The discount tire on Southmore in Pasadena Texas they play music that is vulgar have to wait about 5 minutes to get air guys are walking around like they are zombies I don't know who the manager is but need to get new manager and new employees

Repaired my flat tire and notes 2 others were worn. They didn't have the tires I wanted at first, but they called their pickup guy and had them pick them up while on-route. Great service. Gave accurate time estimate and completed on time.

Good place to get tires. It's a good location that can be accessed fairly easily. When it comes to price it is quite affordable, I am usually the kind of person that never buys warranties, in this case I decided to go for it with my tires, whenever I have a flat they fix it no problem and for free with the warranties that I have. The thing that makes this business different is the customer service, every time I go I am treated respectfully by a professional, in fact it was a nice gentleman that was working the counter that convinced me to get a warranty on my tires and I feel like it has already paid off. If you are looking to get inexpensive tires and great customer service, this is the place for you.

Went dec.23 and dec.24, too busy to air tires thought this was a everyday service ,not very good customer service, not the first time 😑 🙄

Took my car for a patch on a tire because it had a nail in the middle of it & they say they can’t do it because “it’s past the tread mark” doesn’t show me proof & the tires are not even a full year old

Yesterday I went to Discount Tire to get two tires installed and they did not disappoint. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They installed my 26x14 wheels into some 37 inch tires with no problem. They took care of my truck like if it was their own. Had been to other tire/rims shops where it took them over 3 hours to get one rim installed. Brandon, Fabian, Oscar, Hector, and Jose all were very knowledgeable and professional. If you got big wheels or want work done quick, this is your tire shop to go to and do business with. I am very picky on who works on my truck, but this discount tire and their workers gained my trust and a valued customer. Will he referring to my friends and family.

I could not begin to express how much discount helped me out today I had came in just before closing time because I noticed my tire flat they tried to fix my flat but we're unable to and so they could not place that one back on n I did not have a spare the manager on duty helped me out with getting it replaced. I can not begin to express how happy that made me feel but most of all that there are still good people that do exist in our world n I thank God If only there were more of those type this world would be awesome than ever but I do give this store manage a 5 star rating n if it would allow me I would give him a 10 instead I strongly recommend this location

One thing about me, is that I am very picky when it comes to customer service. Have to say, one of the best sites to go to get your services done for your tires. Oscar was very nice and able to talk to easy for my needs as a customer for my tires. Will always go to Discount tire and no where else. Highly recommend this place!

Went to get air pressure check and only one tire was checked when I left I'm like wow still need 3 more to be checked so went to rechecked some where else make sure all tires get checked

Had appointment. Took 1.1 hours to fix a leak. No estimated time was given for my car to be ready. It wasn't even busy. The worst discount tire. I really don't know why I keep returning to this location.

Yeah not impressed at all with the work done here. Instead of just throwing the spare in the truck. Maybe take the extra 2 mins to put it back in its place and ruin the cardboard liner in the trunk.

we've been going to them since moving to TX a couple of years ago,and the staff and service are exceptional!!! they let you know what may be needed at the visit, and also give a heads up for things to watch for, but NEVER any pressure,and.... really clean,which makes it more comfortable to walk in 😎🎉 definitely recommend them!

On a work trip from Dallas. Picked up a nail in my truck and it was too close to the side wall. I had the warranty on it so what did they do? Replaced it for free. Discount is the best and always get that extended protection. Definitely worth it.
