The people at Discount Tire are so nice! With the colder night temperature, a lot of CHECK TIRE warning ⚠️ lights were lit. They had a designated person to help!

I can't say enough good things about Hudson. He went so far above and beyond to help me out. I was in a pretty bad situation, and he got me an incredible deal. He never pushed me to go out of my price range either. Chris also helped me on the phone and was very kind and considerate regarding my situation. The guys at the Happy Valley location could learn a thing or two from Hudson and Chris about how to treat a customer!!! If you guys need tires or services, definitely go to this location!!!

Warranty tire leak repair not done properly, had to use my own compressor on repaired tire just to get to work Monday. Now I have to spend time after work taking it back for the job to be done correctly.

We booked the first appointment time to ensure we didn’t experience a long wait, specifically because our daughter is disabled and has trouble with long waits. The guy who checked us in said it would take about 45 minutes. After about 15 minutes, our car was still in the parking lot so we told him about our daughter’s disability with the hopes he would help us get out of there at the time he promised. After that, we went on a walk and came back at the time he said it would be done. The car was still in the parking lot and the man’s car who showed up 15 minutes after us was being worked on. That’s when we discovered they had never started our car and had skipped it for the customer who came later, despite knowing our circumstances and the fact that we had made and arrived on time for our first thing in the morning appointment. The man who checked us in was not apologetic, if anything he seemed annoyed. Since leaving, we’ve had to deal with issues with the steering and the tires, even after two alignments, probably because they ended up rushing the job after forgetting to do it in the first place. We’re still figuring that issue out, but will have to deal with it on a 5 day road trip now. We will never deal with this location again and will avoid discount tires entirely.

Great a walk ins and fast to get me in and out. They don’t pressure me into sales and give me options to allow me to pick an option that fits my budget. I have to wait to get tires but again it’s fast and not a whole day event.

I like Discount Tire, however, I am getting tired of the long wait times. I would give them 5 stars because of how well they take care of my vehicle, I stay loyal. Just please work on the wait times with more staff in the front area all the time that can help more.

I came to this Discount location a few weeks ago to take advantage of the free tire pressure checks they offer, since my tire pressure light came on in my car. The check in process was smooth and it is nice that I was allowed to stay in the car while the pressure check was performed. I eventually found out from the employee who performed my check that my 2 rear tires needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Flash forward a couple of days and I returned to get them replaced. During this visit, I worked with Hudson; the general manager, and I was very impressed with my experience. In addition to replacing my 2 rear tires, Hudson recommended that I replace one of my front tires since the tread was getting low. However after explaining that I only intended to replace my rear tires this visit (but would come back later to replace the front tire) and had a budget I needed to stick to, Hudson was extremely understanding and accommodating to my needs. In addition to this, he helped me tremendously with making the tire buying/replacement process as seamless as possible; since it was my first time doing it myself. He also gave great tire recommendations that were budget friendly and had the same high quality as my original tires. As far as wait time is concerned, it was a lot quicker than I expected - I spent about 30 minutes to an hour in the lobby which went by fast! With that said, I am very happy with my recent experience at Discount; and can understand why my family loves coming here. I even submitted a review on the email they provided and received a glowing response from the store manager! For anyone who is looking for a great place for all your tire needs, I highly recommend Discount! You will NOT regret it!!

I gotta hand it to Discount Tire and my sales rep, Parker. I asked them to pull off a miracle, a full set of tires before they closed. Not only did they happily do it, they knocked it out of the park by getting me back on the road and headed off down the road in less than 45 minutes. You guys ROCK!!! Discount tires at 4th Ave and Bell is where I'll be purchasing all of my tires in the future, Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

Great experience at this location. Tire pressure was low on one of my tires, and I went in for them to add air to that tire. Found out it had a nail that was causing my tire problem. But I had an appointment that I couldn't cancel, they were so nice they added some air and told me to come back after my appointment to get it fixed. So I did. I came back and they fixed it. It was easy and on my way without any fuss. Thank You!

Somehow managed to get my flat with multiple nails patch and repaired in like 20 minutes. I went over to get a burger, came back expecting to be waiting for a few more minutes, and my car was already done. And for free! Their original determination was that they may need to replace the tire so this was a pleasant surprise! Great service as usual

They will damage your vehicle, not report the damage, and then send you through their slow-moving, lackluster third party insurance company with ZERO regard for compensation. Don't be fooled by their kindness, they could care less. They have lost my business and my trust.

Showed up with one leaky tire. Agent said the tread was a little low on another good tire, suggested replacing both and putting good in front, new in back. I agreed. They then mounted the wrong size tire. I found out today they also put the bad tire I came in to replace in the front and threw out two good ones. They also didn't reset TPMS so my car is reading all my rims incorrectly. I now have 2 tires that are the wrong size and the bad tire I came in to replace after spending two hours and $400 with them. Will update after my appointment today if resolved.

The service at this location is great. They've rotated my tires on both my cars and have usually done it pretty quick. They've also repaired several flats and I've used their free air service before too. I'll continue using this location for my tire needs.

I like that they check your tire pressure for free, the only problem is the line is pretty long. I don’t know the best time to go to not have to wait 30 to 40+ minutes for this service. If you know please let me know (west side of Phoenix AZ).
