The free air check is a lifesaver, as I am disabled and have a difficult time reaching to check. I have bought all of our family's tires at Discount for years, and will continue to do so.

I have to say, this place is really efficient. The whole text message system setting up your appt and they let you know when your vehicle is ready. Do some shopping at Walmart and they'll let you know when your vehicle is ready. I purchased tires for my camper, and Micheal really helped me out backing to a stall and setting it up. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been having issues with my tire for a few weeks now, came in got it checked out and now have a new tire. Michael was super helpful and kind he even talked to my insurance from where the tire was originally from. Everyone I spoke with there was super friendly and helpful. Definitely would come back to this location.

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire since 2008. This location is the closest to me but I go back to this specific location every time because of the customer service. The Manager Stephen is always attentive and friendly. The Assistant Manager Ryan helped me today. I came in because I had one flat tire. They both expressed concern for my safety driving on two of the other old worn tires. When I told them I couldn’t afford to replace more than the one tire that was flat until late January, they helped get me on a lay-away plan with no money down or interest, and replaced the tires today! I highly recommend Discount Tire, and if you are in the area - this location is the best! Thank you Stephen and Ryan!

I asked them several times to not use power tools on my rims yet "they know best". And decided they were in a rush and used power tools on my rims and ruined my rims, THAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM!!!! I will never do business here again. And I'll make sure I tell everyone never to come here.

I will ONLY go to this location, entire staff was super friendly & Tyler was who helped me. Couldn't recommend him more, best customer service I've ever had, very knowledgeable and helped us get the right tires after we ordered the wrong width. 15/10

Amazing all three of my tires were bad and I had a leak didn’t have much money to work with and they made it work for me and was able to get me back on the road safely the store manager was nice, patient and very friendly overall my favorite store/ discount tire

Great place. Friendly staff. Helped me out and sent me on my way. ❤ Didn't realize the air check was closed and my tires were low. I appreciate that the heat is killer right now. Dropped off the Gatorade, I picked up for them and went and did my own tires. I look forward to cooler weather 😎 The tech was super helpful, on where I should go to do it. I also had the option of checking in inside and having them do it, but they were super busy. Thank you, Discount Tire.

I have never in my life had an experience as bad as dealing with Discount Tire on Tatum and Bell. My wife and I live in the neighborhood across the street, and have found it very easy to purchase our tires (for all of our vehicles) from Discount over the last eight years since we moved here. Since we have had nothing but issues. (2019) The first time I brought my 2017 BMW M3 to their location, they scratch my brake caliper so badly I had to take it to the BMW dealership and have it replaced. (2021) I bring my wife’s vehicle to them for replacements. Told me they would be ordered and ready for pickup by 5pm. At 5pm I called - the fronts were on, and they forgot to order the rears. They actually won’t be in until Monday. I went to Goodyear tire and Service. They had them on same day. (TODAY) I take our vehicle in for a routine rotate and balance. Young kid named Ava takes me out, checks out the tires. Tells me he can’t touch them because they are to warn. They are not warn. The car was just at BMW and they didn’t mention anything on my 52 point inspection sheet.. They need management and customer services training. Steven calls me after I arrived back at work 30 mins later; acts as if he has no idea what happened. Bright eyed and bushy tailed asks why I wrote a review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Goodyear Tire & Service will get my business from here-on out.

I was just getting my air pressure checked at discount tire and this manager Ava came running through like yelling at these guys hurry up hurry up hurry up. I'm thinking you know what I would rather somebody take time and do the correct job on installing my tires. If he felt these guys weren't moving fast enough as a good manager he should have jumped in and said hey guys is there anything I can do to help you are there struggles your experiencing that I can help rectify. I don't like seeing people jump on people's butts when they're taking their time to do a good job. I've been a long time loyal discount tire customer and I want to continue being a loyal customer but I don't like seeing this.

