This place used to be ok, but I have had problems with this group the last 3 visits..it’s a young Unprofessional group that is careless, & doesn’t value customers. Had new tires put on a nice clean newer car I take pride in, & left with scratched wheel spots, and tires not filled with correct psi, and had to take time to go to a nearby gas station to fill them up. Next..Only customer there for a tire rotation, and made me stand and wait for minutes.. then did a tire rotation, hand me my keys, so I drive home to find they left a center cap hanging off one wheel with an obvious attempt to jam it in, also psi was not filled in tires again. I went back to receive no apologies but did receive entitlement attitudes with no apologies, amongst other things.. music is so loud at this place you can hear it at Home Depot. If you value your time, vehicle, & its tires/wheels go find a new tire shop. I will no longer be patronizing Discount Tire with my business, as I plan to go to a nice mom/pop tire place near me from now on.

I've ordered lots of tires 16 or more from Discount Tire in Oregon City. I haven't complain, but very time they mess the order up. Always some excuse why something didn't happen. Not sure if I should go back to Clackamas location or work with a different company that pays more attention. Just letting others know. Really stinks they have a big selection and I rather not buy online

I use to be a loyal Les Schwab customer but their prices have gotten so high. I’ve bought several sets of car and truck tires at the OC location. Always a good experience. More recently got wheels and tires for my wife’s Bronco. It was a bit of trial and error on trying to find the right combo to fit, even though manufacturers said they would fit. Finally they got it right and didn’t charge me for the swap out after finding tires rubbed. Looks great!

Needed two new tires and they got the job done on a busy day with me as a walk in took two half hours but if set appointment they good with on time.... Price was fair and They gave me military discounts of 5% which is kind... staff was polite and on top of their jobs; all while not trying to upsale me juat help was nice...

Services has gone down. Been using this one since it opened. Been a long time customer at other locations. Appointment times are not been honored. The 1 hour window now apparently means the car will go in that time but they missed that too. I watched 2 people without that got there after me come in and out. A bit disappointed.

Always friendly staff, especially James and Andrew. Got a great deal on tires last year and tires are still very good. Glad I went with Andrew’s suggestion because these tires are definitely quieter than the ones I had before. They’re always great when I pop by for a quick air check

2024. Yet another great experience at DT today. They put on our winter tires professionally and right on schedule. 2023. Another great experience today at Discount Tire. Today, I worked with Noah and the great guys in the bay. I'm glad we take all of our family's cars to them. I have great confidence in their work and feel like my wife and daughters are safer with DT managing their vehicles. And mine.

Been going to this location for a few years. Typically, they do my winter/summer swap really quick. Service is good. They match competitors posted prices. Only had one issue, leaving me waiting for 2+ hours. Came back a few days later, service team remembered the "fumble" and went out of their way to make it right, in my opinion.

I was quoted $300 more for the same set of tires at another local and well known tire company. Discount Tire took care to find the right size of tires for my vehicle, even though they are hard to find and uncommon. Staff was patient and very nice. I will always go here first for tires in the future!

I went to the Oregon city store. Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable. I came into the store with a different tire in mind. He let me know that he had a couple of tires that would perform better at the same price point for my car. Thanks Andrew !!

When I first started purchasing tires from America and Discount tire, service was prompt when making reservations. But our last 3 visits despite making reservations well in advance, our waiting times have been extended to 60-90 minutes past our reservation time. What is going on? This is worse than waiting for a m doctor visit by far. They need to tighten the ship if they want a loyal returning customers.

I highly recommend this tire business. I went in for 4 truck tires and 4 horse trailer tires. The trailer tires had to be ordered. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the tire order. As I needed them put on asap, the delay was going to cause me a hardship. Because of this, Discount Tires gave me upgraded tires at the price of the ones I had originally purchased. I was very pleased with the service and tires, and I can highly recommend them.

