These guys went above and beyond today making sure that I drove away safely with my children in the car for the weekend. I really appreciate the way that they looked over my tires carefully and also helped with my little ones inside. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs!

Stopped to have air pressure checked. Great service, very attentive, efficient. Have a dually pickup and they didn't have the correct Chuck for filling the rear tires, got it done but took longer.

Went here to get my tires filled and the guy claimed he couldn’t fill up one of my tires cuz it was “too low” lol and told me I should pull over and get scheduled for an appointment because I likely have a nail. Lo and behold I take it to my family mechanic and there’s nothing wrong with it.. it just needed air. Wasted my time and tried to take advantage of me cuz I’m a girl

They "Parker" sold me tires for a Volkswagen GTI. Only to find out they don't have the software for alignment on the car. This should be told to the customer before selling them tires. VW GTI has been around for decades. How is it possible to not have the software? Went to Firestone. No wait. No issues with software. Lifetime Warranty on the alignment.

I really enjoy D Tire. I took my car in to get a tire checked that went flat and your company took very good care of me. But when I got into my car to leave drivers floorboard and and cover for my floor was covered in mud. Whoever got into my car had very dirty shoes and they left a streak of dirt from my side of my car all the way through the bottom of my floor mats. Because I drive Lyft I keep my car immaculate. I had to go to the car wash and clean my car out from the spot because I couldn't have that being this dirty. Don't know what happened but don't understand why somebody has that money of shoes in Arizona and they're getting in and out of people's cars. You guys can do better.

The tire I purchased the year previous had a slow leak and had a faulty valve. They replaced it immediately with no cost. Excellent service.

Discount Tires in my go-to place to get tires. I like how they back up their products and it's definitely worth getting the road hazard protection they will always fix your flats for free if it's fixable. And of course if you have road hazard and they can't fix it you'll get new tires when it comes to buying tires there's no other place to go

Came in with a tire issue, left with a battery issue, no problem with the car before coming in, will not be returning to this discount tire, been a customer for years and they just acted like they did not care whatsoever

Discount tire is always good service if you forgive the corporate pressure on the staff to sell tires. They have a very impressive digital tire depth gauge.

Forgot about my car after I paid $500 for 2 tires. After 10 minutes past my "expected completion time" I had to ask them why it was taking so long (yes I had an appointment) after several people coming in after me were already done. Gave no explanation or apology, like it's the only tire shop in town and I should be grateful that they're even willing to take my money. I won't be coming back here again. It may be just a "this day" or "that employee taking a break on the clock", but an HOUR (and several stalls being left empty after someone leaves) before even pulling the car in, is too much when making an APPOINTMENT.

Had 4 new tires installed. Within a couple hours got stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire. Called Discount tire and they made no effort to help me.

DO NOT GET AN ALIGNMENT HERE! I changed the ball joints and outer tie rod ends on my car myself, and then came here and bought one tire to replace my spare and got an alignment. The alignment was worse after they worked on the car then it was before. They also forgot to put the new spare tire in the trunk, at the first traffic light I hopped out and checked and it wasn't in there. Someone walked it out to the car for me which was nice, but no one apologized or said anything of the sort. Also, when I called to asked if they could do an alignment, I was simply told yes. But after 2 hours in there waiting room I find out that a they can only adjust the toe in and toe out, they cannot adjust the Caster or camber. They said they didn't have the training and their regular alignment guy was only there Tuesdays and Saturdays. So when they said they could do an alignment, they were telling a lie. A whole alignment means a whole alignment! And I told them specifically that I changed the ball joints and outer tie rod ends, so they should have known that an entire alignment would be necessary. I bought four tires last year, and I reached the tire rotation mileage, so I bought one more time to replace the old spare, and rotated the tires myself after I got the alignment. However I will have to go to the dealership to get an alignment since these people don't tell the truth and can't do the work anyway.

My appointment time was 1045, it is now 1145, which was my estimated completion time and my car is still in the parking lot... I was quoted 45 minutes for a rotation.... it's been an hour and my car is still untouched. I made an appointment for a reason, so I didn't spend the day here. They obviously do not honor appointments....

Nothing like getting hassled and pressured by both the salesmen and the manager in buying two tires when I stop for one tire with a slow leak on the way to work. I explained to the salesman and then again to the manager, that I would be getting a lift and larger tires within the next month. but they didn't listen and kept pressuring me. So I finally gave in and said fine give me the two tires and get me back on the road! I have to go to work! THEN they finally started moving like lightning. Way to meet your sales quota Discount Tire! So not happy with them right now.

Overall, I would rate this store with five stars. My last experience with them was extremely disappointing, and while they ended up making it right, I feel it took too long and their customer service was lacking a bit. I've been a 20+ year customer of this store and never had a problem. I came in Labor Day weekend for tire balancing, and they lost the key to my wheel locks. I noticed it within 30 minutes of leaving the store and called about it. Even that quickly, no one seemed to know what had happened. I went back to the store an hour later, and the lock was nowhere to be found. Daniel said he would order a new one and would call me later in the week. When I hadn't heard anything back by Thursday, I called them. Turns out the key hadn't been ordered after all. It was ordered this time, and when I called to check several days later, it still hadn't arrived. It was ordered from the east coast? Not sure why that was, but okay. They called me on Weds or Thursday this week and told me I could come in whenever and it wouldn't take but a few minutes to deal with. I asked about Saturday, concerned about how busy they typically are on Saturday mornings, and was told it was fine. I got here this morning, two weeks later now, again expressed my concern with time, and was assured it would be taken care of quickly. I've been here about 45 minutes, and I'm still waiting. I have other things I need to be doing, expressed as much multiple times, multiple times was told it would be quick, yet here I sit. I'm so disappointed because I know this store is better than this. It took until the third phone conversation to even get an apology. Not even an apology today when I came in for them to fix it. I'll be back, but I hope they understand how disappointing this was for me as a long-time customer. I appreciate y'all, but please do better.

When you schedule an appointment, you would expect that you will be serviced at that time. This is not the case at this location as an appointment time is just a scam to get you into the establishment, but you will be waiting long past that time before your car gets pulled onto the service area.

Although I’m generally a fan of Discount, this most recent experience has wasted my time. I came in to get an opinion on a car’s alignment on a used car we just bought my Son. We know it has a problem due to bad tire wear, but don’t know what the problem is and that is why we were there. They would not even diagnose the car without us buying tires first. I’m of the opinion I need to know how much I’m dumping into alignment and suspension before I know my budget for wheels and tires, or just tires, nice tires or budget tires, depending on the cost of repairs, but Steven wouldn’t even put it on the rack for us. Twenty years of family loyalty, new driver on the road, tossed out the window. Dumb. I tried to explain my position, but didn’t get anywhere. Dense.
