Purchased maybe my forth of fifth set of tires last week. Looking over the website one sees that veterans can get 5% off, so I signed up for the ID process to prove I am a veteran. When I asked for it at check out they say it's only for online purchases. I questioned that but no way, online purchases only. So one needs to be a veteran with a computer it seems. I probably would have bought the tires there regardless, but seeing the offer and then learning it's not for all veterans leaves a sour taste.

Jason took great care of us. We had a truck and trailer get a flat on the truck and he got us right in and out in under 1 hour !!! Great customer service.

I asked them to change my front tires but they moved my rear tires to the front and put the new tires in the rear! When I asked why and they don’t make any sense they said that is their policy to do it that way! Although my car is front wheel driving! I took it to my mechanic to put them at front wheel and paid $25!

Nice friendly service! Went to get my tires checked as I had one getting a bit low. When they couldn't get a proper read on my low tire they suggested I let them get a better look but might have to wait. I went inside and immediately was greeted. They said it might be an hour and luckily I was in no rush to go anywhere. There ended up being a small hole in the tire that needed to be patched. They fixed me to for free and I was out of there in 30-40 min. So thankful for Discount Tire!

Really bad service, guy who “meet” customers, doesn’t care about your time, told me he can put air on of my tires, cause probably it’s below 20psi, “probably”….lazy people, I was ready to buy at lease 2 tires.

I've been here many times. I have had some bad experiences, but just because they get busy sometimes. They always take care of me and my family when we come. Best discount location that I know of.

Previous review: I came into get a quote to replace all 4 tires and they told me to wait to call the manufacturer and verify lead times which is completely okay. After 30 minutes of waiting they didn’t get back to me and started taking care of other customers. I guess they have too much business already and not don’t really want new customers. Updates: Later, they tried to call again and said they have ordered the tires and would be delivered Tuesday. I spoke to someone in the store 3 times. Then Thursday they call me and tell me i have been unreachable since the week before and they called be 6 times and couldn’t reach me. Even though i told the person i did speak to them 3 times he didn’t believe me (lol) but then he tried to lie about how the tires were coming from different stores(completely opposite of what the person earlier in the week told me. They said they ordered it directly from the manufacturer to prevent it). So far, it is such a frustrating experience. All i want is new freaking tires on my car man and all this hassle and drama is just unnecessary. I would avoid this place at all cost. Tire prices are almost same in every other store, these guys put secret fees on checkout which brings the total the same as Firestone or other places. So just go to another spot.

Quinton seriously has the best attitude & customer service I've experienced in a long time. Had to wait about an hour to get air and tires due to the weather. But he had a smile and wet out of his way to be kind & had a smile on his face. Well, he did it.

Got Bridgestone run flats couple months ago which I was told Bridgestone doesn’t warranty their run flats. Had to get back 2 then couple weeks later front 2. The tires do not perform that well even after alignment done twice and rotating them. It continues to pull to the left and highway driving doesnt feel safe. Wanted to charge just under 400 for price adjustment to exchange on just the front two tires So price adjustment for a full set would’ve been bout 800 and then the other discount off Elliot down the road told me a different story and full set for 1070 to exchange. Felt more like a money grab than customer satisfaction.

Peyton is awesome and a great help! I was late due to being a new mom and he still made my appt happen and provided good knowledge about my tires. The employees at the air station are always super helpful and knowledgeable too!

So these guys do fast and friendly work, but sometimes too busy to go the extra mile when you need other info over the phone. I'm still giving them a 5 cause my situation was unique, so BOTD wins out

Why purchase tires anywhere else when this is what Discount Tires focuses on? And why purchase from any other location than this location where the courtesy and professionalism are unmatched anywhere else.

Got a nail in my tire, they swapped out the spare so I could drive the car to an appointment, fixed the flat, put it back on the car two hours later and I was back on the road for FREE - No charge for what they did. Thank you! Shop at Discount, they know how to run a business!