I was recommended to get my tires here from a friend. I've not been happy with the service. I have a full sized $60,000 truck and I purchased 37" MT tires for over $2,500 and it doesn't seem that the folks here are very thorough. The tires were not balanced, had to come back after having les schwab the alignment. les schwab also pointed out that when the tires are turned left and right they rub on the frame of the truck, which could have been corrected by one sized smaller tire. I came in for a rotation and they didn't check the pressure, realizing that I've noticed un even wear and there isn't nothing I can do about it. I'll go somewhere else next time, les schwab

Although my tires arrived a bit later than expected due to shipping issues, the team promptly informed me of the delay and scheduled a follow-up appointment just a few days later. When I arrived, they had a bay ready for me, and the installation was completed swiftly— all four new tires were on in under 45 minutes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional throughout the process. I appreciate their excellent customer service and efficiency.

BE VERY CAREFUL!! Near tragic experience!! On 8-31-24, I brought in our family car to get the new tires rebalanced that I had just gotten put on by them a month or so ago. After they got it “done”. Later that night I was driving the car and 5min into my drive I noticed something very weird going on with the car it started swerving and vibrating. Mind you this was at highway speed.. so I pulled over and noticed multiple lug nuts missing from multiple wheels. The front driver side wheel was hanging on its last threads. I could shake it with my hand.. if I kept driving for another minute and didn’t notice, this could’ve became a very tragic accident!! I am thankful to God that I was able to notice the issue quick enough. If this was my wife driving with my 5 month old son who knows what could’ve happened!! This is very devastating and scary for me and my family now. After waiting 1 hour for help to arrive, I came to find out that all 4 wheels were not torqued down and could’ve all came off easily. I can’t believe discount tire employees would let this slide beneath them. This is such a big hazard. I really hope they didn’t do the same to somebody else.. me and my wife are very paranoid to drive the car and very paranoid to do business with them again.

I just love discount tire in Oregon City. 8/9/24 had a flat on my car was able to take the tire to them. They have employee named Garrett he went out of his way to help me out. He wanted to make sure that I made it safely home. He was very fast,friendly and overall a nice young man. Thank you Garrett for helping this ol lady out. Discount tire you need 10 more of Garrett

Well to start with my fiance and myself have twins witch as if it wasn't expensive enuf this place sold me garbage tires there value tire the Mohave well its been 6 mo.and these brand new tires are bald and blowing out the rubber is so soft it feels like an eraser and the certificates you buy well I went i because a tire was leaking they told me 500 bucks and they would set me up with some new tires s that was 2 months in so should have figured i don't expect this to matter to them because they are a big company and lil people don't matter to them just hope to save some family the head ache

I came into your Oregon City shop on 6/22/24. I had a tire showing tread. I intended to purchase 1 tire and come back later to buy more. I was helped by CAYDEN. He came out and tested the tires. He said I needed 3 tires. I told him I could only do 1 today. Concerned about the safety of my tires, he went and scoured the used tires back for a set I could afford! They had me on my way in less than an hour! Cayden made me a customer for life. I will be recommending Discount Tire to everyone I know! Thank you for empowering your employees to be so incredible! If I could give them Negative 5 stars I would. If you want to have to come back multiple times because of incompetence AND STILL PAY FULL PRICE this is the store for you. I ordered a ser of 4 tires and made an appointment to have them installed. The first time I came in it took them 45min and they dismounted 2 tires before coming out and telling me they ordered the wrong tires all together. They rushed to throw the 2 tires back on and never even bothered to reset the TPMS light before giving my vehicle back. After making a new appointment and having to come back for a 2nd time, they finish mounting the tires but then proceeded to tell me one of the tires is defective and has a "dent" in the sidewall and that they would be ordering a new one. So now I need to come back a THIRD TIME. Well to top everything off, they didn't call me for a week and a half and I had to call them to ask where the replacement tire was. They told me that that submitted the request but the warehouse never received the order. They said that will get it re ordered immediately. TO THIS DAY 2.5 WEEKS LATER I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY REPLACEMENT!!!! No phone call, no up dates, 3 appointment and I still paid FULL PRICE for the tires and service. To be this bad. I guarantee I will never use Discount Tire ever again.

Went to this location twice and they’ve been extremely helpful. Supervisor is very helpful. I’ve seen how hard these guy work; Especially Noah, exceptional worker. Good job buddy