Quick and efficient service as usual! Edit 9/2024. Had a 10:45 appointment for a rotation and balance. Got there 10 min early only to get super frustrated. Usually I am greeted right away but not even an acknowledgment of my presence until I was called to the desk. I stated my reason for being there and that I had an appointment for a rotation and when I made the appointment I stated I will wait. His response was we are running behind on appointments and it will be an hour and 45 minutes at least. I said why take appointments then if you can’t honor them. I was only told they are trying to catch up. What a waste of time and gas! Unfortunately they went from 5 stars to 1! Stop accepting appointments if they cannot be honored!

A bunch of kids working here which all seem to be playing around instead of working. dancing, yelling, and what looks like a party. i’m speechless, literally. with this going on, will double or triple your time of wait. MICHAEL is one of the ones in charge of front desk and is not upfront over the phone so you will be surprised upon arrival because they just want you to come in. with what they tell you over the phone and what actual is the case don’t corollate. “just be honest” instead of wasting peoples time. i’m so confused. worst location by a land slide. avoid this location because management is not doing their job

Always seems to be a longer wait at Bell location, regardless of appointment or walk in, no difference. Live closer to Bell location but will travel further for timeliness and efficiency at Shea location. Jose seems to be the most efficient at Bell location. Staff is friendly.

Great service from start to finish. Gannon took care of me. Made an appt online the night before. Line was minimal. Go me in on time. I went to get some stuff from Walmart. Got back and it’s all done. Confidence boost on bringing our car here. Will be back again. Great job team and mgmt!!

I want my tires rotated. I don't want to be pressured into buying new tires. My tire tread is 5/32" (front)and 7/32" (back). It makes sense to rotate the tires, but instead I get accused of leaving with an unsafe car. Discount when did you start scamming customers? The free tire rotation is just a trap to get you to buy tires prematurely. I drive my car 6,000 miles a year. The salesman pretty much refused to rotate my tires after I told him 5 times that I wanted my tires rotated.

I wound up with a flat tire yesterday and while waiting for the tow truck I called and Sean set an appointment for a future time since they're always so busy. It was still a bit of a wait but they replaced my tire under the warranty and upgraded It because they were out of the one I had in stock. I will never go anywhere else for tires, they are a fair and upstanding company and hustle to try and get you out the door as quick as possible. I didn't catch the name of the person who actually helped me on site but he was extremely customer oriented.

These guys are the best! Showed up at 8:00 when they opened. They came out in force, two man teams and asked who’s first, second and so on. Then the team I had went to the truck hat all the info. Walked in with one guy, the other had it in the bay already. Within 5 min they found the it had a pin hole leak next to the sidewall. Got one shipped over from another store! These guys and gals are omit! Can’t recommend them enough!!Shout out to Patrick!!! Professional, courteous and polite!!!

If your parents are going here, go with them. The managers are sharks and will take advantage and over sell customers who are in vulnerable positions. Come in for 2 and they will try to sell you 4. Stick to your guns and do your own research. Their quotas are not your problem. If you are caught with a flat use your spare before coming here. They will take advantage of your moment of crisis. I came in only needing two tires. I can’t afford more than that right now. They pulled me in saying they might have two more used tires for $40. He came back with the price $140 per tire. I said “no thank you.” Classic bait and switch. My mother went in on her own, she took a curb and tore a single tire. Pour woman had just had her teeth pulled so she wasn’t 100%. The car is new from the dealership. They used predatory sales tactics to convince her she needed 4 new tires while she was in a vulnerable physical and mental state. “People will pay extra if it means they feel safe.” They took advantage of her fear as she is a widow and has no husband to call for reassurance, car-where-with-all, or financial teamwork. Shame on these guys. Don’t come here without a plan. It’s ok to say “no.”

The guys who work here are very nice and helpful, can't complain about not having to shell out for another tire because they could patch it for free! ツ I did have to wait quite a bit but I can't knock em for being busy.
