Made an appointment first thing in the morning for a leak in my boyfriend’s tire since he was out of town. PJ was awesome and not only helped me out while I was there but spoke to my boyfriend over the phone about replacing his front and rear tires since the tread was getting low on the rear tires and they can’t be rotated (Tesla probs). Even though I told them they had all day to work on it, it was still done well before my lunch break.

I’ve been told early bird gets the worm. Today was a great example of that. Was one of the first customers today had my our personal pit crew didn’t spend more then 15 minutes to get all four of my tires rotated and balanced.

Jon from the camelback location is an absolute gem of a person. He was so patient in explaining the reasoning behind replacing all 4 tires on my AWD rav4 and why the holes on my flat could not be patched. He was not pushy or aggressive or condescending. It took less than 30 minutes to have all 4 tires replaced. Thank you so so much!!

We were about to leave on a family snowboarding trip and I noticed a screw in my tire. I was dreading delaying the trip, but thankfully the crew at discount tire got me in and out in less than 30 minutes!!!! The staff was so amazing, I'll definitely be back for all my tire needs. I cannot speak more highly of this location. While on a guys trip we had a huge puncture on one of our tires. We called enterprise who we rented the car from but they didn’t seem to be able to do anything (and there was no spare in the back of the car). After we pulled in rapidly leaking air and explained our situation to one of the employees (Tristen) - he was able to call enterprise and arrange a free tire replacement for us at this location even with 40 minutes until close. The whole thing only took about 30 minutes and saved the tail end of our trip. Really appreciated his fast service and professional and polite attitude during the whole encounter. Thanks for saving our butts Tristen!

I did come back after they have patched and plug numerous tires with no questions asked other than is there anything else we can do for you. Yes more than happy to do it. Even after their set to close at 5:30 I showed up 30 minutes before closing time. They spend an hour patching the tire they could and replacing the ones they couldn't patch or plug. They really look out for the customer they don't want you leaving their location unless your car is safe here at Discount Tire. Discount Tire they offer an amazing amount of free services to win your business or not. With reasonable prices everyone treats you with dignity. Thank you Tristan for offering the utmost respect and courtesy .

I stopped in today (Tuesday around 4:45) for an appt. They got me checked in at about 5pm. It was BUSY! I counted at least 15 people in the waiting area and ten people in line. Make an appt because they will get to you first. Loved the store and how they have the screens on the customer side to show all the tire info/prices. Nicest Discount Tire I’ve been to. I think there’s WiFi as well because people were sitting in the chairs and at the high top table working on their laptops. I was coming in for two new tires and I was out of there by 6:10p. Extremely pleased with Tristen’s service. He was very nice. Only thing that could’ve made the visit better was a complimentary bottled water. Fridge was empty. I’m visiting Phoenix this week and the heat is kicking my a * * LOL

Service. Discount tires had me sold as a customer based on customer service alone. They even fix your flat tire, if it is repairable, for free. If you haven't tried Discount I suggest you do.

What great people and great service. I got in and out on a busy Friday afternoon, having an appointment. They found a nail in my tire but assured me it could be fixed. To my surprise, they didn’t charge me anything for the service. In addition to the damaged tire, they topped off the air in the other tires, including the spare. During my wait, I also paid attention to how they serviced other customers. They were always kind, professional and seemed to take an advisor approach to resolve others situations.

My tires were nearing the end of their life and I was already planning this trip in my mind but today when I noticed a decent chunk of my tire missing I knew it was time. I happened to be in an area with a Discount Tire so I went into this shop to see what they could do for me. I was also strapped for time so I was looking for a quick tire replacement. I was greeted by Antonio M. who provided me with the best customer service. Antonio did an inspection on my truck and found some awesome replacement tires with some great rebates. He also applied my military discount and I was in and out in under and hour. Discount Tire at 1824 E Camelback Road is definitely the place to go and see my man Antonio M!
