at noon and was told it'd be ready between 1:45 and 2pm. Came back at 2pm asked about my car was told it was next and would be done in 15-20mins no problem I said. My car didn't get touched till near 3 as I just sat there waiting. Again I get being busy and there are other customers but if you're gonna quote me a time stick to it or update me on the car.

I love the customer service I always get from the guys at Discout! Patrick you are a Rockstar! Came in first thing in the morning with a metal piece in my tire! Yikes! With my warranty still good, I got a new tire and only paid $25 for the new warranty! Excellent!! What a relief! Patrick got me in and up in the bay quick, kept me posted on what was needed, fixed and out the door in under an hour! Heck yes! Patrick you were great! Thanks guys!

The last thing I wanted to do on my day off was to go buy tires. Having 3 tire issues in a week insinuated I needed to go, and I'm so glad I choose Discount Tire!! Patrick greeted me with a smile, he also assured me that what I wanted would be affordable and he was spot on!! I know from experience this won't be a drive thru experience however at the they where getting people's car's serviced was impressive! Just wanted folks to know good friendly care for needs type of service still does exist here at Discount Tire! Thank you Patrick and the team here you are ALL truly appreciated!!!

I’ve been going to this store about 20 years. Friday I dropped off my car needed a new set of tires. As I approached my vehicle immediately noticed my driver window was left open. Apparently the parking lot had been cleaned that day. My entire driver seat was covered with dirt leaves and grass. Cars should never be left with windows open and unlocked this is completely unacceptable. I went back inside the store and showed counter guy all the leaves and dirt in my car. That’s what I get for being a loyal customer.

Patrick n Zack was the most unprofessional people here! made turn off my car with a 3 year old in it and said it was because he didn’t want the heat and nothing about “safety of hitting him” like the manager said. Ps we live in az it’s over 105 not including temp in car!!!!!

This place will not match a price found elsewhere that’s too good to be true. And now they want YOU to ruin ur starter and YOU sit in the heat by turning ur car off while they air ur tires up. Brother comon. get this kid that does the air-up on tires a WORK FAN then ?!? Cmon management. Stay away from this location. Go to Peoria 67th Ave there’s real men working there.

Bought tires from them and one of them blew out on the freeway after 2k miles. The guy said he wouldn’t do anything even though I bought certificates because I had my wife drive all the way off the freeway so she was safe. Do not buy from discount metro they don’t honor their policies.

I had a flat on the freeway - they closed in 30 minutes and still took me and got me situated right away! The man who helped me was amazing! He was Hispanic single father who I knew had a big heart and went above and beyond!

I was driving a Altima rental from Enterprise and my left rear tire was going flat. I called Enterprise and they informed me to take the vehicle to the nearest Discount Tire store because they have a corporate account. True it was and Discount took care of the tire, had to replace it actually and I was on my way in a reasonable amount of time.
