Great customer service & quick to get the job done! My tire popped on the freeway and this was the closest location. Alfredo and team were able to procure tires that were not in stock via courier, change the tires, and had me back on the road within 2.5 hours. Highly recommend!

I don’t like discount tire store anymore. Overpriced Michelin tires! They charges too much money. I found wal-mart tires store are much cheaper. I am happy wal-mart has Michelin tires! Discount tire charges too high. That’s crazy !

Prices are reasonable but service sucks I took my car to buy 2 tires they told me is going to be 1 hour wait , so I wait in the waiting area and 2& half hours later my car hasn’t even at the bay so I ask what’s going on and they said is the next one ,meanwhile other customers come and go , I don’t know what criteria they follow if they prioritize appointments or what

Went in with a low tire on my car. Was taken care of pretty fast. Less than an hour. I happened to use the restroom while there and was very surprised. To find a restroom at a shop that is kinda clean is hard to find. Yet this place had such a clean restroom I had to compliment the boss. Not one spot on the floor. The walls were very clean. Thank you Discount Tire for having value in your customers and providing a clean restroom for us. This Veteran Customer really appreciates it.

About two weeks ago, I went to this location trying to get air in my tires however they said they couldn’t do so because it was too unsafe and that I needed a new tire so I went ahead and purchased a new tire. Today the new tire that I recently purchased was losing air so I took it to the same location so they can put air in it however they told me that they couldn’t put air in it and that it was too unsafe to do And that they needed a patch it because apparently there was a nail in it so I left it went to another tire shop and they were able to help me put air in my tire and they were able to also check it and let me know that there was no nail in my tire. if you are a woman i would advise you to not go to this location because all they will do is try to get as much money as they can get from you.

I had 4 small trailer tires to replace and thought I could do them myself. It took nearly 3 hours to do one. So, I took the rest to Discount Tire, and they had them done in just over an hour, for $35.00. Nice. I've been going to this Discount Tire on Indian School Road for over 40 years, and I have never had an issue, with them.

Always inspect your tires and wheels, according to my bill my rear tires were balanced, when i checked no counter weights were installed.

Daniel is such a sweetheart and helped me and my bf tonight with letting us know we had a really low tire in the back! I was having such a bad day and just to top it all off - I was expecting to pay around 400+ dollars that I did NOT have but they reassured me and told me the repair work was free and damnit it was! We had the longest nail embedded in there too!!! Wholeheartedly recommend this place through and through, always gone here and always will! The whole staff is awesome but I love that Daniel 🫶

Horrible parking Lot and long wait times. Needed to get air in one tire as an emergency and waited in the air check line for 30min only to be told they wouldn't put air in my tire for "safety reasons" and the machine "wouldn't" let them. The machine had a clearly labeled button to inflate tire manually. Was told to go to the gas station to get air. (Tire had 10psi btw, not fully flat)

I went to get a tire lookes at air kept going down so had to wait like 2 hours and paid 50 for a new tire great deal if you ask me.

These folks treat you well with price matching when you're in the store. Good people on 73rd Avenue and Indian School Rd...they get you in and out pretty quickly

this place is anything BUT discount lol. super nice people but came here because my ONE tire was losing air. The guy went outside to check it out, before even jacking up the car or ANYTHING they say we need both front tires replaced, an alignment (which discount tire doesn’t even do), and possibly new rims. all tires & rims were already replaced not long ago. it was rediculous and obviously wanted the sales. I was told to go wait another 20 minutes, to have it ACTUALLY looked at but I left after that, then went to a small family owned tire shop across the street and they told me that all that was wrong was one nail in my tire, which was a $15 fix. DONT GO HERE especially if youre a woman. they will try to tell you false information. yall tried to have me spend money on things that were replaced less than a year ago!! it wouldve been different if they actually looked at the things they said were wrong! i know yall can scam most women but not me LOL!

Great honest service. From the minute I walked in. I needed a all tires replaced. Had to do a surprise stop into this closest location at the time, after my tire went flat. YES am sure to just one of many construction areas a day that I have to drive through a day on sufface streets orcthree freeways. Arizona drivers were so over it... Yes I would recommend this location if your in the area.

Came in on an extremely hot day; and near closing. However was treated with nothing but the best of hospitality. The guy working at the front desk was patient and helpful. An employee named Alfredo removed two nails from my wife’s tire and patched it up for free. Also made sure to check the rest and ensure that we carried on to have a good day. I know it’s their job but to keep a great attitude and work fast/ diligently, all under brutal heat is no small feat. Thank you!
