Hands down to Jose R. and his crew. I was treated with respect and kindness despite arriving 15 mins before they closed on Saturday with a flat tire and bent rim. Recommending Jose R and his outstanding customer service skills for a promotion. The level of patience and professionalism this young man showed me deserves recognition and an applause. He knows what it takes to earn and keep a customer coming back. Thank you Jose R. and DCT TEAM.

I went on Thursday on 1/30 Alex was very helpful and professional scheduled me an appointment for the sat 1/1 and Jose helped me out very professional with his job I recommend this location these guys will do you right and service you with the best experience, wish I got the names of everyone else but they all deserve a raise. 10/10

Came to get air in my tire. The moved the air check station a few rows down, no issues. However, I was sitting 25 mins with no workers advising the air check station was moved they just let me sit. The original aircheck station signs were still in the same spot. Finally looking around I noticed. I see why people prefer the llanteras over major tire shop chains.

I previously had my truck aligned at a different tire store other than discount, and it pulled hard to the left. So I took it to a discount tire on 3rd Street and Baseline in Phoenix. and now it drives straight down the road. Also my money clip with a considerable amount of money I left on the counsel of my truck. When I picked my truck up, my money clip and all my money was still untouched and where I left it.

I went there to get my tires rotation and rebalance, it was free. Since it was my first time customer there. Jose the assistant manager was cool, he helped me get it all done within 15 minutes and recommended stuff. It was great. I totally would come back again and recommend my friends to go there.

Mike and his team are always professional and courteous. I had an issue with the balance. They narrowed it down to the issue with tire that I purchased from Tirerack. They helped me setup a manufacturing warranty.

4 tires for my pickup $2K, 4 tires for my kids car $800, 4 tires for my wives car $800, and they refuse to repair a nail hole because the tire was previously repaired after hours by another shop. Don’t invest your money or trust in Discount Tire for tire care. Plenty of other options.

Had to come in twice this week for a flat tire due to road hazard. Made an appointment online. I was able to get in out both time in less then 30 minutes. My go to place for tires. Always friendly great customer service.

I went in to see if I needed an alignment due to some vibrations. They pointed out that it was due to another issue and didn’t charge me. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to help

Friendly customer service, didn’t repair my flat tire but lend me a spare while waiting for tires to be ordered. However, pricing is a bit high when you add installation charge, and 3 year road hazard warranty for each tire. If you get 4 new tires, it’s about $300 more!!!

I called this morning for an appointment for a tire that was going flat every day. They had an opening a few hours later and were able to get it in and patched in less than 20 minutes. They didn't charge a cent for the patch and even reset my tire sensors for me for free. Will be returning in the future! Thanks guys!

I was told the name of the young man that installed my new rim & tire was Alejandro. He was focused on what he was doing & at the speed he moved around, it made the other workers look like they were moving in slow motion. It's not every day you come across a quality employee, so I hope management values & nurtures this young man. Not only is his work ethic & efficiency deserving of recognition & a raise, his attention to detail, courtesy & people skills are hard to come by. He's definitely exemplary.

This place does great work and has excellent customer service. Elena helped me out today and she was amazing, but she isn't. The only person I've helped that I've dealt with there. Every single person I've dealt with here has been fantastic. They took care of my tires all three times that I've been there

On 9/9/24 the afternoon crew had me wait to get service for my vehicl and ended up leaving and closing the doors before they could check my vehicle. This was wrong and disrespectful driving without even saying a word! Atleast say , come back tommorrow, but they just all left so this was criminal. Everyone involved and doing this to customers has no integrity which is what I thought discount tire stands for! I dont have patience for such behavior, I have been a discount tire customer for all my vehicles over 6 years now. I think the bad business practice is specific to this location and should be investigated. Apperently this is common after speaking with some locals! Dr. Williams!

This is my go-to location when it comes to getting air in my tires. The people are friendly, the service is fast and the location is convenient. I've never been hassled into buying additional things when it came to getting new tires and the people are honest.

This location put a set of new wheels and tires on our camper and put the lug nuts on BOTH WHEELS backwards. We learned this as we broke down going 75mph on the highway in the middle of a trip and found our wheels as pictured. My husband has been calling this location every few days for MONTHS to have this issue rectified and they just tell him they'll call him back. No one ever calls back and he's now 30 minutes into a hold for the GM. We should not have to work our way to the CEO of Discount Tire to be made whole from a mistake this company made and we should not have to file a claim on our insurance and sue them, but it appears that's where we're headed. Husband has finally spoken to the GM and left this review of his call: "What a joke. Told him about the situation. How serious it was. That they should do some extra training because we almost lost a wheel at 75mph and his reaction was equal to me telling him our pressure was 2psi low. Just so nonchalant." Absolutely horrible. We will tell everyone we know to avoid this location like COVID-19.
